Well, this is certainly something that Susumu didn’t expect. Sure, he did intend to ignite a flame within, but to turn out that the male, who was on the ground with tears rolling down his face, had such a side to him. That tone in his voice completely pulled a 180 and became completely the opposite of what he seemed before. He seemed to challenge Susumu further, as if he wanted to be enraged. From his perspective, it definitely looked like a fight could come out of it if Susumu indeed kept it up, but that wasn’t really his objective. It didn’t take long for the sister to get involved in this, trying to calm, who was indeed her brother whom boiled with rage, down.
Susumu didn’t give in an inch, after being challenged and after being questioned by the sister, whom introduced both of them in the process. “I don’t want anything with your brother specifically.” He mentioned. For now, he decided to ignore the words that Aros, the brother, lunged at him since it was purely in frustration. Frustration that Susumu sparked. Instead of going into it, he let the sister calm her brother down, not wanting a bloodbath in a place like this. “The name’s Uchiha Susumu.” He began, introducing himself, as well. “If it seems to you that I’m indeed only showing an interest in the broken man that stands before me, you’re wrong.” His blue eyes shifted from the male over to the female next to him. Both of them had the cloth around their eyes; but for what purpose? His eyes narrowed slightly. “I want to find capable Shinobi for me to join me in my journey.. You two just happened to cross the path I had set for myself.” What he said might not be taken seriously, with his young appearance and age. Just some other inexperienced brat?
“Foreigner?” He thought for a moment, his eyes rolling up, before fixating his vision back on the two. “Can you call me a foreigner if I’m using the world as my home? In my opinion, those living their lives in villages are foreigners to me, once they step out in the open world.” That was just his opinion. He didn’t have a place he could truly call home, other than the vast open world that is scattered all across the globe. No walls to limit yourself, just a playground all to yourself. “To answer your general question, I don’t think there’s a problem here. That is, unless you think this is a problem. I’m just here for a conversation. Your brother over there seemed like a weakling, but even weaklings can become strong they’re approached by someone they can vent their anger on. Every person, in their depths, has a potential that can only be reached by anger. That’s what I learned. Although, the ending of that path doesn’t always have a sunny horizon.”
He sighed once, looking at both of their faces. “You can drop your guard. I’m not here for a fight..” He paused for a brief moment, to let them in on something. “..But if you tempt me, I don’t mind putting up a show.” He truly didn’t come here for a fight, but only to search for people that could accompany him. Other than that, there was one other reason that he didn’t bother informing them of. He wanted to get in touch with Sanosuke; the Raikage. Meeting the white haired siblings was just.. a bonus. He cracked a smile, baring his teeth. “In other words, if I find you interesting enough, I want you to tag along on my journey.” The way he put it out there, it seemed like he wasn’t giving them much of a choice, although the freedom is theirs. It’s easy to say they’re not going to go with him that easily, which is why he let the rest of the conversation open to any questions they might have for him, but of course, he would ask some questions back in return. He wanted to gather information, probably as much as they would like from him; someone that had never shown his face in Kumogakure before in all those years. They’re complete strangers to each other. He just patiently waited whether they would lower their guard or not, to have a proper conversation. Again, the choice is completely theirs.
