Yoichi was honestly reaching his limits in this fight. To be fair, he hadn't expected to do so well up until now. His opponent could utilize Genjutsu, had the two tomoe sharingan, and was a bukijutsu user. All Yoichi had going for him was improvised attacks, tactics, and a few weapons. He was slightly panting from the exertion, but that was the entire point of this fight. Besides, now he had a greater chance of pulling off the secondary objective. This Uchiha was badly injured by him. The difference between Yoichi and he was that while Yoichi was only winded and had used up a chunk of chakra, his opponent had taken hits from the shock bullets, as well as the Fireball jutsu.
Yoichi, even though he hadn't been actually hit by anything, was still pretty sore, after some of the shocks of the genjutsu. He wasn't as tough as the Chuunin was, he supposed, but that was still acceptable. He didn't have to be as tough as the Chuunin, because he'd already done plenty of damage. As his jutsu ended, Yoichi launched himself forward, as Neci seemed to have gotten behind him. Sending out a chakra string, Yoichi pulled his previously discarded Kunai back to him, doing his best to dodge out of the way of Neci's strikes. If the other Uchiha hadn't been damaged, there was no way that Yoichi could dodge these, but fortunately, his injuries were pretty severe, enough so that it slowed Neci down. He couldn't avoid all of them, and two of the slashes hit their mark, cutting into his skin.
Continuing his back jumping, as Yoichi's foot landed on some rubble, he channeled the smallest bit of chakra into it. It was a sizable chunk of the road, that had been distended by the power of the fireball. It was large enough that it could serve as his substitution should he need one soon enough. Even so, he continued leaping backward, pulling out his three shuriken, keeping them held in his hand, analyzing his opponent. He had one sword, had already sustained grievous wounds, and dodging would be difficult. Yoichi knew that Neci couldn't afford to allow them to hit him, which would keep him at bay for a little while. Even as a close range fighter, he was getting in the danger zone here, where projectiles could do a lot, as dodging opportunity lessened. Yoichi had had the upper hand for too long. His range had allowed him to get off a few too many good hits before hand, and that would prove to be Neci's down fall. Sure, start them out, and in a straight one on one fight of taijutsu or bukijutsu, Yoichi wouldn't even compare. But preparation could beat out physical power, as long as you played it right. For now, Yoichi was simply focusing on dodging and blocking strikes, using his kunai to block the blade itself.
"
Not bad yourself. The only thing is, trust me, I haven't even begun to start my training. I haven't been an official shinobi very long." he panted out, still dodging and blocking as much as he could. The sharingan was giving his opponent an edge right now, even as wounded as he was. It wasn't possible for Yoichi to have dodged everything. In total, he'd got 5 of the 10 strikes having hit, some solidly, others merely grazed, but still not complete blocks. One strike had narrowly missed a vital area that would have caused him to bleed out without immediate medical attention. Against any other opponent, he'd be able to hold out and fight like this for much longer, but Yoichi really needed to gain some distance at the moment. Despite his best efforts, and despite his injured opponent, he was still getting out manuevered, and that was the scary part. If he kept getting struck like this, eventually, he'd start to bleed out, and that was dangerous. Something in Yoichi changed at that moment. His eyes flashed, only one of them visible, and turned red ever so briefly. Sharingan.
He'd attached the puppet strings to his shurikens as well, and now was the time to use them. Launching the 3 shuriken at Neci, and keeping the kunai on hand, in case he needed to block a strike from the Arakh blade, Yoichi hoped that they'd hit him. Taking 3 shuriken to the torso wouldn't be good, and at this range, there was little chance of missing. As he'd figured before, his opponent was heavily injured, slowed by the pain and severity of his wounds. He'd gotten close to Yoichi, and after all of his dodging and blocking, Yoichi had figured out his movement speed, timing the throw so that it wouldn't be likely for Neci to be able to block and dodge all three. The way the shuriken were spaced, was in such a manner that he might be able to dodge and block 2 of the three, but one would still find its target. "
No escape." he muttered to himself. His opponents only hope was to jump back and get some distance from Yoichi, and even then, with the puppet strings, he then had some flying projectiles he could return to him. "
Check." he said. In Chess, that marked the end was near. The ending move was set up, and the game was nearly finished.

Name: Substitution Technique (変わり身の術 ~ Kawarimi no Jutsu)
Canon/Custom: Canon.
Rank: E.
Type: Supplementary.
Element: None.
Range: One prepared item in the user's clear line of sight.
Speciality: Ninjutsu.
Duration: 1 post preparation. Infinite postponement, Instant activation.
Cooldown: 6 posts after activation.
Description: The Substitution Technique is an age-old skill which enables the user to evade the effects of an attack by switching with an item in the area. (The item---or substantial clone---used for a Substitute must be as large as the user's torso, and must be prepared at least 1 post in advance by infusing it with 5 chakra.) Activating this jutsu for another 5 chakra, the ninja moves at untraceable speed for just a moment, and the item does so as well to take the user's place; the ninja leaves behind a flickering after-image for a second, which, if damaged, releases the chakra which holds it in place in a small smoke cloud, revealing the nature of the technique and the item they have switched with. Higher-rank ninjas' afterimages are able to show some of the signs of natural impact as if it were an actual human, if only for a very short period, before 'poofing'. The user coming out of the technique creates a similar audio and visual cue with a small cloud of translucent smoke and a 'poofing' sound on appearance in the location of the item they Substituted with. This technique causes the user to move at speeds untraceable to human perception, and therefore even the user cannot coordinate attacks during the Kawarimi, or activate any other jutsu. They, however, can maneuver near someone and then attack them after the fast-movement is finished.

Name: Puppet Technique (Kugutsu no Jutsu ~ 傀儡の術)
Canon/Custom: Canon.
Rank: E.
Type: Supplementary.
Element: None.
Range: 30m.
Specialty: Kugutsu.
Duration: -5 per post
Cooldown: Duration +1 post.
Description: This jutsu generates long, fibrous, malleable chakra strings from each of the user's fingers. They are partially intangible to prevent tangling; this jutsu cannot be used to bind people. The condensed chakra takes a hue of variable color depending on the user. Use of this technique on puppets is only available to those with the Kugutsu specialty. However, people without skill in Puppetry can still generate chakra strings to control weapons they have the specializations to wield, within 30m. This consists of whipping them around like a flail or yo-yo, or controlling their path of travel when thrown. Unless durability is enhanced by a separate technique, these chakra strings can be broken by any D rank technique that causes blunt force, cutting, or piercing damage.
This technique cannot control living people; it can only control corpses, or Human Puppets currently in the user's locker
