Ability/Function: These claws allow Fang to fight hand to hand effectively without having to have taijutsu. The claws allow him to be able to fight hand to hand but in a situation against somebody who uses taijutsu they would still have the advantage. But other than that the claws can give him a edge in fighting.

Appearance: The claws have a black bracelet that connects to a skull which runs down to the blades which are 7 inch. it has a Skull And Claw design around the fingers. Which transition into the handle of the claws.
History: Fang bought these in the konoha weapons shop so that he could fight hand to hand.

Could you elaborate a bit more on what you mean by "fight hand to hand effectively without having to have taijutsu."? Just for clarification purposes, characters with a Taijutsu specialty will still have the edge when it comes to hand to hand combat.
