Mitsuo
S-rank
It was odd to be in the village of Kumo. Mitsuo had never been here before, and it was truly an interesting place to be. He watched as the sun was beginning to dip above him in the sky, which seemed closer than ever, and could feel the moisture of the clouds around him. He had greatly respected the former leader of this village, Reika Misoka, who's jutsu were amazing to behold. He had only seen her once but she had impressed him with her commanding presence and her grace. She was an amazing woman and her death was something that had upset Mitsuo greatly. The person who had done it was someone who was considered to be a member of the organization that Mitsuo was a part of, the Aoi Bara. Because of his murder of the kage the Aoi Bara was blamed and it had put a lot of strain on their members, causing Mitsuo to leave the continent for a few years. He hadn't planned on returning, but now that he was back he had decided it was time to visit the last places that he hadn't had a chance to see while living in the Shinobi World.
In the time while he had been gone a new man had been named Raikage, and he was someone who Mitsuo had fought beside once before. He often remembered that fight, mostly due to the fact that Sanosuke dropped a mast on top of the Hokage. Mitsuo was somewhat greatful for that as it had made it so that Mitsuhide was unable to recognize Mitsuo, but at the same time it didn't do any good for them towards their mission. Mitsuo didn't much care about the action, but he was somewhat shocked to hear that he had become the Raikage, and more shocked when he had heard the Mizukage's address about him. He wasn't sure what to believe, but he had come to Kumo to see what he was hearing about.
He was wandering the streets taking in the sights of the once beautiful village when he felt a presence he hadn't felt in a long time. It was a power he had felt twice before in his life, once during the Chuunin Exams in Suna, and the second while he was a member of the Aoi Bara. He knew it wasn't Tame, it didn't feel right. He wanted to find the person and find out who they are, but he didn't know his way around the village at all, nor did he know who he was looking for. He doubted that whoever he was looking for would be wearing an Aoi Bara cloak, which would make them tremendously obvious but also someone who would probably be arrested on sight in this village. He was determined, however, his mask removed and cloak down as he wandered the streets, currently not afraid of anyone trying to attack him by sight, as nobody in this village would recognize him. He pushed his glasses up his nose and lit a cigarette as he walked, knowing he would eventually run into who he was looking for...
