Aisling

Aisling

D-rank
Busy. That about summed up what Aisling's life had been for the past several months. If she hadn't been busy helping Samuel with research or other various bits of work to help out with his 'business' adventure then she was doing research for herself. She was still looking for the rest of the people from her past: those who sought to cause harm to the innocent, to turn them into mindless monsters by any means necessary so that they'd follow their every will and whim. Not that Aisling was ready if she did find said people. No, she had a lot more training to do.

With her friends rather busy Aisling figured it was time to go back for another visit at what she considered to be her second home; to take a long overdue visit to Konoha. She hadn't been back in ages; the last time being right after she had been rescued. The last anyone had saw of her she was a badly broken young girl barely holding herself together who was absolutely terrified of anyone touching her. She still didn't like being touched, but she was no longer at risk of shattering into a million or more pieces.

Aisling packed carefully. She had begun to get used to the desert heat during the day and near freezing temperatures at night, but she knew Konoha's climate to be far more different. She made sure she packed plenty of water - that was the most important thing after all since dying of dehydration in the desert was a very horrible and yet quick acting way to go - along with a traveling cloak thick enough to handle a sandstorm were one to hit. Following this she picked several outfits suitable for the climate she would soon be entering - including her usual kimonos: they showed a bit too much cleavage but there was nothing she could do to help that since she was so well endowed. She didn't like things close to her neck as it made her feel like she was suffocating, so loose outfits were a necessity.

Once Aisling was sure she had everything gathered together that she wanted to bring, as well as all of the Ryo she had, she made quick work of paying the hotel for her room for the next several months - this way she wouldn't have to worry about anyone messing with her stuff or throwing it out if she ended up staying longer than just a few days. Honestly, she knew ne one would likely let her leave unless she stayed a few weeks, they'd all had been likely missing her for quite some time now. No, better to be safe than sorry in this situation: plus it would free up her best friend from having to worry about it in her absence.

Once that was accomplished and Aisling was sure everything she had wanted to bring was with her she ventured out, making her way out of the village of Suna, through the wilderness, and quickly on her way to Konoha. She kept a steady pace as she went, stopping now and again to get a nibble of food or down some water. She rested only when she absolutely had to, and for the shortest time needed so that she could keep going at a steady pace.

Eventually, the somewhat familiar forests of Konoha came into view and Aisling found herself pausing to breath in the lovely fresh forested scents around her while commenting mentally to herself that she was definitely glad she had grabbed the right kind of clothing: the humidity was already getting to her.
