Breathing:- Built into the mask (mouth piece) is a regular rebreather
Comunication:- Using Might Guy's idea of a wireless communication device, a small mic is built into the mask (inside the mas, next to the rebreather) and is used to communicate with any other of these masks.

Appearance: The mask generally fits on the face, the back part being just a black, adjustable leather strap that tightens around the wielder's head top fit. The mask itself resembles Kirigakure's hunter nin masks, only it is plain white and has four, vertically rectangular shaped vents that connect up to the rebreather. A special feature of these masks, is probably the small symbol in the middle of the mask's forehead. There isnt two masks with the same symbol in the world. The symbols can be meaningful to some and meaningless to others. Criminals take advantage of this feature and use it as a secret code of identification amongst themselves, having different people given different symbols that lets the others know who they are without revealing any actaul information to outsiders. Inside, next to the rebreatehr, is the small mic.

History: The basic blue-prints of these masks were originally created by Fantomu Kakurega, a former black smith of the hidden mist who used to make all sorts of battle gear for merchants and village troops. The masks are made is special weaponry shops as just blank masks without any symbol on the forehead, for the user picks what symbol/shape they want on it, if someone else isn't using it of course.

The issue with the ranking here is; for each added bit of tech, you're compounding the rank. The rebreather alone knocks this up to be rank, and with all the rest.... you're skirting the line between B and A here. We have a rebreather item already approved; and it was B-rank. What you have in this mask is basically the same thing, sir. Slightly more advanced, at that; because you don't list it needing an air tank nor chakra for the filtering effect.

Without more information on exactly what the tech in this mask can do; I'mma hafta rule the rank needs increasing to B; and the cost is gunna skyrocket.

The radio wasn't a big issue. That was only gunna knock the price up another 60 or so. It was just the rebreather. It was approvable with or without the bits you removed.
