So, these are missions made for shinobi in foreign villages on friendly terms, like the Chunin Exams, that still want to do missions. They're repeatable, and apply to any village, considering they're made so that the situation could happen practically in any village. This can be taken by natives as well.
- Cat Catching:
- Mission name: Cat Catching
Mission rank: D
Objective: The pet cat of a young girl has escaped. Track it down and bring it back to her and her parents.
Location: Any Village.
Reward: 80 ryo
Mission description: You're walking through the streets when a young girl runs by, chasing after a run away cat. Seeing you, she begs that you chase down the cat while she goes to get her father to help. You do so, and are paid by the father upon the cat's return.
Mission details: The cat itself is very fast, and is a side descendant of Nekomata, though very, very far off. It is not a ninja cat, but it will not be easy to catch. The girl is the daughter of a rich diplomat visiting the village for reasons that change each time the mission is taken.

Age: 7
General Appearance: Blonde hair, usually wears a dress.
Personality: Very whiny, hates it when she doesn't get her way. When given what she wants, she likes to reward those who helped her, thinking that it's simply her amazing generosity.
Motivations: A warm bath at their next stop, the want to keep her cushy lifestyle.
Fears: Being alone, the dark.
Abilities: None.

- Mission name: Burglary
Mission rank: C
Objective: A burglar is attempting to rob a shop. You must stop him.
Location: A shop. Any shop at all.
Reward: 200 ryo
Mission description: You're in a shop, browsing the wares, when suddenly a man breaks into the shop, screaming that all money be handed over to him. Your job is to stop him and save the shop and your fellow customers.
Mission details: The man breaking in is a Ronin, of Genin rank. His jutsu are up to you, but his only element is Raiton, and his main specialization is Ninjutsu.

Age: 35
General Appearance: Tall, brown hair, and dirty, ratty clothes. He wears a mask, one like that you would find at any old carnival.
Personality: Very harsh, obviously not very polite. Doesn't take no for an answer, and finds most insults amusing. Very egotistical.
Motivations: Money, power.
Fears: Drowning, being captured.
Abilities: Raiton, Ninjutsu. Knows 3 jutsu, 2 D-Rank, 1 C-Rank. Average stats.
