A man from a village within the land of water came into Kirigakure this morning, out of breathe and desperately looking for some help. Being sent to the administration building to fill out the forms and plead his case, begging for help from some small time bandits that would come into the their town and terrorize them, raiding their shops, stealing what they pleased, and beating down anyone who tried to stop them. Being a small village with no ninja to defend themselves and no real warriors of their own they become very susceptible to enemy attacks and thus are going to rely on the help of Kirigakure for their protection. Enter Maigo, who is reporting in to take any mission, given the intel on the bandits and things it is decided that Maigo would be plenty enough to take care of these bandits. As he listened into his mission he would join the man back into their village, and stay on guard for the bandits until they arrived and then dispatch them in whatever method necessary. And with that he headed back home packed a bag and prepared to head off, the town being about a day or so away from the village, he met the man at the gate the following morning and prepared to head off with a bag of clothes for change, some food to carry him over if need be and his ninja gear all in tow. The man met him there with little to nothing on him, it seemed he hadn't intended to make this an elongated stay but it couldn't be helped and regardless the bandits wouldn't be back for another day or two at the very least. Their trip to the village was relatively undisturbed as the pair walked back, they discussed the village and he filled Maigo in on what their people were like, what they survived off, and even a little about his family. They were an agriculutral-based society but had some others there, providing a lot of food to the surrounding areas and even some exported into Kirigakure, Maigo's inquisitive and general upbeat personality made the trip quick as they made their journey.

Arriving in town he checked in at the inn and was invited to dinner with the man, who would tour him around and show him how everything worked in their town, they were a happy and friendly people, or maybe, they were at least happy that Maigo was there to help them out and protect them from the bandits and remove them and their threat. Regardless the next few days went by quickly as he kept to himself for the most part, staying in his room that the town so graciously let him stay in for free and reading some of his books. While during the day he would patrol around and keep an eye on the villagers, asking some of the town folk about how the bandits enter and conduct themselves, hearing tales of the terror they ensued and how the village would be helpless to their onslaught. Taking mental notes and details from their stories and accounting for how they acted, taking notes on their tan bandanas and the one who wears red, assumed to be the leader of their group and how they all dual wield kunai as weapons. It seems that he would be able to easily overcome them without much trouble as long as no surprises came his way, on the third day he sat down on a bench on the main road into the village, pulling out his novel and reading a few chapters while he waited. Noticing a group of 4 or 5 people walking up the road towards the village, it had been a little longer since the bandits normally showed up and this group carried a negative feel about themselves.

He put his book away and told the villagers to close up and hide, finding cover as well and to stay out of site while he handled them. As they scurried away and cleaned up their presence from the bandits, the group approached pulling out their kunais, dressed in all tan to mark their combination as a group they all carried an ominous grin across their faces. They called out towards Maigo, who remained on the bench and glaring at them from the corner of his eye, their voices were deep and had an angst about them, Hey, where is everyone and who are you? You don't look like the normal failures that hang around the village. the one in red called out towards him, the others laughing amongst themselves and making their own inciteful comments. It was then that Maigo stood up and turned towards them, the group facing him in the middle of the street as he stared them down, I'm no one really, I was just brought her to make sure that you don't come back. Whether I have to kill you or if you will leave of your own accord is up to you. I guess you could head home although I'd rather have you out of the land of Water altogether. These words didn't sit well with the bandits as they all readied themselves, barking back at him the leader tried to scare him off threatening to kill him but it wouldn't matter as he activated his sharingan, they completely lost their element of intimidation as he turned it back against them.

The group charged him, taking on a 3-2 formation with 3 in tan at front and one more and the man in red in back they tried to take him in force. Maigo drew his sword, keeping an eye on the first wave that charged him, two went to his side as the one stayed in the middle, it would be too easy as Maigo would duck to avoid the jabs of the side two and stab upwards into the abdomen of the middle one, his sharingan came in handy to follow their movements and he could see their movements easily. Pulling out his sword and quickly slashing twice he cut down the two that inhabited his presence to the side and jumped back, letting the bodies fall to the ground as he waited for the other two to react. They almost didn't hesitate as they charged onwards towards him with their kunai out, shouting about how they would kill him. Maigo pulled out his kunai and shuriken in his hands as he tossed his katana in the air, aiming for the one in tan he tossed his shuriken forward as a distraction, closely enough that he would barely be able to block them and then the kunai followed even closer behind the shuriken aimed right for his neck though, it hit it's mark and brought him down quickly. Then came the last one, their psuedo-leader, dressed in red, he was about to darken it's color as he grabbed his kunai and begin to parry and trade strikes with him for a moment. Not long after he would strike him down and finish him off by driving his sword vertically downward into his heart, and the same with the others also.

Some men in the villagers took care of the bodies, burying them out beyond their pastures while Maigo cleaned up and prepared to head back to deliver his reports. They thanked him profusely before he left, even though it was an easy enough task to complete, Maigo began the journey back to the village, stopping in immediately to turn in his mission and then home to relax and get caught up on some more training.
