Aki blinked a few times at the rather arrogant lady. Well, she wasn't quite so arrogant right now. More panic in her attitude then anything. He had asked her to repeat her self once already, and even now he only caught the gist of what he was supposed to do. Apparently he needed to catch an important cat. He wasn't to harm it at all, and from what he could understand from the heavy woman was that the cat would be easy to bring home. He walked out the door and into the sunny day in Konoha. As he started to walk around half of himself wondered why he was doing this. Then the other half responded by saying he needed to do this to prep for the Chunin exams which were coming ever so closer. He could already see new faces around. From different villages wanting to see who would be able to move up the ladder. Aki was hoping to be one of them. To have a chance though, he needed to train. Certain training steps called for a mission to be done and... well here he is. He started to zoom on to the mission. "If I was a cat, were would I go..." His thoughts led to fish, which led to sushi. He cringed at the thought of sushi and decided to speed up his walk to the forest.
Soon after words, he decided to go to the training grounds. After all, he knew this spot had water. If he needed to think like a cat, this is were a cat would be. As he looked up the river he saw his guess was correct. He saw the cat intent on catching a meal for itself. He slowed his walk and knelt down a bit. He flicked his head to the side to move his hair out of his eyes and started to sneak up to the cat. When he was close enough he grabbed the cat and hoisted it up in the air. "Time to g-" The sentence was not finished though as he felt claw after claw all over the upper side of his body. He dropped the cat and it bolted somewhere. It seemed to be the village, but Aki was in a bit to much pain to give any cares to the cat. He reached out to the river and got some water and started to splash it on his wounds. It wasn't pleasant, but it had to be done. He had time to think as he winced in pain. The cat was out for blood, didn't want to be caught, and he couldn't bring the cat back in a body bag. He thought for a few moments, and even took out his Yo-Yo to help him. He only put the Yo-Yo away when he had a legitimate plan in store.
Aki snapped on the full arm rubber glove and made sure his fathers gas mask was on correctly. He had on several layers of clothes, a gas mask. (curtsy of his father,) and rubber gloves with matching rubber boots. He grabbed the fairly new animal cage and set out on his mission. The plan this time? Sneak up on it and use his jutsu to paralyze it. It wouldn't hurt him at all, and it gave a perfect opening to put the cat in the cage. Then all he had to do was safely deliver it to the lady. He spent the time walking to make sure he had everything he needed, and was capable of doing everything. All lights were green. Just in time too. He had followed the same river up stream for a bit and saw the cat at it once more. Cats are to stubborn to give up on anything. He made sure he was within the jutsu range limit, and then cried out, "Kanashibari no Jutsu!" The cat barely had time to turn his head before he was frozen in place. Now Akimitsu wasn't normally one to show emotion, but this got to him. He pumped his fist up in the air and jumped a few times. Sadly, this costed him a bit of energy and he found himself returning to half sleep once more. He removed the mask and gloves as he walked with the cage in hand. The cat obviously didn't do anything to stop him because he couldn't. Feeling a hint of success, he made his way back to the lady.
After about 10 minutes, the lady was shouting at the top of her lungs in a rather high pitch voice at the cats return. The cat managed to unfreeze right when the lady opened the door so it showed her that the cat was very much alive. She quickly scooped out the cat and started searching every single section of his body for any kind of harm. Aki was pleased when no yelling at him came afterwords meaning the cat was not injured physically. Mentally, there was nothing Aki could do for it. That wasn't his fault though. That was all on the lady. He didn't say anything though as he revived his money on the way out the door. With his money in hand, Akimitsu was left to his own business. The first order? A nice deserved nap.
