The Continuation of the Kinsley Tavern Murder, Case Number 13285733
The Search
The name which Maito gave the police as a next lead was Kirino. An eighteen year old boy who was assigned as an intermediate between those who were in charge of retrieving the money and those who worked underneath the leader of this messy web-like syndicate. Rumors indicated that he was usually spending most of the time within the well-known Hot Springs that were located within Konohagakure, and there were quite a few needed to be checked in order to find this particular individual. Nonetheless, with the sheer numbers owned by the Konohagakure’s Military Police, finding this man can only take somewhere between thirty to an hour at max. There were five teams dispatched by the Police Captain, and all of them were consisted by a number of two individuals, since they were more than enough to apprehend a brat such as Kirino.
He was a young lad which posed no threat at all; however, he represented a key point within this particular case, and Tenzō really needed this particular lead in order to interrogate him and ask for the next piece of the puzzle. The whole idea that this particular spoiled brat was the only lead towards the case, was a thing which infuriated the young Uchiha; however, he was capable of controlling his emotions despite even if he may have wished to lash out at any given moment. In reality, he might have not been the most decent and fair shinobi from this particular village, however, beating people within submission was something which stood against his own principles, at least this is how he thought with his this own current mindset.
While the search continued, the young Uchiha was lingering outside while letting that firm buttocks of his stand upon a wooden bench that made out of a sturdy type of oak. His job was now consisted of informing himself with the earlier reports that matched this case, and there were a few documents located on his side. There was some time on his hands, although, once the dispatched personnel managed to find Kirino, then the Uchiha’s presence would once more be requested at the Police Station in order to continue with the assignment that originally caught him within this particular case, interrogation. With his keen mind and with the ability to play his words properly, the raven-haired lad might find himself capable of contributing towards this case with much more then the probably imagined.~ 424/424 of Total Words ~

The Briefing
It all started with a few complains that were sent a couple of months ago by a few owners that were in charge of either of their own small business, such as taverns and pubs since these were the location in which this particular crime syndicate was capable of performing their deals with the so called customers. Due to their suspicious behavior, many owners have filled a couple of reports that were describing similar situations; however, the police did not had any kind of real evidence in order to issue a warrant regarding their activity. Words alone were not enough to get the authority that was needed to investigate this particular case, as such, mostly all of the complaints were being stacked upon a desk somewhere within the military police station. Until one day, when a woman killed by the members of this particular group, or at least that’s what the police was thinking that they were indeed all tied up together, due to the descriptions that were being received from different kind of sources.
It was an unfortunate and heartbreaking event; however, that woman represented the lead that was needed, or better said she was the trigger in order to begin the necessary operations to track and shut down this whole syndicate that was probably operating within Konohagakure for more than a year. This was clearly no ordinary group of people that were capable of doing mischievous things, since they were capable of hiding their tracks almost flawlessly and reaching them might be a difficult task even if the necessary trigger was provided towards the police. In this particular dossier, there were a couple of names listed, more specifically of all of those that were around the killer named Maito. And a more special one was there as well, the one which was going to act as the next lead within this particular name. A guy named Kirino, that was somewhere around eighteens and represented the bridge between Maito and the true leader of this particular syndicate, at least those were the things which were written here.
In reality, nothing really was certain; however, everything must be checked since there was the probability of finding more evidences or so called leaks that may push this case further. As such, Tenzō continued looking throughout the whole dossier while awaiting for the police to apprehend this particular man called Kirino.

Fizzy Bubbles Hot Spring
One of the well-known and visited Hot Springs by all kind of wealthy men and woman that were located within Konohagakure, its reputation was developed due to the luxury which can be found within this particular building. Not only that, but this particular Hot Spring also offers different kind of services which are complimentary alongside the main one, as such, this particular place is indeed visited by a large variety of people that detain a high status or income. The prices here weren’t actually that low in order to attract all sorts of people, this is way a person such as Kirino might be lurking within it because of the type of business in which he was interested in. These people were known for offering escorts towards people who were willing to pay a good amount of money, and not only that since you could find at them different kind of substances that were illegal on the market. In spite of this, describing what they did wasn’t really that important since the majority of their affairs were within the illegal domain.
The group of shinobi that was dispatched to search within this region has finally made its entrance within this particular Hot Spring, and without further ado they went against the counter to request the names of those who were inside. Since they have showed their ID and warrant, there wasn’t really a problem with procuring that list of names, as such, the one who was sitting behind the counter pulled out a list that contained the names of the male gender who were inside. With just a minute or so spend upon searching, the group managed to locate the man’s name due to him having a membership at that specific location, the so called vip club that was meant for special kind of people. Without further ado, that pair of shinobi waltzed inside the room in which Kirino was bathing before apprehending him instantaneously.
“Wait, what’s going on here?!” Kirino shouted on a furious tone while struggling to get away from their iron grip. “You’re being arrested, refrain yourself from speaking or you’ll make things even more worse than they already are.” were the words spoken by one of the two military officers on a sturdy tone while throwing a serious gaze upon Kirino, further backing up the words. The pair of shinobi escorted the man towards his own locker in order to make sure that he would properly get himself dressed before heading outside the building; they were keeping an eye on him all the time, not even letting him alone for a mere second.

Back at Konohagakure’s Military Police Department
A couple of minutes had passed, somewhere between twenty to thirty, since that was the amount of time that it was needed to bring Kirino within the interrogation room. In meanwhile, the Uchiha was contacted by another group of police officers that just received the news about the successful capturing that was just made. As such, Tenzō immediately wrapped the dossier before making his way towards the interrogation room, time was of essence and there should have been no further delays, since the leader of this particular syndicate might notice these acts and decide to either leave the village or lay low. Neither of these two options were favorable for the case, and making sure that these two won’t happen was something that will always be taken within consideration by those who were working upon this case.
Quick and light were the footsteps which took the raven-haired man inside the building, rushing his way as fast as he could before throwing a few knocks against the door which lead inside the interrogation room. Right after that presence was announced, the Uchiha entered the room slowly before positioning himself against the other side of the table, looking at Kirino with those dull and ebony eyes of his, feasting on every emotion which he was capable of displaying in that moment. Studying his reaction was indeed a wise thing that was necessary within a procedure such as this, since with the information that he was about to receive from them, the young lad knew what questions were needed to be posed and what kind of attitude was required in order to make this person talk.
“Greetings, my name is Tenzō, and I shall be asking you a few questions regarding one of our mutual friends, more specifically regarding Maito. He told a us a couple of facts about the... let’s say interesting ways of conducting the business in which you’re involved. I would like to hear more about it...” were the words which left between the Uchiha’s pale and numb lips, and their whole purpose was nothing more than to apply a certain amount of pressure upon Kiriono. This whole act was needed in order to make him realize a bit under which circumstances he was involved; however, the words didn’t really indicate something meaningful, since the raven-haired lad was hoping to imply a couple of things and gamble with the man’s reaction, hoping that he was capable of turning himself in with little effort on their behalf.

And then he just cracked
At the hearing of those words, Kirino’s face began to suddenly change while those brown and pale of his had started to simultaneously widen; in reality, he had no idea what the police knew about him and due to his fragile age the man began to crumble beneath thoughts that ended up with him being locked up inside the jail. The man loved enjoying his life within different kind of locations that were capable of offering him entertainment and joy, and the simple thought of being deprived from such pleasures forced the lad to enter a state of panic. Once it happened , a quick and hurtful shivering sensation went down his spine all the way towards those little toes that were peeking outside his own standard and blue sandals, and the man didn’t really knew what to do in a situation like this.
“I don’t want to go to jail!” Kirino shouted on a scared tone before placing both of those hands on the top of his head. Even to the most simple eye the man looked terrified, as such, a couple of words were let out “I’ll do everything, please just tell me what do you need to know, just don’t send me to jail!” on a quivering tone that complemented the state in which he was in. “Tell us who are you working for, and where we can find him. After you tell us everything that you know, then we will consider what kind of charges are there going to be placed upon you, the more you talk, the better it will be for you.” the Uchiha spoke on a stern tone while keeping both of those ebony eyes locked against the man.
“Alright... alright, I don’t know much, but I will tell you everything that I know...” Kirino said before he was slightly interrupted by Tenzō. “Much... won’t really help your case, Kirino.” the Uchiha said on a rigid tone just to add more pressure upon the man. With this pressure alone, the raven-haired lad hoped that Kirino won’t refrain himself from leaving any kind of important details out of the confession, since every bit of information is going to help as a new lead towards this case. Without any more hesitation and time waste, the accuser began talking about what kind of business was the syndicate being involved within, while also stating the names of those who he knew from inside.~ 419/2144 of Total Words ~

The verdict
The whole interrogation took at least one hour, since they had to show him quite a few faces and make sure that everything which he said was being noted down. “Well, if that’s everything that you had to say, Kirino, I’m not sure how much I can help you in this particular case. However, these fine gentleman would make sure that they you would that you will receive the so called right treatment that you deserve.” the raven-haired man spoke on a nonchalant tone before he pushed himself a bit backwards, dragging the chair along with him. Right after he finished talking, the Uchiha arose from his seated position before excusing himself from within the room, making his way outside since practically the job which was granted towards him was finally over.
The interrogation was successfully implemented and the necessary information that was going to be extracted was now at the hands of those who worked at the Konohagakure’s Military Police Force. There was nothing left for him to do in this particular day besides completing the form in which he would justify what kind of work was completed today so that he may receive that well-earned paycheck which was supposed to be granted once the assignment was finally over. Working within a domain like this would most likely benefit the Uchiha, due to the opportunity of exercising his own vocabulary and having the opportunity of learning a few new tricks from other working colleagues regarding interrogation.
Strength wasn’t really the only weapon which stood at the disposal of a shinobi, words could also become a feared weapon if the person who’s using them knows what to speak and when to do such an action. It all depended on the situation in which he found himself, and everything was possible with the amount of experience that he was about to gain through all of these assignments. Not only this, but working within a rough and sturdy environment such as this will most likely enhance that personality of his, making him more polished and less likely to fall down when stress becomes a problem. Working under stressful situation is an important quality which can also be used within battles, since there are no rooms for mistakes there.~ 385/2529 of Total Words ~
