Uchiha Tenzō
S-rank
A heartily chuckle of his own accompanied the comical touch which arose between the woman’s lips, lasting only for a couple of short seconds, and right after it ceased a few words were erected by the raven-haired man. “I understand Lady Kameko, parents are indeed fond of us.” he added on a joyous tone before placing himself to a rest in order to allow the woman to continue on with her response. While she talked, the Uchiha would gaze at Kameko intensely with those narrowed eyes of his that were checking her for all kind of small details that will allow him to actually deduce if she was telling the truth or not; however, the tone on which she spoke did not seem to make him suspect anything wrong. Maybe she really was nothing more than innocent and pure, and that gut feeling of his which made him believe that there was something more hidden within her was probably wrong after all.
Despite her previous words, the ones which followed up about her own future seemed a bit ambiguous when they assaulted the Uchiha’s ears, as such, the young lad reached for the sake bottle before dragging it beneath his own eyes. Without further ado, Tenzō twisted the cork while pulling it against his own ribcage, letting a popping sound vibrate freely within the room before hoisting up that bottle so that he may refill his own empty cup. “To be quite honest, I have to admit that the word recently wasn’t really used properly in that context.” were the words which escaped between the man’s lips, and right after they had ended the bottle was once more sealed back, since a quick glimpse at the woman indicated that she was still far from finishing her own.
“With that being said, they had actually arrived in Konohagakure before I was born, although recently seemed appropriate if you were to think that the Uchiha massacre happened quite a while ago.” Tenzō spoke before gulping the whole glass of sake as if it was nothing more than a shot, placing it back against the table before he arose from that seated position in order to relocate himself with a pair of heavy footsteps against the window. There was little difference between that eerie and dank night and those ebony eyes which were now devouring the whole landscape that stood beneath them. It wasn’t really that hard to tell that this particular subject was quite sour for the young man, as such, he wished to avoid any kind of eye contact with Kameko. Letting his own weakness and feelings visible was something which he did not wish for, despite that she was probably capable of noticing that already.
“Please come here, Kameko...” the Uchiha said while beckoning the woman towards him. “I want you to take a look of this magnificent view and tell me what you can actually see, please do describe this image.” were the words spoken on a benevolent tone which quickly escaped from him while continuing to peer curiously out the window. If she were to accept that innocent offer, the man would actually step aside a bit towards his own right in order to leave behind some space in which she could position herself. The slumbering moon was barely visible due to the grey clouds which invaded the pitch-black sky, and there were some celestial stars that could be seen if someone where to look intensely for them. Without a doubt, the man was curious to see how she would describe the image beneath his own eyes, and hopefully with those words alone the man managed to pique her curiosity.
