Tsuneo

Tsuneo

D-rank

Boring, wrong, deceptive, this world is all of these, there's no good in such a world, Tsuneo, however didn't care about any of those, in the eyes of many there's no war, but in the eyes of this young lad, war never ends, he searched the land high and low for a peaceful place, but this world was nothing but brutal war is always around, always there to kill off the weaker and the innocent alongside with the heinous.  The young man found himself questioning, not how to deal with the filthy side of this world, but why even try, the blood on his hands remains, he can never be a hero, and he no longer cared about justice, why do so when the world is slowly crumbling , whatever he fixes, crumbles down, he never was good at fixing, destruction was his expertise.

And to perfect his destruction, he needed to train, and become more powerful his lust for power in the end, was not required for his revenge, but simply required for his quest in supremacy, Tsuneo in the end wanted to become the most powerful, a terror that can never be forgotten, it was his secret wish from the beginning, ever since that night, to become...Terror.

The young man began by  training his endurance as he placed his body under heavy strain, by heavy, sharp, and painful objects, enduring the pain, smiling at the face of development, Tsuneo was no masochist, but pain that grants him power, was very much his cup of tea. The young lad continued in such a position for hours as the burden on his body increased, he kept on damaging his own body, not stopping for a moment to rest his weary body, the young male showed no mercy, not even for himself, he wanted power at all costs.

After a while of torturing himself, Tsuneo's damaged body would move  easily not caring for the pain,  he would await till his wounds clotted, and nothing more, he would then begin by enhancing the endurance he has against tough blows he takes by physical attacks he receives, and gives, he had a long way still from what he seeks but still  he worked even harder, he had a goal, obtaining power, and that will remain the same, he continues to train harder and harder in order to achieve his goal, the goal he seeks, subconsciously, he was truly a man lusting for power he wanted power despite pain, and despite the consequences, he shows no interest in a limited power, he seeks absolute power. He was far more sadistic than this world he lived in, or is it this world that created this sadistic nature of his, one could stand all day blaming the world and cursing it, but Tsuneo shows no interest in anything similar or related to that, he may spit a few sentences but nothing more, it had its beautiful side, but that wasn't very apparent to Tsuneo, he never did commit heinous crimes, but he had many enemies, and those enemies that stop in his way of destruction and conquest, are in serious trouble, he intends to eliminate any glimpse of hope in the eyes of those that stand in his way, and so he prepared for battle as a group of shinobi approached the young he was not quite aware of their rank, it was a small group of five, their chakras hinted they were of a jounin's level, good, he would taste his power, his despair, in the face of such immigrants.

They approached him orderly, not tactlessly, but smartly,  while one threw a kunai at him from the front, a basic frontal attack to diverse one's attention most likely, he would jump up to find that only two were standing away from him now, underneath him, a guy that threw a punch to where Tsuneo was, but it was all in vain, or not Tsuneo focused on the man beneath him  that failed to attack him, but the kunai thrower had jumped at him aiming to kill him with a sharp blade, Tsuneo took hold of the man hand that gripped the sword's handle and pulled the man's attack to the other third one that came from behind Tsuneo, however the one beneath Tsuneo would throw an arrow at the exact point where the sword would stab, stopping any damage from occurring, Tsuneo would flip away from the three with the two behind him they would throw some kind of jutsu towards him and A-rank Jutsu Tsuneo intercepted it by pushing himself and running at a destructive speed, reaching a rock he hid behind it, but it was almost crushed along with Tsuneo, luckily he received no damage, yet.

Tsuneo would walk rushing towards the three, and with an incredible speed and perception he would grab an arrow, heading towards him by the second shinobi that jumped away as he shot his arrow, throwing it back at him, and grabbing hold of the third one's neck as he rotated to the left with his right leg stretched dropping the first one, choking the third one whom stabbed Tsuneo's hand with a sharp kunai piercing two inches luckily it was no critical spot, but still  damage occurred, Tsuneo would  let go as another arrow was shot Tsuneo would avoid it by using the third shinobi as a stepping stone, only a graze on his back was left, but the last two, the fifth and the fourth intruded by jumping infront of Tsuneo while he was midair, with both of them waving hand signs creating the next jutsu, and unleashing it at Tsuneo from a point blank range two B-rank techniques, suddenly the two techniques faded into Tsuneo's palm sucking them in, and landing only to jump again from the ground and taking hold of their two neck dropping them to the ground painfully and powerfully, while ten arrows raged towards Tsuneo he would throw the two men towards the arrows as their bodies were pierced, however all was not well, the arrows would rage into an  explosion of flames, that Tsuneo barely dodged still minor third degree burns were left on his right arm, Tsuneo would begin to get angry as he stood infront of the three left alive, anger, rage boiled his blood beyond anything he had ever felt, the strongest? Struggling with five punks, that was the weakest, or so thought the raging Tsuneo, he ran towards the three while one of them raged with his arrows Tsuneo would dodge them effectively, and before long when he reached one of them, he would sweep him off his feet, as he used hand to distract him from his leg, and while he was on the ground, Tsuneo would punch him twice, and kick him towards the second one approaching, whom grabbed hold of his partner and placed him on his feet again, but by then Tsuneo was infront of the two , as he spat a destructive raging dragon towards them from a point blank area, destroying their very existence, leaving nothing but ashes, and  before long the arrow guy would be targeted, more arrows came Tsuneo's way, but dodging them and breaking them was all Tsuneo did as he ragingly approached the dead man until only few meters remained, stretching his hand towards the man neck as he shot an arrow towards Tsuneo's shoulder, but as Tsuneo began choking him, he would interrogate him, Tsuneo was always careful, despite not looking the part, before the arrow reached his should Tsuneo would grab it and stop a direct impact, only an inch was pierced of Tsuneo's flesh, and before long, after the heavy torture and placing a centipede in his ear, letting it roam within his head, he asked the man “Do you know the sound or the feeling of a centipede crawling within your head?”

After the bloody torture the man's head was twisted three hundred and sixty, while Tsuneo sat there, on a rock besides a small pond, gazing at the water.

Brilliant, simply brilliant...but the showcase was far from entertaining ~

Binsu waltzed over the damp and muddy grass, treading as lightly as he could over the hidden waterfall village’s iconic scenery, making sure he wasn’t deforming the land to a notable degree. The swordsman looked desperately past the sun’s glare, which peeped through the various-sized gaps in the large tree’s leaves. The bright light did nothing more than limit his field of vision quite substantially, though it wasn’t harsh enough to completely blind him. As he walked the man could hear an orchestra of sounds: he could hear the sharp chirpings of the small birds perched high up within the tree’s branches, he could hear the trickling sounds of the eventual waterfall nearby, he could hear the wind swoosh past the environment with nothing more than a light brush against the loose leaves to announce its presence,  however nature’s volume was overshadowed by the inorganic sounds of metal clashing against metal and the cries of pain and agony that followed closely behind them. The swordsman knew he was missing out on a dance, a dance between man and his enemy: himself. The loud grunts and occasional shouts only got louder and louder as Binsu came closer and closer within their proximity. When the rouge finally reached the location of the commotion, the sight he saw proved to be the last missing piece to the puzzle he was trying to solve; a battle between a band of gutsy shinobi all preying on one lonely guy, but as the scene played out it was clear that the predator had now become the prey. It made Binsu wonder whether those predators knew at all what predators were expected to do.

The swordsman stood on the sideline spectating, jumping his gaze from body to body and back, judging each of the fighter’s skills as if it were his business. He watched as one person threw an attack towards the lone rebel before the guy met the attempt with nothing more than an un-devoted retaliation, as if he meant to mock the guys' sad attempts. By the way the lone defender fought back against his four or five intruders, Binsu could tell he was holding back a large degree of his natural skill. He could tell he wasn’t digging deep into his defenses, but the little attacks he threw back towards the bandits proved too much for any of them to ignore. He was much stronger than them, that much was obvious, but what if they were simply too weak in comparison to he? Binsu could’ve easily activated his borrowed eye and confirmed the true skill levels of each of the men fighting ahead of him, or at least he would’ve established a close estimate of their skill levels, but he felt as though it would’ve been a waste of his time and chakra. The lone rebel must have had to be at least a C ranked fighter, or better yet a B ranked fighter, anything higher might’ve been an overestimate, or it might’ve been more accurate than his naive assumptions. Regardless of each individual’s skill level, Binsu could tell with all four or five of the intruders working together, they still couldn’t land a notable hit on the lone survivor.

Hit after hit Binsu’s eyes remained fixated on the scene of the battle, mentally taking note of each of the stranger’s unique fighting styles although he was given little time to do so, and with the possibility that the lone fighter was holding back much of his own techniques. ‘The results of the battle were predetermined, these men were meant to die today, or at least come face to face with death,’ Binsu couldn’t help thinking. He felt a little bit sorry for the men, but the empathy towards them faded as soon as it had come. The battle reached its climax too quickly and within minutes, no seconds, each of the four intruders were kissing the ground in defeat, all but none with at least one or more fatal wounds on them to show for their defeat. As if the battle had meant nothing to him, the lonely fighter found himself a seat of a bulging rock near the water’s edge, looking more satisfied than tired. Almost a second or more before he had taken a seat on the rock, the man had slipped something into one of the fallen bandit’s ears, though the swordsman couldn’t quite make out what the thing was from the distance he observed from. The victim of the act showed little to no signs of resistance, not that he was capable to in his current condition, but a moment or so after his head seemed to rotate a full three hundred and sixty degrees, which would’ve killed him had he been alive still up to that point. Binsu’s gaze traced the victor’s body as he moved to sit on the smooth rock, before the swordsman decided to enter the scene as if had paid the ticket to come watch the brief show.

“What an interesting display of reserved strength,” the young rogue spoke, as he took a slow stride towards the lonely man, his left hand gripping lightly on the slim handle of the small bamboo umbrella that shaded his body. The man had chosen to show up to the scene with nothing more than his kimono worn over his ANBU armor and a pair of wooden sandals to cover his feet. Tucked into the obi, above his left hip were his two swords Daken and Seitteki Eji, both safely in their scabbards. Inside the kimono, tucked behind his ANBU belt was his large collapsible fuuma shuriken, and strapped by his right leg (also inside the kimono) was his black kunai pouch. His ANBU mask was sealed away in one of the small scrolls he carried inside his kunai pouch, along side another scroll which had the last of his three swords sealed in it. Wrapped tightly around his right eye was a white, stained bandage, which hid his stolen eye from plain sight. To the average stranger, Binsu appeared to be a noble samurai that focused more on his appearance than his weapons, but not everyone counts as ‘the average stranger’. A warm smile shaped the nature of his lips, which tied his whole look up as a peaceful looking man, or a really good impersonator of one. “Pardon my intrusion, but i couldn’t help but overhear your little, ‘gathering’ whilst i was walking by the path towards the waterfall. My name is Binsu,” the swordsman would say, as he now stood but two meters away from the last surviving stranger.

As a man came out in a neat looking kimono, looking fairly peaceful, but something about the man gave Tsuneo the idea, he was far more than a simple passing by man, sure their squeals were lowed anyone passing by could've heard them, but locating them in such a dense forest, that was no mere task, and in such a short amount of time too, the man also seemed to have analyzed the young criminal by a simple look, a show of reserved strength eh? The man seemed to have seen through Tsuneo's facade, still, using it was quite wise of him, not talking much to the fallen shinobi, and not using his clan's signature moves, or revealing much of his techniques, showing that portion of power was all that was needed to end them, and to hide his identity almost completely.

The alert boy never let his guard down, although it was notable, it was feint. He had to be wary of the man standing before, obviously the man was no joke, while sealing techniques in his palm was hardly recognized as a sealing technique as it was unique a sealing master would know, another one of Tsuneo's secrets were revealed, his use of Ninjutsu, the man perhaps knew both of the spec his manipulated perfectly, Tsuneo was no longer the vibrant young man, he's the dextrous centipede.

To his first comment Tsuneo didn't flinch aside from giving an apparent glance at the man, with his cold exterior he remained calm, and calculative, not knowing the man's power Tsuneo had the option of attacking him and keeping whatever info gained about himself locked away in the realm of the dead, but ignorance is a bliss, not so much for arrogance, for all one might know, this man might be capable of laying waste to the young boy in the matter of seconds, still the centipede was a venturous one, but for now, remaining seated may be nothing bad.

The second statement came breaking the ice cold silence, tearing the hollow pacing its way into the young boy's ears, he would look at the man and speak in a calm cold voice “No matter... No harm done.” his stance it was no stance a man with no knowledge in physical combat would arm up with, it was apparent although very feint, almost not appearing due to the man's relaxed air, this man, he was both frightening yet thrilling, Tsuneo had to swallow an edgy smirk for the sanity's sake.

As he stood with the man moving towards a man that suddenly began squealing in pain and agony  due to what Tsuneo left in him... A centipede in his head, destroying his brain, it was an ordinary centipede, something Tsuneo endured in the past while being tortured at war, which led to his sanity dying, accepting his insanity led to his current state.

The young man spoke to the man before him “Are you a physical fighter?” He asked bluntly wanting to know, perhaps if this man knew about swords, Tsuneo would be interested in what knowledge this man may in order to aid himself about the art of swords, for he was interested in it, he was far too interested in it.

The young criminal spoke once again warning  the man standing before him in a calm manner “You might want to leave, these punks hunt Nuke-nin on a daily basis, remaining with me might cause you several headaches..” He spoke honestly and clearly, hiding his identity was not much of an issue now, it's more like he no longer cares.

And so the boy waited silently for the man's response, his cold dead eyes left hanging on the man as the boy watched him carefully, the centipede was alarmed, he'd rather keep his guard up at all times, no time to hesitate or to think, the simple moment he realizes hostility towards him he'd attack, even if it were a loved one, sure there are exceptions, but they were rather few.

The sun sunk in the horizon beyond the eyes of the dextrous centipede, giving a bloody red hue to the area, a truly enjoyable setting for murder, Tsuneo's heart no longer held hesitation, not a slight bit of hesitation  was left in the boy, being mentally and physically tortured was far enough for the young boy,

It's funny he felt that the man was very much similar to him, they both had that dextrous aura, but while his was relaxed, Tsuneo's was bathed in insanity and intensity, the calm breeze of a sun dawn brushed against the grassy field as it bid farewell to the dying  bright light welcoming the bloody light of a battlefield's bloody massacre, the  light reflected in the eyes of the boy as he sensed the bastards approaching far off in the distance, it was time to knock out the whole band of misfits, but where they the misfits, or was it Tsuneo,he's the criminal after all, no?

And so the boy would sip some tea in two cups and hand one to the man before him, placing the pot after picking it up once again in where it once stood beside the boy, Tsuneo would seem lax and cold when in a social situation, but whilst fighting, all sense of sanity or mindfulness is gone, his only wish whilst fighting is;  absolute annihilation of the enemy, regardless of who it is, feelings are powerful, underestimating the young boy's hatred and rage proves to be deadly, as they are truly lethal.

The young boy began taking sips with his eyes glaring into the tea and at the reflection of his picture as rippled with the ripples Tsuneo's sips made, enjoying a cup of tea before battle, Tsuneo may have become lethal but he certainly didn't lose his taste, indeed he didn't.

The man noticed him approach: how could he not? It wasn’t common to see a man armed with a pair of swords, with one eye covered approach you and when it did happen, most of the time you’d be forced to react sharply, however this boy...this figure that was perched almost comfortably on top of the steady rock looked towards the stranger as though he was an old acquaintance. As if there was nothing about his appearance that seemed to startle him or promote uneasy thoughts to cloud his perception of him. The young man looked calmer than ever, maybe for his own reasons, and Binsu couldn’t help but empathise with him. The swordsman felt as though he and the boy were long lost friends, or at least partners, that understood each other more than a mother knew her child. But he couldn’t be rational, he couldn’t judge the man boy too soon, he couldn’t assume anything. In a world where the chances of something happening were as good as the chances of nothing happening, assumptions were poisonous.

The boy looked alert, something Binsu would’ve expected from a man that had taken down a significantly large number of goons alone without breaking a sweat. He looked too calm to have been intimidated by the swordsman’s sudden if not unexpected arrival, which was good. The boy kept his guard up for all the good reasons, but that didn’t stop him from welcoming the kind stranger with humble words instead of misunderstood attacks. “No matter... No harm done.” He spoke with a calm, cool voice. Anger, annoyance and all the other negative emotions were absent in his words, his tone. That soft and desirable tone. Binsu gave the man a nod, accompanied with a gentle smile as to say ‘i’m glad you weren’t bothered’.

A small squeal could heard in the background, as one of the fallen men continued suffering from the attacks Binsu’s new acquaintance had thrown towards him only moments before the battle ended. When Binsu shot the man a slow glance, he saw a long insect crawling in and out of the man’s head. A centipede by the looks of it. The torture he must’ve been in, Binsu would never understand. From his faint cries Binsu could tell the man was in pain, and that he wouldn’t die any time soon, not before he went mad from the centipede’s treturous  brainwashing tactics. The swordsman almost felt sorry for the man, but not before he felt a great wave of disapprovement of his skills as a killer. If you could not kill your target, you deserved the death and torture they had prepared for you in retaliation.

Binsu’s glare at the poor soul that lay suffering before his eyes was interrupted by a stunning question from the seated boy, a question that he didn’t know how to answer truthfully to, but would attempt to anyway. “Are you a physical fighter?” the boy had asked, with a hint of wonder in his words. The swordsman sat on the question for a while, throwing it around his hollow conscious and wrapping his mind around it. He took his gaze towards the stream of water that flowed from the great waterfall itself, down through the forest. He could hear the loud crashing of the water as it fell from a smaller waterfall that appeared only a few feet away from their location. The swordsman held his gaze, as he began to answer the man’s alluring question. “I fight based on what my objectives are, what my opponents are. Like water takes on the shape of its container, i change my fighting style to fit the shape of the battle.” Binsu watched the cunning man with a cunning look on his face. He looked desperate, but not too desperate.

Binsu's glare drifted away from the man and onto the cup of tea his new acquaintance had so kindly prepared for him. The jounin was aware of the dangers of accepting food from strangers, but he couldn't care less about how he'd prefer to die. Offering the man a kind smile and a small bow of the head that said 'thank you' the rogue took the cup into his left hand and slowly took a sip, tilting the edges of the cup down inside his mouth before feeling the hot wave of tea meet his lips. He'd draw the cup back the moment he felt too much of the warm tea had flowed into his mouth. Then after swallowing, he'd hear the man say, “You might want to leave, these punks hunt Nuke-nin on a daily basis, remaining with me might cause you several headaches..” "Let them come, and if i get a headache this tea shall relieve me," Binsu would reply in a cold and mocking tone. He'd shoot his partner a smirk, before placing his right hand firmly on the edge of the hilt of his Daken blade. He'd wait for his cue to attack.

As if he was brother he lost as a child, or a friend he lost as a child, the man standing before him was indeed strange. He was gentle, he was sure, and he was sharp, his actions held no hesitation, he showed in plain simplicity, that he cares not for delusions, and fears, for it was all a sign of weakness, and it was all a mere stubborn illness. The man was quite simple in his answer to the young one's question, he was truly an engaging fella, and someone to watch out for, he spoke about his proficiency in the art of fighting and murder, he was as flexible as liquid.

He spoke about so with extreme simplicity, from anther's mouth that would seem truly arrogant and boastful, but this man was no cocky man, he was simply honest, and strict although his words were spoken in what seemed to be a relaxed, Tsuneo couldn't help but feel the strange bond of partnership between him and the man before him, not the beneficial partnership, it  was brotherhood, he knew not how to explain sch a situation, but by merely being around him their auras intertwined, why?

.They.came.

And before soon a horde of idiots came twenty five shinobi, all builds were above average, their formation was quite strategic instead of the usual ''surround and attack'' failure of a formation, almost all of them are armed six of them held bow guns, other held swords, spears, and a variety of other weapons it seems that these are all of them, the group hunting the young boy gathered to exterminate him as a last option since many of them were mercilessly slayed, the young boy was far from sad, if anything he was quite pleased, he stood up as a fierce burst of air came towards everyone in the area, a dark gloom hovered over the area, the area seemed surrounded with his black chakra as it nearly appeared like burning black flames while Tsuneo peeked at the group of fools with his raging red eye, it was no sharingan, but a mere eye that reflected his rage.

It Began

The conflict between the boy and his partner against the group of weaklings.

Three

He ran to the center of the field as three approached him from the air with their daggers infused with chakra aiming to rip him apart, but in a flash he disappeared, not in flash they realized his presence soon after. Taking a step back and jumping  above them he took one by the collar and threw him aside, leaving two next each other in the air, was exactly what he did only to place his hand on one of their heads aiming to kill them both in one blow, but the one on the other side dodge and by forcing his way down to the ground, by then his partner died midair due to his head being pierced by lightning, and still Tsuneo never gave up as if he knew the other one would dodge, and so he reacted by waving his hand with it the lance down cutting the man from the head into two halves and the one on the ground from the waist was cut and murdered dissected into two parts; upper and lower.

three down twenty two left or perhaps not? His  own partner was hard at work, Tsuneo knew ever since he saw him, he was no joke, the man he felt this brotherhood with, was a lethal fierce man, or at least his power is, his calm demeanor and relaxed attitude showed Tsuneo this man was not just another shinobi. And so the young boy raged in the battlefield, and it was time to show his full power, perhaps not, but Tsuneo was just up to some showing off, and he would make sure to enjoy it.

Five

He ran straight ahead as five came his way, exactly the same way.  And it appeared the the guy holding the bows weren't planning on slacking off they aimed for Tsuneo and perhaps his partner, as they unleashed their arrows, Tsuneo  would simply enjoy this, the arrows came rushing at him in random paths, Tsuneo would spin in horizontal manner midair, avoiding the arrows while few of them grazed his skin, he would then rush towards them while one threw his sickle that was tied to a chain towards the boy, Tsuneo smiled as he ducked  away from the slash, and took hold of the chain binding the sickle, pulling the man closer punching him in the stomach, The young boy however wasted a life for no reason, and used lives as shields for his own life, a pathetic way but it showed how brutal his desire for survival was, he would move the  knocked out man to his right side shielding himself from three arrows that gave the man his death as a human meat shield, advancing towards the four remaining with each one of them a sword in hand, the young sealing master dashed sweeping one of his feet and punching his heart and neck  and with the man's own sword in hand he would pierce his neck and render him nothing but a slayed fallen man. The young man was then surrounded by three remaining hostiles that were soon stopped from moving completely they'd struggle to escape but no can do, three chains stretched out of the young boy's lower back, as if tails.

more arrows came raining down at Tsuneo whom used the three captured men as shields , arrows filled their bodies, they were more hedgehogs than humans now. Tsuneo would remove one arrow and throw it back at one of the men that held the bows Tsuneo chains would chase the man and soon capture two of them, and it would be safe to say that both of them had their heads twisted backwards.

The young boy took a glance at his partner to see how he was doing, and continued with the task at hand; eliminating the vermin.

Binsu began to feel an overwhelming understanding over his new friend that stood before him. The boy looked younger than he, yet he shared a similar mentality with Binsu. The striking questions he asked sought to expose the nature of the responder's answer: what it meant to him and why he felt the need to produce the answer he spoke aloud. They were rudimental questions, with deep meaningfulness. They were the same type of questions the swordsman would've asked himself. The two lonely strangers were far too much alike to call themselves friends, yet the blood that pumped rhythmically through their veins made it impossible for them to truly call themselves brothers, but their sudden connection with one another suggested they had a stronger bond than that they could've experienced with even members of their family. The modest claim that blood was thicker then water was true, but water mixed with other ingredients (such as friends, comrades, lovers, teachers, students) was far thicker than blood. Only time could tell whether their friendship would deteriorate after their first encounter, or whether it will grow luciously over the foundation of their propitious friendship.

.They came.

.He saw.

One pathetically built body after another, the rest of the intruders' army positioned themselves in an unfamiliar battle formation, with the weakest of the lot bravely standing within the closest proximity to Binsu and his partner and the rest safely positioned behind them. One by one each cheerfully gripped his strongest weapon and impatiently waited for their leader's signal to attack, which Binsu would have to see the ripple effects of to know when it had been given. The swordsman was halfway finished with his now-warm cup of tea, slowly pulling down his throat the massive tide of tea as every second went by, but savered the last few gulps in order to maintain the illusion that he was still too busy to notice the obvious movements of the bandits. As he glared towards the slow moving shadows of bodies moving in towards his location, the man couldn't help but make a mental note of him and his partner's position, as well as the unsure random positions of their brave stalkers. Now slowing his drinking even further as if the very last drops of it were truly the most saverable, Binsu danced his glare from incoming body to incoming body, calculating the rough distances there were between him and his opponents. The swordsman stopped his glare on two unsuspecting archers, that we're supposed to have hidden themselves away from their targets' line of sight, but had obviously done so poorly. Indeed they had failed miserably, and would eventually pay the price for their mistakes. Not giving them more than a brief moment's attention, Binsu broadened his view to take in the general sight of the situation. After adding up the many confusing numbers in his head and piecing together the parts of 'the puzzle' he thought fit well together, the swordsman was ready for action. What would come next would be a perfectly coordinated routine of carefully predetermined manoeuvres and attempts at meeting every target's offense with an effective defense and additionally a follow up retaliation. When sequenced in the right order at precisely the right time, this autonomously precisioned waltz would enable to cunning swordsman to quite easily and very much so effortlessly eliminate the small number of targets he had, without requiring the assistance of his partner, who Binsu believed was more than capable of dismissing his lot of targets without his assistance also. Binsu rushed the very last drop of tea he had, before giving his partner the dart of his eye and a quick wink before commencing his self-composed plan.

.They made their move.

A total of eight members of the assault directed their attacks towards Binsu's partner, all relatively weak in comparison to what Binsu had expected them to throw at a man of his partner's strength and skill level. The swordsman was more than sure his partner would be able to manage their numbers alone, so instead he focused his full attention on the seven attackers that had their eyes on him.

Two archers: One of the two archers Binsu had closely examined before decided to make the first move by firing one fast-moving wooden arrow towards the lone swordsman, which was aimed directly towards the centre of his forehead. Without employing much thought into his reaction and simply following the predetermined steps he had mentally choreographed, Binsu gulped down the last cool drop of his tea before sharply darting the cup in front of the arrow's path, the inside of the cup pointed directly towards the head of the arrow. The arrow didn't change direction, and a second later the porcelain mug was sharply pierced by the fast moving arrow, and although it had been shattered to pieces, the mug had managed to absorb much of the arrow's forward force and as a result had lowered it's total average speed by 65%. The arrow was now flying at a slow enough rate for Binsu to effortlessly snatch it and throw back at a greater speed, aiming the arrow's head towards the head of one of the four men that had apparently broken into a chase towards him the moment their archer had fired the first arrow.

The arrow Binsu had caught and thrown back had only managed to just graze the side of the man who ran on the far right side of the rest, which didn't bother the swordsman all that much. Without letting the men run another two meters before acting, Binsu quickly swung his right hand around his back, gripped and pulled his fuuma shuriken from the back of his belt before bringing it around his back and towards the front, uncollapsing it as he did. He'd display the one-handed dragon hand sign with his left-hand middle and index finger (with the rest of his fingers folded into his palm) before jumping 2m high into the air behind him whilst launching the giant shuriken towards the four men with an overwhelming force which sent the shuriken flying towards his opponents at speeds bordering 15 m/s. A cloud of smoke masked the shuriken for a small fraction of a second, before clearing away to reveal the sudden duplication of the projectile, with a minimum of 100 identical copies of the soaring four-bladed projectile, each and every one aimed towards the direction of the four incoming men.

The rain of giant shuriken blades came over the four attackers within seconds. The two of the men that we're standing in the middle of the other two took most of the damage from the metallic barrage, each taking deadly cuts to the head, arms and torso areas of their body before collapsing onto the ground in defeat. The other two managed to avoid a vast number of the shuriken barrage, but none continued fighting without at least one of the arms and legs scarred by the shurikens' cuts. As the barrage came to a sudden stop, all of the shuriken now pierced firmly into the ground, Binsu landed from his earlier leap into the air, only now he had both his Seiteki Ejji and Daken blade held firmly in either hand. A second after he landed, the tea-loving swordsman broke into a greeting chase towards the last two of the original four attackers, making sure he was also watching through them for the archers that hid behind them. 'There is one more brute who decided to come after me, besides from these two and the archers, but where is he? Binsu thought to himself, as he now met the two foot-soldiers in the middle of the battleground. He swung his right sword towards the one on the left (his left) but as expected the goon managed to evade the swing by ducking under it. 'Bad move. The swordsman sent a kick of his right leg towards the man who attacked him from the right, briefly stopping him in his tracks, before leading his right sword back towards the right to slice a 6cm wide, 1 inch deep cut across his neck. The cut wasn't enough to damage his jugular or windpipe or deal any notable damage, however because the swordsman had used his Seiteki Ejji blade to deal the cut, the man would automatically feel the effects of its unique poisonous trait. Within seconds he'd collapse on the ground, paralysed from head to toe by its raiton ability. In that same moment of time, Binsu would've planted his right toot back onto the ground before shifting his weight into it. He'd then quickly whack the other man's right hand punch towards the ground in front of him, before rapidly planting his left foot on top of it and planting the man's hand into the ground. With his left foot standing over the now-hunched man's right hand, Binsu found decapitating his head a little more than too easy, so instead he decided to drive the edge of his Seiteki Ejji blade through the man's mouth as he tried to scream in pain. The sword poked out through the back of his head, and as he pulled the sword back out that same head rolled forwards into the man's chest. Binsu took a step away from the dead man and allowed his throat-less body to fall flat onto the ground before him. Not wasting any time in observing his successful kill, Binsu quickly ducked down beside the paralysed man's body and pulled him into his hands, before turning him around the face the incoming swarm of arrows that were originally meant for Binsu. The arrows hit the human shield in every vital location of his body, rendering him dead within the next few seconds. As the archers paused to avoid launching any more arrows towards their own men,  Binsu dropped the lifeless corpse and began charging towards the archers.

The one mans Binsu had lost track of finally made his unexpected re-appearance, shooting himself out of the ground in front of Binsu and then firing a round of 10 egg-sized pellets of rock aimed towards various parts of his body. 'A Dotson user,' Binsu thought to himself, as he began slicing away each of the fast-moving rounded darts with the rapid swings of his blades. It was almost too easy, but then his opponent decided to launch a large Doton dragon towards him. The dragon was as big as full grown tiger. Without putting much thought into his actions, Binsu decided to run towards the dragon instead trying to avoid it, but then as it was a meter away from crashing into him, he took a large leap into the air and soared over the man's Jutsu, his swords still hospitalised by each of his hands. The look on the man's face told Binsu he had done something unexpected, but the look he would pick up from the guy next would confirm his soon-to-be death. As Binsu landed a meter away from the guy he quickly pushed himself forwards towards the man, driving his right sword into the man's heart (which instantly paralysed him, numbed his pain and also killed him) and drove his left sword through his left lung. The man's body slid across Binsu's blade towards each of their guards before stopping. The archers' slow attack that was supposed to reach Binsu whilst he was still in mid air finally flew above their heads and landed a good 20m behind them. As Binsu looked at the blank expression of the man that had died in his hands, he could tell them man had died with a smile in his heart. Tears rolled down the man's frozen eyes before dripping onto Binsu's arms. The swordsman would quickly pull his swords out of the man's body, before running past it as it fell to the ground behind him. 'Now for these pesky archers,' Binsu thought to himself, as he ran in a random zig zag pattern towards the arrows' direction. He ran into the trees the archers were hiding amongst, before suddenly disappearing.

The archers held their fire and desperately searched for their missing target. In actuality, Binsu hadn't disappeared, he had re-appeared where one of his giant shuriken a had landed. After launching the original shuriken and making a hundred copies of it all heading towards the four incoming bandits, Binsu had also created a mud clone and transformed himself into one of the giant shuriken he had thrown, which was masked by the sudden appearance of smoke that had occurred when he threw the giant shuriken towards the men. He had his mud clone throw him amongst the the other flying shuriken, but had had the clone aim him towards a tree behind the archers. Binsu's clone the  went after the last two of the four men alone, knowing even if they managed to kill it, it's master would be safely hiding behind the enemy's line of sight. All Binsu had to do was wait for his clone to finish off the last 3 bandits, before making his unexpected attack on the archers. In order to get close to the archers, he had to sneak up to them, which was exactly what he had done. Now all he had to do was kill the archers.

After returning back into his normal form, Binsu shaped his left hand into a Doton canon, before rapidly firing two shots, one aimed at the back of each archer's heart. The Doton pellets pierced through the archer's heart and claimed their life a second later. 'Seven down, five to go,' Binsu thought to himself, as he saw two more men run after his partner, whilst two more ran shouting towards him, from below. The swordsman quickly leapt off of his tree branched landed back where the last of his shuriken a stood pierced into the ground, the rest had disappeared into the void they had appeared from. He'd quickly pick the shuriken up before attaching it back behind his back, then after taking one quick glance towards his swords, which had fallen onto the ground after the clone that had been using them had dispersed, he'd break into a chase towards them.

The swordsman reached his swords and hurriedly picked them up and wielded one in each hand, much like his clone had. He'd then turn back around to meet the stares of the last two goons who had decided to chase after him in honour of their leader's orders and their fallen comrades' wishes. They wore grim facial expressions that suggested they were infuriated by the death of the fellow comrades. Their anger didn't at the least phase Binsu at all. He couldn't have cared any less towards his fallen attackers, and even less towards the two that stood before him that would soon eventually join them in hell. One of them broke into a sudden chase towards Binsu and the other followed closely behind. Both were armed with a pair of fairly strong blades, but none could come close in strength to either of Binsu's own blades. As the fastest of the men came within slicing range towards Binsu, he threw a horizontal cross-shaped slash towards his neck, but the swordsman man effortlessly side-stepped the attempt and kicked the left side of the man's hip, sending him staggering away from Binsu as his partner made his own attempt at striking Binsu with a downwards parallel slash of his swords, which originated above his head and promised to soar towards his target's feet. Binsu's earlier kick had left him in an awkward position, which heavily restricted his movements. His weight was on his right leg, and in order to evade the second man's sword swing he'd have to force his weight back onto his left leg, but in doing so he'd meet at least one of the man's sword slashes indefinitely. Given the few options he had, Binsu decided to instead quickly bring his left leg back down onto the ground in front of the incoming slash, before quickly transferring his weight onto it and then bending far forward, before swinging his right leg around and in front of the man to deliver a blunt kick against his stomach, which he hoped would stop the man's downward slash or at least force the man into slowing it down. Unfortunately the slash's speed wasn't altered at all, but the kick had managed to force the man into letting go of both his swords. As Binsu quickly swung his right leg back from the kick he accidentally knocked the two airborn swords the man had let go further away from his reach. The swords landed 15m away from the man, before sliding an additional 5m more and the  coming into a complete stop. As Binsu's right leg came back he forced it down onto the ground, finally making his stance more stable. He'd then quickly slash across the man's neck before he had the chance to recover from the sudden kick, which made a 3 inch deep cut across his neck, a fatal wound that would kill him within the next minute or less unless he was healed. In the moment Binsu had acquired his stability, the other man who had stroke him first had now recovered his stability as well, and had managed to re-position himself to once again strike towards the swordsman the moment he had finished off his partner. Luckily enough Binsu had unconsciously anticipated his attempt, so the moment he sent two x-shaped slashes towards the centre of Binsu's torso, the swordsman batted the swings upwards before stepping forward into a lightning-fast lunge towards the man's heart. His retaliation connected, and after sliding his sword back out of the man's heart he fell dead before his feet. Binsu stood on the spot huffing and puffing, as he used this first moment of peace within the battle to observe the eerie scene before him, also taking multiple glances towards his partner who was surely putting up a magnificent dance against his targets' unthoughtful attempts towards him. Before he could relax on the thought of victory, the very last of the bandits came to greet the two men who had prestigiously slaughtered his men within a few minutes, maybe less. He looked taller, bulkier and uglier than the rest. He had stronger armour, better weapons and more scars than the rest. He was with no doubt the strongest of them all. He was their leader...

Bloody silence, they laid waste  to their bludgeoned enemies, none was shown mercy, they brutally dashed through their enemies, ripping them apart, destructively destroying them, exploiting openings, countering, dodging, attacking, and never defending, they never stopped for a moment they kept advancing, showing no hint of stopping, victory was not what they wanted, they had no such thing in mind, however, for the sake of survival, they will triumph, or so Tsuneo felt, he felt as if their minds were linked, they both were loners aiming to survive the brutality of this world, and there was no one to trust but themselves.

Collapse-able were their enemies, and collapse is what they eventually were forced to do, one by one, mercy? No mercy, murder? Murder is all that was done, escape? They fought for so, they had to escape, and their escape was the destruction of their enemies, their only way of surviving is by tarnishing the existences of others and erasing them, they were born innocent, free of all sins, and clean of all bloodshed, the world tainted them and painted them to its liking them, rendering them nothing but murderous, evil? It's a necessary evil, fate had forced their hands.

As they stood before the last enemy, and their leader, side by side they stood gazing at him with their intentions, no they had nothing such as a killing intent, Tsuneo would assume so was true for the man, as he had no killing intent in his actions or actual intentions, he merely intended to survive, and if they remain alive, they endanger his survival, his killing intent was far more brutal and horrifying, and as he released it towards the man, the man was struck aghast by the abhorrent chakra, and the abhorrent intent, Tsuneo knew nothing about him, nor did he, but can someone desire to kill someone so much without knowing them, just for survival, it was suffocating red and black, bloody and abhorrent, this intent was far from one a sane person could send out.

“If it's no trouble, don't kill him I'd like to....Extract some info”
And so thee centipede burst from from his place like a rocket after exchanging glances with his partner, as if informing him of his next move, as if they were linked, mentally. The young boy stood to the left side of his partner but raged to the right. And as he stood there, Tsuneo, attacked, the man countered by punching Tsuneo on the stomach, Tsuneo was pushed back but unfazed by the punch, reason? He used his shirt to replace himself, only to appear like a shadow from behind him, and punch him four times destroying his arm with the pain, and breaking it from the elbow's area.

He let his partner do his fare of damage and wrapped his chains around the man's body restricting his movements for good.

The scene came to a disappointing end, but not before his partner had made the first move on their last attacker. This stranger, this fiend, this vermin that stood before them with no respect would soon come to rue this day. The day he had his own men slaughtered in the optimistic hope of bringing home his targets' heads in his hand to show for the victory he had much anticipated. How wrong he was. How desperate he would soon become. Binsu recovered his calm breathing pattern, before reuniting with his partner to confront the crude leader of the weak assault he had his men partake in. All the while Binsu couldn't help but think to himself, 'Why us?' The fact lay naked on the bench: Binsu didn't have any idea who his new partner was. For all he knew he could've done something worth hunting him for. But then again he knew even less about the odd men that had alarmingly started attacking him for no reason. If their intentions were any better than his newfound acquaintance they wouldn't have attacked without fair warning. Whatever his partner planned to do with the leader had Binsu's full support.

“If it's no trouble, don't kill him I'd like to....Extract some info”

His partner spoke with great confidence lurking beneath his words. Binsu could tell the man was used to these events he saw as abnormalities. The man had surely adapted to the vividly gruesome scenes that played out in his company, whereas Binsu felt like a total stranger to the sight. It's wasn't so much disturbing as confronting, but he knew today he hadn't really given himself a choice by approaching the man in the first place. It was bound to come with their meeting. Binsu hadn't any slight intentions of killing the scumbag that stood before them, but he had no doubts the man would try and force his hand into killing him. "His actions will decide whether I kill him or not," Binsu spoke aloud towards his partner whilst keeping his eyes glued on their target.

It'd didn't take the brute 3 seconds to urge an attack towards Binsu's partner, but before the attempt truly became an attack the gifted man had managed to force one of his peculiar centipedes onto his body somehow and had managed to keep the goon in place with some kind of chakra chain technique. 'They look awfully a lot like the chains the uzumaki clan use,' Binsu thought to himself as he watched his partner begin his 'work' on the immobilised man. Binsu could sense his partner's invitation to deal whatever damage he wanted onto the immobilised brute before he began his work on him, he picked it up in the man's tone as he asked him not to kill the brute, however harming the man whilst he was immobile didn't sound all that amusing to Binsu. In fact, the swordsman hated the idea of causing pain for no reason. He gave his partner a slight shake of the head/forward tilt of the head that said 'I don't really really feel like it, but if he forces me to I will severely punish him'. The look was a little too blunt for its meaning, but for some strange reason Binsu could feel as though the two of them understood each other so much that it was all his partner needed to get the message. Binsu slowly sheathed his swords and moved a bit further from the brute, making it public that he was going to be the one watching out for any other 'interruptions' whilst his partner did his work.

Tsuneo's centipede began crawling inside the man's head, and the interrogation began, every time the man declined to answer, Tsuneo bit off a bit of his flesh , and spat it away to his side, it was more painful this way, any interrogation would end easily this way, it was a method he disliked for its nature, but liked for its effectiveness, he continued torturing the man and asking him questions, gaining a healthy amount of information out of the cursed bastard, the actions of this group were nothing short of a heinous crime, they're just a group of bandits that hunted nuke-nin for money, another group of lowlife Tsuneo ended, though this time he received help from the man he sensed great harmony from, Tsuneo was amazed and thrilled during the fight, if one would call it that, Tsuneo looked at it as a one sided massacre.

He moved gracefully, he was powerful, he trusted his instincts and never fell prey to their assault, it as obvious he was not someone used to this scenery, but to calmly accept it, this man while he had Tsuneo thrilled, anyone would think of him as frightening, someone who can remain calm after such a view, it was truly astonishing, Tsuneo could think of nothing but how the man simply amazed him.

Tsuneo loved it, he found someone just like him, although he may not be used to things Tsuneo is used to, It was truly pleasuring, but this man was no rival to him, he sensed great harmony between the two, they understood each other, and acknowledged one another, Tsuneo was no longer the friendly guy he was, but he knew in just one look, that these they are not enemies, and if anything, they're partners, lifetime partners.

After the interrogation had ended the young centipede moved towards the side of his partner sitting there, not a word, not a letter was spoken, but their thoughts entered each others head, its as if Tsuneo shared his past with the man, through his glare, they both were victims to the cruelty of this world, and they both were survivors, they both were strong, and they both were the fittest, thus, their survival, while each one of them had their different motives, Tsuneo was sure that they were very much the same, regardless of goals and motives, they both were lone wolfs never accepted for their nature, the nature raised by this world of unfairness.

The young man spoke in his usual cold tone and sharp decisive voice asking the male:“What is it, that you live for...?” A question we've all asked ourselves, Tsuneo also asked himself that question, but never found the answer, to protect his loved ones, but is there really anyone remaining, which led him to ask himself, “Of my loved ones, who remains?” He had no one, no one to care for or to love, his master, does she even care about his existence? He doesn't know. His friends were all killed, none remained, the boy he met Yuzu was the last if anyone remained beside him, he didn't even know if his brother is sill alive, he knew nothing, why does he continue to live, why does he continue to fight, what is there in living.

-FLASHBACK

For a second, despair hovered in the boy's eyes, the past returned to the present and is now walking towards the future, motivating Tsuneo, it spoke to him telling him who he fights for, he was told:

“Why must you fight for someone?”
“Why must you fight to protect”
“Why not fight for the opposite”

The world is your enemy, it tortured you, put you down, smacked you to the ground and ripped you apart, spit you out, and left you to be covered by sand carried by the storms of unfair situations, leaving you to dry out, die, and rot away.

Nobody cares, nobody loves, nobody fights, this world is impure, but pure existences exist, if you need someone to fight for fight for pure, for the damned, and for the poor, and destroy the world, and recreate it.... A NEW

The world is your enemy, fight and destroy, kill the strongest, stop this unfairness, and stop this world from becoming any dirtier, Tsuneo, become terror and raise hell infront of their eyes, show them that you are the product of this world's cruelty. Perhaps you were forced to live in the life you call hell, perhaps a higher existence created you, in order to purify this wretched world, or maybe not, who cares for that hubris? No one, but at least now you know, the world is wrong, and you must destroy that wrong, use your hatred, use your despair, use your insanity, and.... OBLITERATE

-FLASHBACK

The boy's eyes glittered with despair and hatred, he was truly the product of this world's dark side, he was a monstrosity, their voices reside in his head, the countless victims of his, he was the final product, the hopeful Tsuneo died and became this unnamed monster that looked at the world as his own enemies, no sane man would fight the world, good for him he was insane.

“My name is Tsuneo.... My purpose....” he would pause until his sincere words escaped his lips “I desire this world's  destruction, and I will do my best to annihilate it. And build it a new” That was his purpose, this world's destruction is all he wanted, nothing more, nothing less.

Uzumaki Tsuneo, the centipede, he was truly as dextrous as his nickname, he would protect the pure, and destroy the wretched, he would destroy the world and create a haven for the damned and the pure, the fire in his eyes burned all that fell in its path, 'twas the fires of his hatred, his revenge was no longer against a single man alone, but against the whole world, against all existences, what would hold him back, someone that loves him? As if such someone existed, there's nothing but darkness for the lonesome boy.

However, Binsu appeared as someone different, he was not your average skilled shinobi, he's most likely tasted the same despair, Tsuneo could only assume, he sat there awaiting his friends reply, Tsuneo thought that Binsu might be pissed, or might get mad and decide to fight the lonesome boy, he knew not, but still he never had his guard up against him, he felt that it would be a betrayal to the feeling of brotherhood, or that strong feeling of harmony between them, and so he remained lax infront of the man, he smiled a troubled smile as he looked at his reflection in the water.

He was unsure, will this man accept him for his darkness, or will he fight him, it was his decision, he would not blame him for not accepting his own insanity. Night fell, the moon shown beautifully on this accursed world, the petals of spider lilies glittered under its light as the wind blew kindly brushing against the boy's hair, caressing him gently, Tsuneo's lethal side had gone to sleep, his eyes would calm, his gentleness would appear in a glowing white light reflected by his white hair.

The interrogation went on for a few painfully brutal minutes, before mercifully coming to a complete end as the lifeless corpse of the so-called bandit leader fell onto the ground before them. Yet another piece of rotting trash to litter the land hidden in the waterfall. Binsu almost felt guilty for leaving the decomposing bodies of the crooks in a sacred village such as Takigakure, but at the time of their deposit he hadn't any other choices. He had to eliminate the harmless 'threat' at the time and didn't have enough time to think about how he could do it without wrecking the scenes with sites of dead bodies.

Yosuke's centipede crawled towards him and stopped a few meters away from him. Binsu wasn't sure why the man had chosen to use a centipede as a means of torture: the choice seemed a little more than random to Binsu, but he wouldn't judge it. It has proof of results and it was a far better way of forcing information out of people than any method Binsu could've fashioned up. His partner then kindly redirected his attention towards Binsu, exchanging a friendly glare with the swordsman before asking him a rather strange, yet much anticipated philosophical question. The man's sharp voiced darted the words, "What is it that you live for...?" a question Binsu had asked himself since his early childhood. Whilst his school friends asked when the latest manga chapter at the time would come out, he'd ask when will life come to be non-existent? Whilst his friends tackled questions about how fast the average Chunin can throw a kunai, Binsu would often wonder about the dimension of time itself. He wondered how such an immaterial, misunderstood measurement of transitions could very much control the material existence of the universe. Without time there would be nothing.

Binsu handled the man's question with care, and after a moment's thought decided to give him a variation of the original answer he had once given himself. "I used to live for the sake of living, for the fear of death, for the curiosity of the future. Now I live to leave behind a meaningful life. When I die the only thing of mine that will remain meaningful in this world is my experiences. People may gamble my items away, but they can't gamble away my history. My experiences. My legacy. Today I live to shape history, and be a witness of the future." The swordsman glanced towards the soft beam of the sun's rays and added, "I want to see how many tomorrow's I can see before my time has come, and when I die I want to count how many yesterdays I managed to impact." The man held the short pause that swam in between them for a brief moment's time, before diverting his eyes from the bright light and back into the brighter face of his newfound partner. "What do you live for?" he asked, as he read the friendly expression of his practical twin all the whilst displaying the same friendly expression as he.

The young boy smiled faintly but the vision of him glaring down at the burning remains of villages  he wishes to destroy was drawn in his eyes, he spoke in his blunt sharp voice, explaining his darkest emotion: Hatred.

“I myself don't know if you call this living, but I continue to stand on my two feet for only one  thing, it's a  bloody revenge, against whom? Against this pitiful excuse for a world.” He didn't lengthen his words or anything, but merely admitted the truth, his vengeance wasn't against one man, but all men, all those with power and all those that stand in his way.

He spoke once more, saying his mere words as he left into the depths of the woods, taking the bag he carried with his hand over his shoulder as it stuck to his back, he spoke saying: “Meet me where the darkness gathers. It was nice meeting you Binsu, let us see how many tomorrows, we both can see.”

And so the boy left fading into the forest, after saying his goodbyes to his dear partner, such an interesting man he was, not only was his power bewitching, but his resolve was quiet the intriguing one.

~ It was a warmer kind of light that escaped with the boy he had only met that day. It was a harsher light than given off by the moon, but softer than that of any wild sunset. As the dawn of day emptied out the sand in the hourglass of time, Binsu stood and watched his new friend walk off slowly into the distance. That Yosuke, that talented boy who had introduced to himself to the swordsman as a playful killer, a torment to his rivals, but a loyal comrade in battle.

He left a mark on the Jounin's heart that scratched beneath the surface of his heart, that waterted the dryer parts on his eye and that reassured him he wasn't alone in this world. He wasn't the only one who loved killing if it's in favour of the good, that he wasn't the only person alive that craved the sweet taste of a meaningful battle, that he wasn't the only shinobi disgusted by the greed of scavengers such as the bandits who had attacked the two of them today. Yosuke had secured himself a place amongst the names of people Binsu was proud of calling friends, but had managed to quickly jump to the top of the list to sit just below the name he held above the rest.

Binsu also saw this in his eyes. Yosuke too had felt the same connection with the lonely, one-eyed swordsman. He too felt as though he had found a new partner in combat, and companion in life ~
