Gin was basically escorted to the Tsuchikage's office with a spear pointed to her back. She didn't blame the poor chuunin who was just trying to do his job - or at least not too much. After all, she would have also been skeptical of someone claiming to be the long since disappeared former Kazekage who was coming to Iwa for a mere touristic visit. She fit the physical description of the person she claimed to be. She wasn't lying, after all. But the circumstances still sounded quite... odd.

She had begrudgingly parted with her weapons, which the guard now held, and was pretty much pushed towards the Administrative Building in the middle of the village. "Fine, I get the picture. You can stop being so goddam pushy you little brat," she said with gritted teeth. Hands behind her head, as if she were some kind of prisoner or bounty, she entered the Tsuchikage's office. The young man sunk into a deep bow.

"Lord Tsuchikage! We caught this woman trying to sneak into the village," he began, no longer bowing but still showing reverence to the current ruler of the village.

"You're lying you fucking twat!" Gin piped in, but was largely ignored by the guard.

"She claims to be the former Kazekage of the Hidden Sand, Kuroka Gin, my lord."

"That's because I am, asshole, now give me back my fucking swords." She was foul mouthed as always, regardless of the people around her.

"Show respect! You stand before the Tsuchikage himself!" The man seemed appalled by Gin's attitude. She rolled her eyes. Well, kudos to this guy for having at least one loyal follower in the village.

From what she knew, he had only been appointed to the position just recently. She had known the previous two people who had occupied the position. She couldn't really say much about Kazu, but Arashi and Dengen had been the bane of her existence while they had been alive. She wondered if this guy would be any different. She would hold off her judgement until later.

Akira was behind his desk as usual. The room itself had been remodeled to his specifications some time ago when he first took office. The windows had been removed and replaced with chakra reinforced rock and the rest of the room had been reinforced as well. The circular room was a fairly simple set up. On one wall to the left upon entering was a fireplace. Currently cold with no flames lighting the room. One would usually consider it an entry point but Akira had the chimney filled with blades and razor wire. On the wall directly across from the door was Book shelves and cabinets filled with documents and in the center of that was a heavy stone desk also made from reinforced stone. A leather chair behind the desk and two fairly cushioned but regular chairs on the side for guests. To the right of the door the wall was filled with an assortment of alcohol. Everything from fine wine to simple bourbon. And the wall around the door itself was lined with framed pictures of the Tsuchikage before Akira. The door itself was reinforced redwood. Akira had turned the office into a bunker. But it also acted a little like an oven on hot days.

The desk had papers scattered across the top. Some neatly put into a pile and some crumpled and off to the side. A half empty glass of bourbon sat on the desk as well as a cigar in an ash tray with smoke still trailing up from it. Behind the desk Akira sat. His usual attire of slacks and black socks with a light green button up shirt and a white vest buttoned up with a black tie tucked into the vest. His dagger hidden behind his back tucked under the vest as well. He wasn't a very carefree individual it seemed. Still at the moment he was leaning back and had a wet cloth draped over his eyes and a fan blowing cool air over him. His hands folded over his stomach as he took a break and cooled himself down. But this was not to remain at his own leisure it seemed. The doors opened and he listened as someone spoke to him. He recognized both voices and for a moment his eye brows raised. He let them finish arguing and let Gin continue cussing before he let out a sigh and plucked the cloth from his face. He wasn't worried about his identity being recognized just yet. After all he had gone under extensive facial reconstruction and tattooed his eyes yellow. Still as those yellow eyes fell on them both they demanded respect in just a glance. It was then he spoke in a casual tone.

"Toji. Thats enough of that. I doubt anyone claiming to be a former Kage would bother trying to be sneaky. Especially not the former Kazekage. Gin was infamous for being rather direct. You may leave us for now. As for you Madam Kuroka. Please be seated. While I respect your former office you are currently within mine and it would serve you well to remember that and check your language. Your weapons will be available to you upon leaving my office of course. There is no need for them in here. Unless you fear me for some reason that is...but the Gin I have heard so much of knew little of fear. May I offer you a drink?"

Gin smiled widely. She extended her hand and ruffled the boy's hair, much to his chagrin. "You heard the man, get out of here, skippy," she said, pushing the boy out of the door before he could say anything and shutting it closed behind him. She wiped the dust off of her hands and went over to sit in front of the Tsuchikage. She propped her feet up on his table and grinned widely. "Oh, I know fear. I've been staring it in the face every day for almost ten years now," She said offhandedly. She took the half finished glass of bourbon and sniffed it. She shuddered. "Damn that smells cheap," she muttered, setting it back down on the desk.

Yes, the Tsuchikage had asked her to offer her respect, but she had largely ignored him. Before, when she occupied a similar position, she would have been careful to practice restraint in order to avoid a political incident. In her current position, however, there was little chance of that happening. She was a political refugee in Kirigakure and didn't really represent any nation, group or village. It was just her, on her own. Any potential consequences would he hers to deal with and no one else's, and she was completely fine with that. "I'll have some straight up rum on the rocks if you've got any," she said.

The former Kazekage looked at the man carefully. She often acted careless and even dimwitted, to an extend, but her mind was analytic. Years of experience had taught her that she had to be suspicious of everything and everyone around her until proven otherwise. However, her face didn't show anything of it. She looked around the office and let out an impressed whistle. "I like what you've done with the place. It's more homey," She said. Her eyes paused over the frames of the previous Tsuchikage. There was Dengen - the crazy bastard that was too cocky for his own good - and Arashi - the bratty kid who thought he knew everything about the world around him - and lastly, Kazu. Her eyes narrowed over the framed picture for the slightest of moments.

That was the person who had killed her husband.

The young woman turned back to look at the Tsuchikage and once again smiled. "I find it odd that you're being so trusting. A Kage, presumed dead, suddenly appears at your doorstep and you offer her a drink without any attempt at trying to figure out who she really is or what she really wants. No, you're not being trusting, are you? I can see it in your eyes. You have dozens of contingency plans thought out in case this takes a turn for the worse. For all I know, your dismissal could have contained a hidden message to place your top soldiers on high alert," she spoke in little above a whisper. her eyes were bright with sly amusement and her lips were coiled into a smirk. Her head rested against the palm of her hand.

Truth be told, she was curious about this man. He had seemingly appeared out of the blue, without much of a history of his time in Iwagakure, from what she knew of the reports she read off of Ayakashi's desk. He seemed calm and composed, in control of his surroundings. He was definitely older than his two predecessors, possibly more around her own age from the looks of it. She would have probably sopped by his office at some point of her stay, regardless of whether or not she was forced into it. This little event just seemed to speed things up. She could only spare a few days in Iwagakure. After all, she had been hired to take care of an important job in Konoha. After that, she would hopefully head to Kumogakure for a while before setting everything in motion to go to Sunagakure. It had been a long time since she had had to travel so much.

But first thing was first: she needed this surgery taken care of.

Her implanted Sharingan eye was hidden behind a set of bandages, making it look as if she only had one eye. The long sleeve that covered her left arm hid her prosthetic limb from view, though it was likely no secret to this man that she had lost it to a fight against her deceased husband. Her covering it was mostly for aesthetic purposes, after all. The sleeves on her other arm, on the contrary, were kept short, making her outfit rather asymmetrical. It was nice to be able to have her face uncovered for the first time in so long. her skin had grown somewhat pale from lack of contact with the sun.

Akira watched her get comfortable for a moment with only a raised eye brow before he set the cloth to the side in a crumpled heap. It was obvious he wasn't going to be able to enjoy a moment of peace. Still it hardly mattered much. His curiosity had been sparked. If this was the previous Kazekage then he was more like her in many ways then she knew. If it wasn't then some one with the sack to go around claiming to be her was still an interesting person. So he had no real urge to lose his temper just yet. Even when his favorite drink was called cheap only a slight smirk crossed his face. She was being rude but he didn't suppose she wasn't ready to back it up. His yellow eyes watched her for a moment as he took in everything about her. He wasn't one to be shy. It was obvious that he was sizing her up. Still he rose too his feet. Moving around the desk as his feet made absolutely no noise. It was as if he wasn't even moving. Still as he walked around the desk he plucked his cigar up and took a drag of it. Breathing it out so that the smell was in her general vicinity.

And then he turned. The curved dagger sheathed on the small of his back was almost a small sword and it was of an impressive make. So he let her see that he was armed while moving over to the liquor cabinet. His back hiding what he was doing as he prepared something. Listening to her speak about things as silly as trust. And signals. He chuckled as he returned with two glasses of her drink of choice. Placing one next to her feet instead of handing it to her. A little something to force her to reach for it if she wanted it. And then returning to his seat before taking a sip of his own drink. His eyes watching her quietly. He hadn't spoken through out the time he had personally prepared her drink but now he smiled like a fox up to something. Truth be told the drink itself was clean and properly made. But he did like to play on suspicious natures like those of a hunted woman. Not to mention he really wanted to get his hands on that rack. Big breasted broads were the best.

"Trust? Hidden messages? No my dear. If you tried something the noise that would erupt would be heard for some distance. I am not known for my subtle techniques. And I don't trust you. I am just confident in my abilities. Even against a legend. And what should I care if you are her or not? An Anbu from Suna would be out of their mind to attack you in my office. As for you. You seem to be very trusting. You let your weapons leave your sight and then sit close ranged to one of the most powerful men in the world and flip him sass. Even let him prepare your drink. Weren't you at the last summit? Wasn't there a scandal about a poison from Iwa? Who is the trusting one here? You or I?"

Gin was comfortable - or at least she seemed like it. She shifted so that her hands were rested on the back of her neck. Hidden beneath her collar and ready to be accessed was a simple seal that held Soul Cutter in it. She would never part with the thing. Her prosthetic arm itself was more than a formidable weapon. She was well aware of the man ogling her. Then again, she was more than used to getting that kind of stare. It was easy to recognize. On lesser men, you used her sex appeal and their easily infatuated nature to get what she wanted from them. Of course, the key word there was "lesser men." She had only known this man for a few minutes, but it was easy to tell that he was far from the fool that his predecessors had been.

She kept the smile on her face as the man spoke. Her expression was sly and seemingly carefree. "Finally someone who doesn't care for subtlety. I'm tired of all the people in power being the careful types," she commented. She stayed in the position she was in, only shifting slightly in the chair to grab the drink. She listened to him suggest that it may have been poisoned. She smiled at him widely and downed the entire drink in one go. Was it a stupid move? Yes. However, Gin was much too stubborn. She had always been one to take risks with a great deal of disregard for her own safety.

She was a peculiar woman, Gin Kuroka. She would be overprotective of what belonged to her or what she held dear - her children, her village, her friends - but she was quite reckless when it came to herself. She knew that if she died outside of Sunagakure's grasp, her children would no longer have a role as political hostages. Additionally, she was sure that Sanosuke would take them in in that event. There was little that the Council could do or say to keep him from getting their custody, seeing as he had become Raikage of all things. As far as she was concerned, she could die in relative peace if her stubborn nature got her into a well overdue grave. She feared losing her freedom more than she feared her own death.

The former Kazekage smacked her lips and let out a refreshed sigh once she was done. Not a single trace of her thought process was evident in her body language, voice or expression. "Considering the ways in which people have been threatening to kill me for the past year, death by poison sounds like a kindness, boring as it is," She said as she set the glass down on the table again. "Oh the Summit!" She said with a fake hint of wistfulness as if thinking of a wonderful time long since passed. "Lovely memories of fighting against a crazy sociopath while pregnant and lacking an arm. Not much else comes to mind, other than your idiot of a predecessor and the death of someone I admired," She stated. She hadn't thought about the summit in a while. It had been such a long time ago - 14 years or so? Yes, that sounded about right. Keeping track was easy when two of her children had been born a few months after that. "Besides, if I really am who I say I am, do you really think I would have let your little chuunin drag me here if I didn't want to stop by?" She said, winking at him.

Akira watched as she downed the drink with some gusto to her actions. He felt his eye twitch a little at that. If someone wanted to get smashed in a fast way that was how to do it. He didn't keep any cheap alcohol in those cabinets. Sure he hadn't actually poisoned it. He was far to direct for that anyway. The crushing of bones was a much better tune then the gasping and gurgling for breath that typically came with poison. Still even though it wasn't poisoned if she kept that pace he might have a passed out lady in his office. Or perhaps a seductress? He suddenly wished she liked tequila. Still he lifted his left hand and out came a surge of chakra. Normally chakra was hidden within the body but the chakra was visible when Akira used it. A weakness he had always had. Still the chakra molded into thin brown lines attached to his fingertips. Dancing away from them with the grace of a swan floating along. The thing strings wrapping around the bottle of rum and with only a little sway to it floated it back to Akira. Once the bottle was in his hand he let his chakra fade. And just like that the visible chakra was gone. Quietly he poured her a glass as he listened.

She spoke of an idiot predecessor and he sighed. He had seen the way Iwa had fallen into filth and ruin when he first arrived. So many of the previous Tsuchikage had been steroid injecting fools. No mind for business within them. Still he would not speak ill of them aloud. Still since he took over Iwa had risen from within the depths of poverty into a bustling market. he had even attempted to open trade routes with both Konoha and Kirigakure. Though he was still waiting patiently to see how those turned out Iwa was becoming self sustaining again. Still she mentioned some one dying she admired. He wondered who and why in the back of his mind. After all the woman was quick to disrespect him in some ways. Perhaps it was just another person with prejudice against Iwa itself. He listened to the last part and chuckled. Taking the cigar from his mouth and placing it back in the ash tray before taking another drink of his glass. When he spoke his yellow eyes looked into her one visible eye as if searching. And something in those yellow eyes seemed like they would see any hint of a lie. But something else was in those eyes. As if they could see even deeper. As if there was no limit to what they could see. Infinitely deep. As was his voice. The man was designed to lure people into him.

"And so we come down to it. Your reason for being here. I doubt you just happened to have stopped by in Iwa because you wanted to enjoy the mountain air and some goat milk. No I think you are here for something more beneficial to you. And not just anything. Something you had to come to me for. And since your not trying to whip and explosive tag out of those glorious tits of yours I assume it's not assassination. So what is it I could provide that no one else can? Sanctuary you had in Kirigakure. Family you had in Suna. A man you have in Kumo. Iwa has no rare weapons for you to be after. But it does have one more thing that the half woman half machine individual known as Gin might want....A medic. The best Medic in the world. Me."

Despite having downed the contents of the glass much too quickly for any average person, the young silver haired woman had yet to feel any of the effects of the alcohol. Years and years of drinking had helped her build a remarkable tolerance to beverages of the sort. Honestly, it surprised her that her liver was still largely intact after so long. The only times when she stopped drinking altogether was when she got pregnant, which, despite being more often than most people with her age and profession, still wasn't enough to merit her overall health. Oh well, she wasn't about to complain over the fact that she didn't have cirrhosis. That would have been a lame way to go, almost as much as tripping in the shower and somehow breaking her neck.

She watched him reach for the glass, his chakra oddly tainted with color. She had to remind herself that her Sharingan wasn't activated and that therefore, seeing his life energy this way meant that everyone could do so, without the aid of a doujutsu. Interesting. She wondered how that fared in battle and whether or not it had ever caused him to be at a disadvantage. He poured her another glass, which she gladly took, this time sipping on it slowly - as a normal person would. She didn't have a point to make by gulping down the alcohol in less than three seconds. She could take her time and enjoy the drink now.

Truth be told, Gin hadn't initially intended to come to the Tsuchikage himself for what she needed. Sure, she planned on stopping by and getting a good look at the new leader of the Hidden Rock, but that was to satisfy her own curiosity and nothing more. However, hearing that he was a doctor - supposedly the best, at that - caught her interest. She knew little of what the Tsuchikage had in terms of specialties. She only knew the basics of his new policies and his political stances on certain subjects. She hadn't really thought to go beyond that, seeing as she wasn't really planning on fighting the man at this point in time. Albeit, she had to admit that he would make for an interesting opponent by the looks of it.

The young woman let out a chuckle. "Now now, let's not exaggerate. The only mechanical part of my body is this arm here," She said as she moved it in circles, as if to stretch the false limb. "This baby," she said, lifting the bandages and opening her covered eye. "Constitutes genuine Uchiha goods," she said with a cheeky grin, not bothering to clarify how she got the eye or the initial surgery in the first place. She didn't bother to put the bandages back on and in fact tossed the bandages aside. She didn't need them anymore. "But number one in the world you say," she whistled as if to show amazement. "Lucky day, I guess. I want to get rid of this damned eye. It siphons off chakra like it was made to do that," she commented, pointing at the Sharingan.

"I needed someone outside of Kirigakure to do the surgery - you know, to keep these things to myself. I don't need anyone butting in on my business. Anyways! I need it replaced with a mechanical bit - a Eye Nerve Dock. If you're the best in the world, it should be no trouble, if you're willing. What do you say?" She offered. She expected him to ask for something in exchange, but wouldn't initially offer anything. They would settle that whenever he decided to bring it up. Whether it was sooner or later, Gin really didn't care. She just needed this little job done.

Akira watched as she took the new glass and sipped at it this time. His yellow eyes watching her every movement. He was a cautious man and when she lifted her arm he watched that with interest. Replacing body parts with technology was a difficult medical procedure. Body tissue and wires typically didn't mix well. And the wrong connection was easy to make if some one wasn't careful enough. To get a mechanical body part functioning so perfectly must of taken some one of significant skill. And it was a risk as well. After all if an electrical charge damaged any of the vital organs then the patient would suffer a fairly painful death. The body was constantly active and shutting down almost any part of it held very dramatic consequences with a huge variety of issues developing based on where the damage was done. But his eyes only remained on the arm for a moment as he thought. As she lifted the bandages from her hidden eye the eye he had heard endless tales of and seen more often then he would like was revealed. An Uchiha eye in a non Uchiha individual. He didn't doubt that it siphoned off chakra like no ones business. It wasn't natural for the new host so it bonded but not perfectly. Not to mention his understanding of how chakra pathways worked played a big part in his thoughts. The chakra pool wasn't centered. It flowed through the entire body. The more of the body that was not consisting of flesh the less chakra the individual had. He could understand wanting less chakra drain from having less chakra to begin with.

Still the mention of an eye dock caught his interest. A mechanical eye for her to toy with that she would prefer over the abilities of the Sharingan, however costly it was, must truly be something. For a split second he contemplated denying her request. If she gained even more power then she currently had he could be creating an unstoppable monster. Some one to spread carnage as she willed it. So far she didn't have the best of temperaments he thought to himself. But what threw out the caution was curiosity. If he preformed this act he would be able to see the ripples of fate around her for a while. And he did so love to watch the ripples of fate at work. Still he smirked a little and set his alchohol down. He wasn't about to drink more. His mind was clear but he didn't want his patient to be thinking her doctor a drunk. Still he extended his arms and stretched out before rising. He moved to the door and opened it. Quietly he instructed that some items were brought to him. He then turned and walked back over to his desk and sat on it next to Gin. Looking at her Sharingan with the analytically eyes of a professional. When he spoke it was calm and professional.

"Assuming you have the eye dock already made I can easily replace it within moments. The work of the individual who put in your Sharingan wasn't terrible. Minimal damage and full functionality it seems. I can remove it without causing further damage and replace it in the same surgery. All in all you will only be under for about an hour. May I see the eye dock please?"

Even as he finished the sentence there was a polite knock on the door before a mobile operating table was wheeled in. Bandages and a couple of sanitation kits were on it but no tools aside from a suction hose. Even a jar filled with some strange liquid sat on the table. The lady who brought it in bowed and left without a word before closing the door behind her. Akira watched all of this before speaking once more.

"I am even prepared to preserve the eye you have. As for privacy I believe in patient to doctor confidentiality. Of course as a doctor my work doesn't come free. I assume you can cover any medical expenses? If so feel free to hop on up onto the operating table." And with that he moved over to the table to clear space for her and moving the tools to within reach. But out of her way.

So the man was also efficient and went directly into the matter at hand. That was something you rarely saw in people that occupied similar positions. Even Sanosuke sometimes made it his purpose to dance circles around the point like it was no one's business. With the way this man looked, she would have guessed that he would do something along the same lines. What a pleasant surprise. She looked at the medical supplies being rolled into the room and shuddered. Her innate phobia towards everything having to do with medics and hospitals was getting the better of her. The instinctive part of her brain told her to run out off the room and into the next country, but she kept that in check. She didn't hide her dismay, however, as she stared skeptically at the operating table. She sighed.

"Yeah, I've got the money... sort of," she added that last bit reluctantly. "You know what? Send the bill to the Raikage in Kumo, he'll pay for the expenses," she explained. Sanosuke was becoming her de facto bank account at this point. Maybe she should start to spend less on drinking and gambling and starting a savings account. But then again, that was boring. She liked her life as it was, turbulent as it became sometimes. She pulled out a small scroll from in between her breasts. She kept the minor things that she owned sealed in there while Soul Cutter and Devil Bringer were usually elsewhere. It was a basic distraction tactic to keep attention away from her real weapons, nothing more.

The young woman opened the scroll and spread it over the desk in one smooth movement. She placed her hand over the back markings on the white parchment. A puff of pale grey smoke came from the paper, and once it dissipated, it revealed a piece of metal shaped perfectly to curve around the side of her face. The front of it had intricate carvings that were mostly decorative, lining the place where the mechanical eye would fit in. The back of it has several wired and mechanical pieces that were meant to be hidden inside her eye socket and skull. This was her creation - the Eye Nerve Dock that would serve as an interface between her and her Jagan eye - not to mention her future projects. She had the blue prints for one that would allow her to keep track of the last three people that the mechanical eye locked on, letting her see exactly what they were doing. She was still in the process of deciphering how, exactly, she was going to make it work. However, that was for another time. She was only glad that this would require only one surgery and nothing more.

She would offer the implant to the Tsuchikage before turning towards the operation table and lying down. At least she would virtually be asleep during the process. Arguably, she had already undergone something similar once. A second time shouldn't be so bad. And all things considered, the recovery would be rather quick. She sighed once again as she set her head down on the table. Her eyes remained opened as she waited for the man to do what he had to do. Soon enough, she would be sent into a deep sleep that she would wake up from an hour later.

The former Kazekage would unseal the prosthetic eye and slip it into the nerve dock to verify that both things worked. She would use the eye to zoom in and out of certain point in the room. It worked perfectly. She beamed at the man. "Not bad at all. I don't even feel a thing and it's nice to have my depth perception back," She hoped off of the operation table and headed towards the table beside it, picking up the vile of liquid with the Sharingan inside. She tucked it into her weapon's pouch and headed towards the door. "I'll convince Ayakashi to open the trade routes, consider that your tip," She said, with a wave of her hand. Just like that, she disappeared through the door and was headed towards Konoha.

Akira moved over to the item in question and even as Gin would go and lay on the table he would examine the intricate design. He could see how it was supposed to fit securely. It would actually be rather difficult to yank out. One would have to break it off the bone around the eye socket itself once it was latched in. Just gazing at it he could tell it was fitted to Gin's face perfectly. Along with a piece to curve around the side of her face. He imagined it might be uncomfortable at first for her but still he could easily do it. He could tell how it was meant to fit and how to attach it. Even which wires were intended to which nerve endings and retinal attachments. What she didn't know is he was more attuned to chakra connections so finding which connection to attach to the chakra pathway in her eye wouldn't be hard. So if she ever tried to preform jutsu through that eye she would find she could with ease. Still he moved to the side of her table and placed the mask over her. Waiting twenty seconds before flicking her cheek. It was obvious she was out of it.

Akira quietly sanitized his hands before setting to work. He activated his Byakugan so he could see what he was doing perfectly. Then he activated his chakra scalpels on his right hand. His left fingers held her eye lid open as he pushed chakra around her Sharingan. With careful precision he severed each connection to the sharingan with a clean cut. Before finishing by removing the eye carefully with puppet strings. Setting the eye into the jar he then began to use the suction tool to pull out the blood pooling within. He did so while he activated a little green orb of healing chakra and rubbed it over the bleeding ends. He was careful not to close them off but stopped the bleeding all the same. Finally he moved the eye dock over her face. With the blood drained and the bleeding stopped he had clear working area for connecting the attachments. Each wire attaching to the area it was designed to receive or send messages from. And then lastly connecting to the tiny chakra pathways. He quietly moved the green orb over the area's again to let the flesh bond with the wires securely. As soon as that was done he moved onto the second to last step. He sanitized the eye dock itself and situated it into the socket. Making sure to secure it properly. He heard it click into place around the bone and he pushed and pulled on it gently. It was securely inside. He smiled and let himself glow green with medical chakra. His hand touching her cheek and passing the green glow to her. All the swelling or irritation from the surgery would heal with ease. Still he grinned and lowered his head to rest on her breasts.

"I look forward to seeing what becomes of this." He whispered with a hint of mischief before cleaning off his hands. He cleaned the work area and quietly sat at his desk until she woke up. She left quickly but left a sharingan as a tip of all things. Still he was semi uncomfortable sending the bill to another Kage. He would do it still if just out of wanting to get paid for his work but it seemed less private then he had been led to believe. Still the promise of trade routes with Kiri sounded nice.
