He stretched a bit as he woke up yawning, he did not know where his mother went for the day as he began looking around for something to wear. He found some of his mom's clean bandages and tied it around his right shoulder which had a habit of being injured. He looked in the mirror and rubbed his eyes before going to take a quick wash of his face. After shaking his head so his hair would go to its usual state he looked around and could not find his shoes anywhere. He noticed his new mom was a bit messy as he looked through all the stuff lying around and decided to leave it there and went outside.

He walked around for quite some time and finally received a note that replied to his application to become a sage. He was surprised to find out that someone had accepted this, but he was not told who this person would be. He was told to meet at the Forgotten Well and began to walk there he was a bit hungry and grabbed some lunch from the noodle shop. He kept walking and noticed a new place in Kiri and when he asked what that place was, a man grinned and said "That is a place little boys go to become a man". He punched that guy in the gut and asked the man's friend who said it was a strip club run by the seven swordsmen. He then glared at him. "I am a Swordsman too" he drew his sword pointing it at him. "Treat me like a kid again and i will kill you".

After that distraction he finally left the main section of the village entering the wilderness. He finally reached the forgotten well which must be forgotten since no one but him comes here anymore. Some bandits came there for a day until they heard one of the Swordsman had claimed this area as his. When he finally got there he looked up at the sky and spoke to himself. " I have to become a Sage ". The reason behind it was not clear as he stood there with a blank spaced out expression.

"Sanooooo, I don't wanna!" Navi whined loudly as she was floating along side Sanosuke's leisurely stroll through the streets of Kirigakure. She was flying around in a spastic fashion to try and entertain herself from the boredom of what they have to do next. There weren't that many signs of war from the city, even though Seven Bells himself led a platoon right into the heart of Kirigakure. That was good, there can at least be some sort of peace to the city. For now Sanosuke had to deal with his rather annoying partner whom just couldn't accept the fact that they had a job to do which was to teach a certain shinobi that made a request to learn senjutsu. Since he was one of the most prominent senjutsu user known in the land and that was close enough to Kirigakure to reach, they of course jumped to ask Sanosuke. It was definitely a chore indeed of the chore for Sanosuke, and he would rather just get through the massive political terms he had to handle before returning home. But then again, Sanosuke was getting paid a large sum of money for this request from the patron. Money was definitely something that Sanosuke couldn't really ignore.

"Navi we're going that's final. You know damn well how much this gig will pay out for us. I'd probably won't have to pay rent for a  few months with this paycheck." Sanosuke barked back at his rather annoying friend whom was just doing anything to weasel out of this assignment. Already Sanosuke had helped out others learn the mystical ways of Senjutsu, and Navi was always bored out of her mind each time the had to do such a thing. She was learning the exact thing over and over again.

"Besides wouldn't you rather spend time with your precious...GINNNNN" That's when a rather obvious shade of red came from Sanosuke's cheeks as he rolled his eyes before batting his partner on the head with his fist. Damn that woman, Navi knew just how his feelings were conflicting about Gin that had just now started feeling. Even though Sanosuke won't acknowledge these feelings, Navi knows Sanosuke inside and out; she has no problem vocalizing his feelings. Navi sniffed as she puffed up her nose and took the lead. "Meanie!"

That's when Sanosuke noticed that he was now tailing a shinobi that looked rather familiar. Wasn't that Gin's brat? What was his name....Ren right? That was it. Sanosuke wandered what he could possibly be doing. They were walking in the same direction, so that just peaked his interest even more. When Ren bumped into conflict, Sanosuke stood back in the shadows to observe what the boy will do next. He handled it with the furiousity that just made Sanosuke shake his head. At least the old hag would be proud. After handling the men whom seemed to have not done anything wrong, Sanosuke kept on tailing Ren to see exactly where the boy will be walking. He was far enough so Ren wouldn't be able to notice, but not too far for him to not have a visual. Finally Ren stopped right at the forgotten well, where the patron of the task Sanosuke was asked to do told him to meet. "I want to become a sage." Ren said aloud to himself in the forest. Not the brightest thing to say when there are bandits crawling all over the place. The only reason why none probably didn't attack the seemingly harmless 10 year old is because a war hero with a rather impressive number of well-known feats under his belt was following the boy.

Well that was his cue to pop out, slowly Sanosuke stepped out of the shadows with Navi to his side. She was rubbing the bump on her head that Sanosuke caused. The sunlight revealed Sanosuke and Navi to Ren. They were the only ones in the forest so that would mean it was quite obvious that they were the ones to guide the boy in the mystical art of senjutsu.

It was not intentional, but the moment the guy stepped out of the shadows with the weird wasp at his side, Ren formed two hand seals then stopped and realised it was someone familiar. Wasn't he the guy he met while with his mom that one time. He tried to remember the name as he stood staring in a slight pause at the guy and his wasp companion who also looked familiar. He recognised the wasp as the strange creature in the Kenji and who ever the other guy was fight. As the wasp rubbed a bump on its head the guy stood the glare that first came from the sunlight revealed it was that guy. He glared for a moment before finally realising who it was. He then shouted taking on a more child like demeanor thanks to Gin.

"Sanoteme!!! What you doing here? you also here for the senjutsu training?".

He was somewhat excited to see Sano though, only because Sano as annoying as his mom may say he is. She did mention he is a friend and as such that made Ren rather trusting of Sano out of respect for his mother. His blonde hair was now being blown in the wind which seemed to have picked up for no reason, the sound of water deep down in the well splashing was a bit strange. Then aagain sometimes things that are meant to be forgotten are thrown into the well. His blue eyes had not really changed much and it may be a testament to the fact that his eyes were well looked after. He was not too interested in getting his eyes replaced, even though he was facinated by the sharingan long ago thanks to his best friend who later was killed for his eyes.

He sneezed slightly as the cool air brushed his nose softly and gently, as his loose white t-shirt was blowing in the wind revealing his stomach. His body was almost completely healed of the effects of the war, only his shoulder having any real problems still. The T-Shirt had his Clan Symbol on the back and was actually making him a target for things that had yet to be set in motion. He wore shorts and it was a fact that he needed to get better armor as his clothing provided no protection of any kind, except for his shoes which were lying around somewhere in Gin's place. Which probably was not actually her place, but he did not know any of those details yet.

He began to get a bit angsty and slightly annoyed even though it had not even been more than say a few seconds when he took a deep breath and ignoring the wasp slightly he said.
"You were not bothering my mom again were you?".

His mother did not quite clear up things between her and Sano with him, but the way he asked Sano this question made it sound both rude and innocent at the same time. Basically it was innocent in the fact he only knew what his mom told him about Sano which was not very much yet, while it was rude since in reality it was Gin bothering Sano which was something Ren may never know, even if it was clear as day since she was in the Mom Zone. Every bad thing she does would look good to him anyways, but his focus was still there as his eyes kept searching around slightly for the sage to appear to train him. He was really hoping that he would enjoy this training, but he heard rumors that this training tested your patience, a lot.

Letting out a sigh, Sanosuke was a bit disappointed that Ren wasn't as quick wit as he assumed to be. But then again, the kid was only 10 so maybe he was asking a bit too much of the child despite his prestigous rank he has in Kirigakure. Then there was also the way he had addressed him. He would have to knock some sense into Gin the next time he saw her to tell her to stop making her newly adopted son a disrespectful little brat. If he was going to teach this kid how senjutsu worked, then there would be some changes to how he addresses him. Gin maybe the kid's new mother, but when Ren's with him Sanosuke will make sure that the kid will be forced to treat him with the respect a master has. Sanosuke scratched his head as he prepared to speak to Ren. He wasn't wearing his typical shinobi outfit as well, more of a leisurely one. Sanosuke had on a blue kimono like top on that had a white undershirt tucked in. On the back of the kimono top was the symbol for "will power." He had on dark beige colored baggy pants on, and this time his gauntlets were replaced with black gloves. The gauntlets would only appear when he focuses hard enough to have it materialize.

"No, I'm not here to learn senjutsu. I've already mastered the art of the natural chakra. That being said, I'm here because you requested a master senjutsu user to teach you. That being said let's get this show on the road!" Sanosuke said as he approached Ren. He stooped to his eye level while he spoke to him as well to not alarm the boy of his approach. When he finished, Sanosuke flinched at what Ren had said. Why the hell were people asking what was going on between him and Gin? It wasn't much really. They were simply shinobi that were drinking buddies! "No, I wasn't bothering your mom. In fact, she's the one whom bothers me actually. So do me a favor and tell her to knock it off will ya?"

With that addressed, Sanosuke positioned himself near some trees where he was sure that Ren would surely follow him. After walking far enough, Sanosuke stopped his walking. "In order for your training to begin, we will first be forced to try and gain the attention of the senjutsu clan your heart truly wishes to be apart of. And the only way to do that is with your chakra." Sanosuke enlightened as he approached Ren and laid his hand gently on the chest of the boy before he began his explanation of exactly what he wsa going to say. Talking in riddles is really fun because then you get to see the confused look of the people you were just talking to. "Your chakra will be lighten like a beacon to any senjutsu clans nearby, and the one that makes its presence known to us is the one we will ask for their tutelage. Sound fair?" Sanosuke asked the boy with a smirk.

"Now focus your chakra unleash it towards the sky like a beacon. I'll amp it up so that it'll be known to any surrounding senjutsu clans so they can sense it. But for this to work you have to give it your all. Do you understand?"

He was a bit surprised until he thought more carefully and realised that if Sano was as strong as he thought he was, then being a sage made a lot of sense. He began thinking being a sage was the secret to Sano's strength and then remembered Sano was not alone he had the weird Wasp creature. When he gave his question of whether Sano was bothering his mother, Sano responded dropping to eye level and looking at him and saying that it was the other way around. He did not believe that but he did realise that Sano told him to knock it off so he decided to leave it there.

Sano proceeded to position himself to some nearby trees while Ren looked at him wide eyed. He did not open his eyes wide to look cute, but more a result of him focusing on where Sano was heading as he followed about five meters behind Sano. He was feeling lazy so he made that gap incase he felt like falling forward if they have a sudden stop, since crashing into Sano would be bad and he yawned a bit while following before focusing better.

Sano finally stopped and spoke to Ren and said that for them to start training he will be forced to gain the attention of a senjutsu clan. He was told it was to be through his chakra as his expression changed. His chakra which linked him to someone he did not wish to remember, and a chakra which bound him to one day rule as the head of his clan. The chakra of a boy who wants to become stronger and feel power unlike he had ever felt before. He began to go deep in thought not understanding how this would help, until Sano said that he needed to make his chakra lighten like a beacon of light. The smirk annoyed him but then thinking that he may have to become like a chakra torch he got a bit upset then thought to himself.

***Flashback***
"Ren, do you know what chakra is to me?" as the old woman spoke to her grandchild he looked up to her and said. "Energy for using cool jutsu". The old woman laughed then said, "That is partly true, but chakra is also like your identity it shows who you are, it is shaped at birth and changed over time as you grow your chakra grows. To some people you are..." The boy interrupted her and said, "I am a cursed child who should never have been born". The old woman hugged her grandchild close to her then replied gently with her words.

"Ren, you are cursed, cursed with the hope of our clan and the love of your friends. The friends you have will love you for who you are and not what you were born into. In this world where war and peace walk side by side, you were born on the path of war, and raised on the path towards peace. You will be given a choice one day and even then you are like the water, you flow which ever way it takes you and are free to choose any path you wish. So when i tell you that chakra is a part of who you are, I am saying you are a Beacon of curiosity and will climb higher then anyone before you. Because you are not afraid to fall, cause no matter how high you will always land on your feet. You are the Greatest Gift for me in this world. When i am gone i know someone will feel this way about you too"

***FlashbackEnd***

He began to focus his emotions as his chakra began to build up, he thought of his grandmother who raised him. His friend Tora who helped him and became his best friend, the girl Emma who always looked out for him, even though he never really noticed her. His sensei Kitara who had trained him in the academy and the others who he had met till now. From the cocky Dameon to the beautiful Ayakashi. To the one woman who opened his heart again, the infamous Gin.

As his chakra moved wildly the air began moving as the sound of water moving could be heard. His chakra began flowing wildly as raiton also began flowing through him as he just decided. "I will let it go" He was no longer the cursed child, he was a free spirit as the time was building up the lightning around him which would later become even stronger and the water that was coming towards them.
His chakra was like a beacon of Lightning with the pull of a welcoming Ocean.

Taking a look at Ren, Sanosuke couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at how much chakra the boy was summoning from his body. Even though he was only 10 years old, Ren was channeling an exceptional amount of chakra. Never before has he felt this magnitude of chakra from such a child. It was as though he was before a fountain of pure energy. The last time he felt this much chakra was when he first saw the former Queen of the Wasp Village, Melike VomBridge. Just how much chakra Ren was oozing out of his body was just staggering. There was something to the boy's chakra that just reminded him of just a roaring waterfall. But why did it get an imagery of a waterfall, made Sanosuke just wonder exactly why he got this certain imagery in his head. That's when Sanosuke realized that he was standing there amazed for more than he attended too. Maybe it was a few second, but Sanosuke noticed that Ren's chakra was flowing all throughout the forest and the air. It had no control, and if Sanosuke didn't do anything about this inexperienced pour of chakra to rein it in, then Ren would have wasted his time for nothing and thus have wasted a large amount of chakra for no reason.

Placing his head on Ren's forehead, Sanosuek wrapped his fingers around the boy's head as though it was a baseball. From there, he decided to lace Ren's body in a small layer of his very own chakra. He wouldn't use much, just a small coat. It will coat the boy in a thin line of chakra, as though they were bandages that would soon wrap him up in a cocoon. Sanosuke would keep on focusing as the chakra continued to wrap around the boy until finally Ren's chakra was completely enveloped in a network of Sanosuke's very own creation. No more was the boy's chakra spewing all over the place without any purpose. It was now shooting outwards into the sky as though it was a beacon of light. This was perfect. Soon a senjutsu clan would take notice of the boy's chakra an investigate. He has only done this technique with his other student, Toraika. But that was when they had an idea of what senjutsu clan they were looking for. Now they were literally guessing of which clan would show up. Who's to say that this clan might attack the both of them. If that was the case, then he'd protect Ren tooth and nail from any harm that might come down upon him.

After minutes of just standing there focusing on Ren's chakra, Sanosuke heard something that made him look over with his eyes to his immediate right. It was thanks to his abnormally sharp eyes that he could tell that there was a silhouette of something that strongly resembled a cat in the shadows. It seemed to be observing them, but something deeply told him that this cat knew more than it was letting on. It seemed to be doing just fine watching the performance. What made this cat stand out the most was the fact that many animals in the forest, Sanosuke sensed them leave, scattered at the massive amount of chakra that Sanosuke had to reel in before it began to hurt them. But this cat just stood there besides that looking quite unimpressed. This cat was definitely something else if not a member of a senjutsu clan. Taking his hand of Ren's head, he direct his attention at the cat that was sitting high up on the tree branch lazily watching them from bellow.

"We have company. Make sure you bow." Sanosuke instructed to the boy in a quiet voice that was a little bit, but not much, louder than whisper.

As his chakra was flowing wildly Sano proceded to take control of the situation. He placed his head against Ren's forehead which was a bit startling. His heart was racing he was now filled with confusion, emotional as his chakra raged like a wild river. Sano wrapped his hand around Ren's head and began making Ren feel strange as he felt something blanketing him. He did not understand the feeling but his emotions like his chakra began to go from flowing like a rushing river and a raging water fall to became calm like the still stream flowing gently into a lake. He felt his chakra rise up as he did not understand what Sano had done to him. He was a bit surprised he did not feel threatened at all by how close he was to Ren. The energy kept flowing as several minutes seemed to pass like a mere moment. Completely different from the way Ren usually felt.

As he looked closer at Sano he noticed he was looking to the side, as Ren's eyes slowly moved to the left to match the direction that Sano was facing. He looked on as he did not even notice the hand was removed from his head as he looked at the silhouette of what appeared to be a cat in the shadows and as he was trying to focus on what they were seeing he heard Sano say they had to bow and he turned slowly and kept both hands to his sides as he bowed his head down towards the cat.
He had no idea what was going to happen, but he trusted Sano unlike the distrustful nature he had before.

Thankfully, Ren bowed to the cat just as he instructed the boy to do so. For a second, the boy's silence made him worry that maybe Ren might not listen to his instructions. A member from a senjutsu clan was not something that Sanosuke wanted to deal with at the moment. He had no idea what kind of abilities this cat may have, and there was something about how that cat looked that would definitely attack should it not get the respect it's piercing orange eyes demanded. Sanosuke bowed himself with the nod of his head. Unlike Ren, whom was simply coming here to learn, Sanosuke had no business with the cat and was only here on the behalf of his god child. A master didn't need to bow to another house. He only did a short bow of the head to show respect to the presence of the cat. Once he bowed, minutes pased without anyone making a move. The cat's eytes shifted from Sanosuke, to Navi, to Ren and back to Sanosuke. The vicious cycle of starring continued until the cat decided enough was enough and waged it's shadowed tail; that signaled for the cat to come out of the shadow.

When the cat the come out, it walked on its hindlegs as though it was a regular bipedal mamal. It was dressed in a feudal like kimono that was elegant in design, but not too presitgous. The clothing was possibly something that a messenger would wear. The cat was a tomcat with biege fur, and black spots that were littered on its body. On its side was a rather large kunai compared to the portion of its body. The kunai couldn't be nothing but a standarized kunai in size, but when placed on the side of the cat it looked more like an actual dagger instead of a knife. The cat smirked and looked at the cat while its hands were in its sleeves. "Well, what do we have here. 2 ignoring flies and a little brat. What business do you have blasting chakra outwards like that?" The cat purred teasing as it began walking ariund the three inspecting them critically. Sanosuke had to admit that he felt a bit violated, but that didn't mean he had to quit. They already came this far, they had to finish it.

Sanosuke already knew that Navi was offended. Before she even had the chance to snap back at the rather rude cat, Sanosuke bonked her on the head with his fist before speaking to cut her off. "I'm here as a guide to Ren Yuzu, a shinobi from the village hidden in the mist, to learn in the art of senjutsu. He wishes to be taught under your house." Sanosuke answered back to the cat. The cat stopped right in front of Sanosuke and just glared at the Kumogakure senjutsu master with piercing eyes that threatened to tear Sanosuke to ribbons.

"I could've killed you all if my master orderd me to do so, instead of investiagting."

"And then you would have to deal with not only the wasps, but worst of all: me" Sanosuke shot back.

For a second, the two glared at each other waiting for the other to make a move. When neither decided to budge, the cat chuckled loudly. Its voice echoed through the woods, before he contained himself. "I'll admit it, you've got the attitude of a master. I'll respect that, but what makes you think this brat can even learn?" The cat questioned as it directed its attention at Ren this time. "Well boy? Speak up. Why should we even waste our time teaching you?"

He kept his head bowed wondering when he would be able to lift his head up again. He felt some worry as he noticed that Sano was also rather quiet, was Sano suspicious of cats or was this cat the member of the Sage clan. He had no idea what to expect right now only noticing that Sano's shadow seemed to bow as he looked to it, he was not even noticing that his chakra was still leaking out but a lot slower now as it was seeming to now come to a close stand still.

After several minutes staying like this as Ren began to get nervous, struggling not to show it as his chakra moved slightly as he was nearing his limit. He had never been forced to bow like this for so long before and it felt really uncomfortable for him. He felt the gaze of the cat's eyes as he was now feeling a sense to run away, then for some odd reason he felt he had to stay since being a scaredy cat never helped anyone, except if you just running away. He could not run away from his past and he was not about to run away from his future. Something came out of the shadows as Ren looked up slightly with his eyes still keeping his head bowed.

A cat appeared from the shadows he noticed the Orange eyes he did not see too clearly before and that it was dressed in a kimino, this made him think of the daemyo that he met once. The daemyo was a cocky brat that was for sure, and now there was a cocky cat perhaps. He kept those thoughts to himself as he breathed slowly.Breathing in and out as some wind blew through his blonde hair making it get a bit messy as the hair brushed against his eyes. He could now see that the cat's fur was a beige colour with black spots scattered across its body. The cat possessed a kunai at its side and this was when Ren nearly wanted to ask Sano if it was a ninja cat, then he stopped himself when he realised that he was about to ask a stupid question.

The cat had an annoying smirk on its face as Ren kept his head bowed slightly and just focused his eyes better at the cat. He had some of the best eyes in Kirigakure, rivaled by none though he sadly had the problem that he did not have the reaction time to match what he saw most of the time. The cat was very proud keeping its hands or more like upper paws inside its sleeves.

When the cat spoke he tried not correct the cat when he heard it speak, the cat said that Sano and his wasp were "Ignoring Flies" which was probably meant to be ignorant flies or perhaps annoying flies, but either way an insult was an insult. The cat proceeded to circle around them as it was checking them out, Ren finally began lifting his head up properly resisting his urge to stretch from all the standing in the same position for so long. He was a bit offended at being call a little brat but he had been called annoying brat, imputent child, worst thing since Hao which he never understood as if it was some kind of inside joke he knew nothing about and also the cursed child, the list goes on.

He got a bit shocked as he noticed Sano hit his poor little wasp friend on the head. He was starting to thinkg Sano liked touching people on the head and day dreamed for a moment of having his hair ruffled only to finally hear Sano speak. Sano mentioned how he was there to guide him in the arts of senjutsu, which is when it really dawned on him. Sano is a Sage, he realised this a while back but for some reason his mind was still struggling to believe it. He mentioned how Ren wanted to be taught by the cat and then remembered how he loved cats and how his grandmother said he was like a cat.

The cat stopped in front of Sano and just glared with such killing intent that Ren moved slightly behind Sano as a safety reflex. This was the biggest sign of trust indicating he expected that Sano would protect him if he was in danger. While he never said how trusting he was or mistrusting, the only way to get close to Ren is to understand that he is still just a little boy, just that he happens to be a little boy with a great skill in Ninjutsu, Bukijutsu and with enough talent that he is not only recognised by the Mizukage Ayakashi, but was also trained in the art of Fuuinjutsu by the legendary White Star. Although it would come to pass later that Ren would learn of Sano's status as well, but that would come later.

The cat then spoke saying it could kill all of them if its master wanted him to, while Sano replied with an equal threat of all the wasps and Sano. He began to think that Sano was really important and began imagining that Sano was the wasp king. The two of them kept glaring not budging as Ren nearly felt he could barely stay in their presence and he was one of the strongest shinobi in Kirigakure. That was when the cat laughed out loud in a chuckle. The cat replied and showed some respect to Sano, but then it looked towards Ren who nearly panicked but then heard the cat ask Sano what makes him think the brat could even learn. He was still somewhat scared, but he took a deep breath then hit his chest hard with his hand the slapping sound echoing through the forest. This helped him get back on track as he then spoke to the cat with respect and proudness.

" No one is better at learning then me, if its in a school, an academy, in sparring i am the best student ever."

He then looked down. "I never understood it before, i was always weak, but everytime i would just end up getting stronger and stronger. All the people i looked up to just kept falling in front of me, they trained for so many years just for me to catch them in a few days or weeks. I train everyday and i work hard, I am not just some brat who lies around doing nothing all day, but if it becomes a contest at doing nothing i can do that too. If you teach me i will become the strongest Sage you will ever have. I am here to learn"

He then bent down on one knee and kneeled in greater respect. "I will do whatever training it takes, for however long it takes, all i want is to become strong enough to protect the friends i have now and it might sound stupid but, one day your house will be able to brag that they trained the next Mizukage"

He said the one thing he had never said out loud before, he dreamed of becoming the Mizukage. However his ambition was far stronger then that and whether the cat would see that as Ren looked to the cat with his eyes wide open. He gave a stare that was not a disrespectful or threatening glare, but a look of determination. Right now the only thing he cared about was reaching the strength that Ayakashi had, to become as strong as her was his only real goal for now after he got a lucky scratch on her in his trial to become a swordsman. He did not want to fail in a real fight and he knew that soon he would have to face an even greater trial before him. His fate was changing and the road he was choosing was a road filled with light and darkness. However like the water he flows regardless of how hard the path may seem.

A small yelp came from Yuzu's mouth when the cat glared towards Sanosuke and Yuzu's general area. In that instant the young boy retreated behind Sanosuke for protection as  though it was by instinct. That's was when Sanosuke had unconsciously stroked Ren's back in order to get the boy to calm down. He didn't think so, it was just a reflex. Sanosuke also noticed how he put his body in front of Ren as though the messenger cat would have to go through the wasp sage first before it would have the opportunity to harm Ren. That's when a thought occurred through his mind. What if the feelings was experiencing were just those of protection and fatherly instincts? That made Sanosuke shake his head before he turned his attention towards the cat and retorted back. It was then the cat looked at Ren this time and interrogated the boy with a question. Sanosuke was worried then. Unlike the swans that he guided Toraika to learn under, this cat seemed to be serious and more aware to mistakes. If Ren said just one thing that would offend the cat, then it might lead to a fight where both Ren and Sanosuke might have to fight against reinforcements.

An echoing thump could be heard from behind Sanosuke's back when he realized that it was coming from Ren. Sanosuke raised his eyebrow. This was certainly new. And here Sanosuke thought that the boy would have done nothing but watch the exchange between the two senjutsu users. It was good that the boy decided to take things into his own hands. Sanosuke smiled proudly as he let Ren went ahead for his plea. Finally when the boy was finished, Sanosuke watched the eye of the cat to see what it would do next. That's when it walked over to Ren and patted its paw hard against Ren's head. "So you really want to learn do ya? Well I don't think it'll be too much of a bad thing to take you to the elder." the cat said after it was done bashing it's paw against Ren's head harshly and brutally. It made Sanosuke growl in anger for just seeing this cat treat Ren like he was dirt. How dare he? When the cat stopped, it used one of its legs to kick Ren's head up so it was no longer looking at the ground. This time Sanosuke was shaking in anger. He had no idea how long it would be before he exploded in anger at the cat.  He was merely using his statue in this arrangement to get what he wanted. "By the way. My name is Bumi brat. You really shouldn't forget the name of your master, got that br-"

The cat from the senjutsu cat clan didn't even get the chance to finish its sentence. Bumi was cut off by a bright silver light that was giving off a loud buzzing sound. The source buzzing grasped onto the cats throat in a vice tight grip. Sanosuke was glaring at the cat, this time he was in full senjutsu mode while holding the cat painfully against a tree that was 5 meters away from where Yuzu was. A cloak of silver chakra along with a silver horizontal line of makeup, was on his body. There was a strong sense of anger in Sanosuke's eyes as he glared at Bumi with nothing but rage in his eyes as he spoke. The sound of buzzing could be heard with each word Sanosuke spoke. "Listen here you fucking fur ball. If anything happens to the boy, I will end your entire clan single handedly. Do we understand each other?" Sanosuke said in a low menacing voice as his fist shook angrily while it was holding the cat by its scruff. Bumi was struggling under Sanosuke's grip but he wasn't leaving anytime soon. After a while of struggling, Bumi nodded in agreement. Sanosuke dropped the cat to allow him to gag for oxygen. When he did so, Sanosuke powered down and exited his sage mode.

When he did so, Sanosuke walked over to Ren and helped him up from the ground. Sanosuke put his hand on Ren's shoulder. "Ren, you're going to go with Bumi now. This is as far as I can take you. The rest is up to you. Be safe for me, okay?" Sanosuke asked the boy before smiling and raising a fist for the boy to bump fists together. Whenever he did so, Sanosuke would then let the boy go with the cat so that the lessons of senjutsu can begin. As soon as the boy was gone, Sanosuke would make his way towards the port of Mizu no Kuni to get his ferry ticket for Kaminari no Kuni. It was soon time for him to return home.

Yuzu Ren

Yuzu Ren

Dead
After his reply the cat walked up to Ren and patted its paw hard against his head. The cat asked if he really wanted to learn and that it might not be such a bad thing to take him to the elder. The head bashing was actually hurting quite a bit as Ren just bared with it not letting on that he might start crying if this keeps up, not from the pain but the fact that his had to stand here so long and was being treated like trash. This made Sano get really mad as he was getting annoyed on behalf of Ren who was also extremely annoyed and hurt. Shinobi are not meant to have feelings, but sometimes the best shinobi who do not show feeling have the most feelings to hide to begin with. The cat then kicked Ren against the head then finally it gave its name to him, the cat said its name was Bumi and called Ren a brat then said he must remember the name of his master. This was the last straw and Sano interrupted the cocky cat who was abusing his status quo.
Ren heard a buzzing sound then saw Sano in a silver light. The buzzing sound was hurting his ears a bit, but his head was also ringing from the bashing and the kick he took earlier. Sano held the cat Bumi by the throat choking him as he glared at the cat. Ren was a bit confused as he was wondering why Sano told him to show respect to the cat only to break that himself. Ren thought the make up Sano had looked weird, maybe gay, but definately looked cool on Sano. He was in a bit of awe as he was looking not really hearing what Sano was saying to Bumi in his rage. He just heard something about fur boy understand, which did not make any sense to Ren as he was trying to pay attention mainly with his eyes rather than his ears. He noticed Sano shaking his fist and the cat looked like he was gagging then all of a sudden Sano turned back to normal. He thought it was really flashy and wondered if he would learn that some day.
After the cat seemed to agree to something Sano walked over to Ren and helped him up. He looked to Sano with tears nearly forming in his eyes as Sano put his hand on Ren's shoulder and told him to now go with Bumi since that was as far as he could take him. Sano told him to keep safe and that it was up to him now. Sano then held out his fist for a bump which took close to about two minutes of Sano keeping his smile and fist there then Ren bumped fists and just before Sano could leave he gave him a hug. "You nicer than Gin said you are Sano..." as he let go and went towards the cat with an air of confidence as the cat guided him through the forest.

After a while he did not even know when or how they got there but he was in a strange land and there were cats everywhere, all over the place wearing kimono's there were cats with swords, daggers, bows and arrows. He even saw this large giant cat that walked passed like it owned the place, as the mischievous Bumi kept laughing they finally reached a strange temple. There was a small extremely old cat with a beard that looked at him with squinted eyes. He spoke with an old man's voice. " Bumi what have you brought with you". That was when Bumi grinned, this is my new student whose name i do not even remember, but you know who i am right? The boy looked confused and then said "Master Bumi?" The cat nearly had a heart attack as he started sweating only to get slapped with an invisible hand as the old cat was enraged. "You bring me a student, but attempt to claim that you are a master? You failed the senjutsu trials over two hundred times and you think you have the right to be a master. Into the box of shame, with no sand, no food and no water for a whole week!!!"
Bumi was taken away as Ren was nervous and scared, as he looked down bowing his head as the old cat laughed. "Now now child, raise your head and be happy, cats live how ever we want and we live free of the troubles of society, at least until we get cats like Bumi here abusing his powers. Now i will train you but first you need to sleep while the maidens heal you. He did not understand but he was knocked out before he even knew what happened. The cats licked him all over to heal his wounds, his body showed signs of over training and damage from large chakra abuse. as the old cat then said. " That must have been a very large amount of chakra to do this much damage. No wonder Bumi found you with his lack of direction."
Ren yawned and stretched feeling very well rested only to start falling off some pillar as the old cat caught him with one paw. The cat laughed and then placed Ren carefully on the rock as Ren did not move a single muscle as he was scared stiff. "Now, now relax but do nothing, and i mean do nothing." He did not get what the old man was saying as his mind began to go blank, he was so confused that he was not moving and then he felt empty, he did not even realise what he was doing, the place had a high concentration of nature chakra that Ren was about to learn about soon. As he sat there he felt strange and looked behind him at a tail. "Why do i have a tail!" He panicked as he grew cat ears and claws before being hit with a stick as he fell down and got caught by flowers on the ground. The old cat jumped down then spoke to Ren, "Now let me explain to you young child, you get your chakra and then we get the Nature's chakra which you started receiving from well. You have a natural talent for senjutsu, but you will first need to master gathering the nature chakra and then balancing it. If you do not balance the chakra you will turn into a cat you understand. "That does not seem so bad, but i do not want to be a cat i want to become a sage". The old cat laughed then said, "You will become a cat, a cat Sage if you are up for training in the art of letting things be, let the nature flow through you and become a part of nature." He did not understand it but he took his time and relaxed as he looked around.
"so i have to do absolutely nothing at all for a while and how will i know if i am doing it right?" The old cat then laughed and told him, "When you stop falling off those pillars cause cats have excellent balance now follow me" He walked ahead as Ren followed looking around in awe and the pretty white flowers the nice soft grass and noticed a few other cats there and then finally walked and tripped over the old cat by accident. "Sorry" The old cat just grinned and laughed as he then said, "I will let my wife train you she is better at senjutsu then i am, however if you ever learn to enter sage mode come back to me" The old man ran off fast as an old fat female cat walked out wearing a kunoichi outfit. "Wow, did that stupid father of mine call me his wife again? I am telling mom on him again, he forgot she is out in Kumo busy looking for students there. Anyways you kid will be training under me now so first things first you need to put on some proper clothes, your shirt is torn and your shorts looks like it might fall off if we trained and i just going to have to make sure you can get senjutsu chakra in you better so follow me. He followed her to a strange house that looked like a humans home as the cat said, "Go in there the old cat lady stays in there she will help with getting you some clothes." He listened to her and entered there only to meet with the old lady who sighed. "Sora check his size, Shira get with making his cloak and take his forehead protector. "Hey!" before he could do anything the cats had pounced on him checking his measurements as he struggled crying as the female cat laughed outside. Finally after a while he stepped out in his same shirt with the clan symbol at the back but it seemed a bit more durable now, not to mention his cloak which was just as white with an image of a cats head at the back with the clan symbol as well. He had on his usual shorts since he just could not stand the long pants they tried to force him into and he got some soft socks and some sandals as he looked down. "This is embarrassing", the female cat laughed before finally saying, "You are now ready to train to become a sage".
She sighed as he finally was ready as he stood there she told him to close his eyes and ignore her, he did not get it but he sat down as she then licked his hair and groomed his hair with her claws. He struggled to ignore it, but after time passed slowly he could feel something else. He felt things floating around him, he felt the air moving but not as it usually does. He felt nature and could feel the cats moving around him all over, he felt something surging through him as he focused only on being one with nature. He focused on nature then afterwords all he could feel was nature itself, it took him some time but very small amounts of chakra were entering him which was one of the main parts of senjutsu not counting the second part of senjutsu which was sage mode and sage jutsu.
He breathed in deeply and out deeply, he felt relaxed as he felt like he was a part of something far greater than he could ever imagine. Nature seemed to be full of chakra everywhere, it was as if every living thing was made of chakra which did not seem to make sense to him. The female cat watched him with a smile as her mother had already arrived. "What a cute little boy, why is he wearing clothes?" the young female cat scratched her mother then got upset. "You went to the baths in Kumo again didn't you?" she giggled at the comment before replying. "I was doing research on potential sages for training, you must be free of your clothing to be free in life". This was when she replied to her mother. "I want you to double my allowance or I am telling dad again". She glared at her child before speaking "You just taking advantage because if he knows then i won't be able to shout him for it anymore", as her daughter laughed and said yeah sure. During that time Ren had began growing some cat ears and a tail, he was getting too much sage chakra in him to which the elder female cat quickly pounced on Ren who screamed like a girl for a moment. Her sage chakra made her seem like a giant massive rock falling on him as the old cat laughed as he said. "How did you get so old". The shocking blow was dealt as the old cat left. The female cat then said to him, you now know senjutsu come back again so we can train you further since your training has only just started. He was confused but then got summoned away from there as he wondered what all that was about. He now knew senjutsu and he felt like he had more chakra then he ever had before.
