Description:The User foucuses medical and Fuuton chakra onto their hand, On contact, transmits Wind chakra to the touched area, Once the chakra is in the body the user can make the half tiger seal, once done the fuuton turns into multiple embolisms, (up to 3) these blockages cause extreme pain (Severe pressure where it is, it doesnt really affect anything except the fact that that they cant move it and it feels as though the spot it is in is pushing outwards) wherever they are affecting and cause the spot they are in (3 inches from the embolism)(they can move from the point of contact once, and they can only move 3 inches from the point of contact) to be unable to move, unless the user decides to make the half tiger seal again, then the embolism force their way out of the vein or muscle area that they are in and cause a 1 inch torn muscle wound wherever they are.
The release through the skin of these embolisms must be done within the three posts of the jutsu or else they get absorbed into the blood as oxygen.
