- What do you mean by "all parties are unable to move"?
- One-handed handseals are a unique aspect to the Multitasker SC. If you have the SC it is inherent to techniques, but techniques cannot specifically use one-handed handseals.

Description: The user flows chakra through their weapon to then fire a continuous cone shaped wave from the their weapon towards a target. The shape of the cone extends out to 2m in diameter at 15m/s. The wave is made of sound and makes a bellowing low tone that sounds similar to a dungchen. The wave also can knock back an opponent up to 10 meters if not using the supernatural walking technique. An individual with B-Rank (any tier) endurance or strength will resist the knock back. The weapon is used as a medium to perform the technique. The technique can withstand 1 B-Rank technique (but will breakthrough at -2 effectiveness), 2 C-Rank techniques, 3 D-Rank techniques, and E-Ranks are ineffective.

Anyone caught in the wave of lightning will receive minor first degree electrical burns at the point of contact as well as be knocked back one meter. This jutsu can also be applied through direct contact with the users hands rather than fired.

Description: The user releases a thick mist from his or her mouth or uses a water source around him or her to create the mist. This effectively acts as a cover for the user. Doujutsu such as the sharingan are incapable of seeing through it, since the mist is kneaded with the user's chakra. The byakugan, however, can bypass this mist at any rank. Anyone with the Perception stat C rank will be able to see blurry movement within five meters of themselves - anyone with Perception stat B rank or higher will be generally be able to see movement around them within the mist, with only minor details obscured. The user is also incapable of seeing through the mist unless they themselves have an ability / technique that would enable them to do so.

Description: This technique will create a fast jet of water running through the ground that is powerful enough to slice through solid rock that is uninfluenced by chakra. While the user can have this jet chase down the target at a speed of 25 m/s up to 20 m, it can be somewhat easily avoided if the target can jump high enough to clear over it. The jet can cut up to 1 inch into targets with a direct hit, with the wound measuring up to be at least 5 inches long, and is capable of splitting through most terrains, leaving a meter deep cut in the ground.

The technique can withstand 1 B-Rank technique (but will breakthrough at -2 effectiveness), 2 C-Rank techniques, 3 D-Rank techniques, and E-Ranks are ineffective. The technique deploys at a speed of 15 m/s.
