A Jiendo(Path of Hidai) or a Jugo,both genin,no jutsu(besides the Jugo's body morphin),tooth and claw combat,no weapons

My kind of fight.

Personally I would say that Hidai path Jiendo would have a slight advantage due to long reach and extremely powerful blows. Lower level Jugo would have to rely more on slashing power than sheer strength which requires one to get very close in turn opening up the option of a Jiendo bear hug. This of course could probably be countered by spine generation but I feel that the damage would already have been done and the Jugo would perhaps fall unconscious and subsequently dead before they could pierce anything too vital.
