Clan History: The Hone clan has been around since the time of Rikudo Sennin and has even said to give him refuge at certain points.The Hone are zealious and secretive,worshipping the enities known as the Shinigami,whilist living beneath the desert in their underground compund/temple.They see them as figures neither good or evil.As beings of brutality and,yet,compassion.Through out the years,the clan has turned their physical visage to that of a Shinigami.At age five,a member is undergone the 'Metamorphasis of Life'.The elders of the clan wash the body,cleaning it.They then paint it in black with a substance known only by the elders.The substance is permanet and can never be washed off.They then make 'bones' using the same substance, except it's white, decorating the body.After that is over,the child is then exposed to gods and goddess of numerous religions.Myths and legends.Then they are shown how Death is in,always,showing his dominance.They teach his importance and value him highly.During the ressurection of the Juubi three hundred years ago,they chanted their most religious songs,which is done in some language they have dubbed as Langh'tt.Afterwards,the clan became more lenient,allowing outsiders in and allowing some members to be not as religious.Despite this,the older members of the clan are highly zealious and with scold others for their arrogance.

Kekkei Genkai Description: Essence Of Death is a genetic mutation in one's chakra,turning it black.This is not within all Hone.Those that do have it are often called 'The Chosen'.This has no battle implemation what so ever besides the fact it makes the normally blue chakra black,as well as turning the person's elemental jutsu black.Members are able to app for Scythes 1 rank above what they normally can't buy (IE: A Genin can app for a B-Rank Scythe). They also start with Bukijutsu(Onojutsu), Medical Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu.

Drawbacks: Due to the clans practical preaching of the importance of Death and the supernatural,most get discourage when attempting to change(must take Hesitant(Element). Their belief in Death has given them unbreakable bravery, faith, and pride (must take Foolhardy). Due to having used Scythes for so long, they are uneffective when using other standard weapon techniques. As such, all Bukijutsu techniques that don't relate to Scythes are reduced by one rank in damage (IE: A S-Rank Kenjutsu technique would be reduced to A-Rank). All their specializations start at D-rank and Hesitant cannot be balanced.

Description: Using the unique chakra(though any would do) of the Hone clan,they are able to strengthen their scythes.This jutsu merely requires flowing one's chakra into the weapon.The chakra would then mould around it,giving off the impression of a aura.In reality,the chakra hardens and sharpens the blade,adding three inches the scythe's range and giving it cutting power of 1+ its rank.

I would say you have too much in your Drawbacks but that's fine with me. Just clear up whether said negative SCs can be balanced with positive ones. You might also want to remove some negative SCs. Five is quite a load.

For the Kekkei Genkai Jutsu, adding three inches to cutting and stabbing power means nothing. Fix this and say that it adds three inches to the length of the scythe, thus enabling a longer reach. The blade also cuts as if it were +1 in rank.

Are you trying to do a Jashin-like clan? Out of curiosity, won't impede the app at all.

I can't believe this slipped my mind. What do you mean by 'Wrath of Heaven' and 'Suffering of Hell' beside your two elements? Are they the paths that a member of this clan can take?

And you can only have up to two Specialisations, not three.

State in your Kekkei Genkai Description that members of this clan can only use Scythes and may not use other weapons. Or, you could give a +1 to the usage of Sycthes and a -1 to the usage of other weapons. I don't think you have to add to your Drawbacks if you take the latter option.

3 specials are allowed and those two phrases refer to how they view the elements.

Well, if they view the elements as such, you may think about giving those elements some advantages, though this will incur disadvantages. This is just a suggestion and is completely optional, and needs not be implemented to have your clan approved.

If you truly wish to have three specials, then state that the Primary and Secondary start at C, while the tertiary starts at D, and must be trained according to the rules stated here.

your KKG is worded really strangely... O.o'' +1 effectiveness when using scythes? I would say that like, scythes wielded by the clan deal +1 rank of damage. Or something. While Other weapons used by the clan deal -1 rank of damage.

For that jutsu i would like you to specify it increases the cutting potency of its "basic attacks" by +1 rank. just so that people do not consider that technique like, you infuse your scythe, therefore every attack from it is a B rank technique, cos, then i would want this to be A rank.

Just a few things to sort out here.

- +1 in effectiveness is no longer allowed. An alternative for this might be, that you can use scythe of a rank higher, or use scythe techniques of one rank higher. Either way, this needs to change.

- Same rule applies with the -1. That needs to change too.

-That amount of drawbacks is unnecessary. I would recommend removing two of the negative SC requirements that you have put in there/

Bump. Changed to be able to use scythes of a rank higher (Genin can app for B-Ranks for example) and begin with the 3 specs (this is what it had originally but I wasn't specific enough). They all begin at D. They now only have Fool Hardy and Hesistant as SC drawbacks, and hesitant can't be balanced.

Only one small drawback is needed to fully balance out the able-to-wield-scythes-of-one-rank-higher.

Bump, gave it the drawback of all Bukijutsu jutsu that does not relate to scythes have a -1 in jutsu power when used by them.
