This is a list of all Jutsu, releases, clans and abilities that are currently banned or restricted. This list is a constant work in progress and is ever evolving. Don't whine if you find that thing you really want shows up in this list after you try and get it, it simply means you made us realize it belonged here in the first place. Though, anything on this list can be contested, if you feel that you are able to balance something which appears on this list and are prepared to show us how, do a write-up and feel free to PM it to an admin for Review ~

• Uchiha Clan: The Uchiha clan is currently restricted. If you wish to become an Uchiha, your application must be of exceptionally high quality, and must be approved by an Administrator. You cannot apply for an Uchiha as your first character, you must have created at least one character beforehand. Requirements above the standard application threshold may be requested at the Administrators discretion.
  
• Doujutsu Clans: Clans that have a Doujutsu (Eye Technique) as their Kekkei Genkai can be apped, but require the approval of TWO ADMINISTRATORS/GLOBAL MODS. With the exception of the Uchiha clan, there is no requirement for an admin to approve a character apping to be part of an approved Doujutsu clan, unless stated.
  
• Advanced Element Clans: Clans that have an Advanced Element as their Kekkei Genkai can be apped, but require the approval of TWO ADMINISTRATORS/GLOBAL MODS. There is no requirement for an admin to approve a character apping to be part of an approved Advanced Element clan.
  
• Rasengan and Chidori/Raikiri: These are available as Event Prizes only.
