Name: The Twins (Mica & Celia)

General Appearance: (As Above) Mica of the two sisters has short pink coloured hair, while Celia has longer blue pigtails.
Personality: The twins are often bubbly and happy individuals who have a strong sense of loyalty to the land of kirigakure. Deeply optimistic to the point of infuriating on occasion, the two are each ninja of some renown, however each of them were unsuited for duty in the Kirigakure military. Though they do have some subtle differences, Mica is far more openly cheerful and often clumsy and air-headed, while Celia is a tad more mature and grown, leading her to be more pragmatic.
Motivations: They each have a love for the country and its people, and want nothing more than to see the people prosper.
Fears: Mica Fears a great many things... she is deathly afraid of spiders and most insects as well as fire, the dark and people suddenly appearing out of nowhere. While Celia is a tad more down to earth, and fears pain, death, and harm befalling her close friends.
Abilities: Mica and Celia have one gift, and that is long range communication, each of them having equipment that allows them to talk through ninja's short range transmission equipment and head-sets for almost ten miles in any given direction, as well as Mica being a competent Sensory ninja, with a wide array of A rank and lower Sensory techniques and Celia being a competent Medic with an equally wide array of healing techniques of A rank and lower. Each of the twins are considered B rank ninja has stats of C-1 across the board except for their perception which is B-3 with a +3 to it (making it A-2). And are most commonly found in the Kage building doing most of the paperwork for the village as well as coordinating the villages ninja.

Name: Kirigakure Hunter Ninja Captain.
Age: 30-45
General Appearance:  ANBU-like ninja whom wear coloured tribal masks as opposed to the animal masks of the traditional ANBU, Commanding strike teams of up to 4 at a time, though most commonly in threes, hunter ninja wear all pieces of basic B Rank Kirigakure armour save for the ANBU vest and silken clothing underneath. As well as the 'Mantle of Kirigakure' Item.
Personality: Hunter ninja captains are fierce and fearless ninja who have been trained to overcome any adversity from torture to being under genjutsu. They are ruthless each with seemingly a switch embedded that allows them to turn off any notions of mercy or empathy while they are hunting their prey. Otherwise, outside of the job, they are just average men, who blend in seamlessly.
Motivations: They fight for the preservation of their country and for their Kage, whomever they may be. Though their personal reasons often change from person to person.
Fears: They fear a great many things, from their countries' demise to death, pain, and the loss of their family and freinds, but they have all been trained to cope with this fear and push on even harder in its presence.
Abilities: Kiri Hunter Ninja Captains are A Rank ninja with A-3 stats across the board making them singularly the most dangerous and experienced ninja in the country. They have S rank Ninjutsu as well as A rank Taijutsu OR Bukijutsu (All subspecs) as well as one other spec of A rank. General Appearance: Kiri ANBU Captains are Stark Black and Navy Blue Clad ninja who wear full armour and the traditional animal masks of the ANBU. They are well armed and expertly trained, these men and women are the shadows on the rooftops and round the corner throughout kirigakure.
Personality: The ANBU Captains, much like the Captains of the Hunter ninja are fiercely loyal, though are trained to be more merciful on average, trained to capture and detain rather than kill outright. They won't use lethal force unless it is evident that they have to.
Motivations: They are motivated by their loyalty to their country and their Kage, having achieved a venerable rank and status within the country.
Fears: Like all people, they fear a wide range of things, but through a long term of service they have been trained to overcome their fears when they have to.

Age: 25-45
General Appearance: Kirigakure Jounin wear a full set of basic Kirigakure armour with the more protective heavy armoured chest piece. They wear a lot more blue colours and stand out more than the ANBU or Hunter Ninja who wear little more than night colours.
Personality: Jounin have a vast array of personality traits, as normal people would, most of them, being veterans have a bit more of a serious disposition, while others break this mold and can be a lot more friendly.
Motivations: The Jounin of the Country were once motivated by their visions of grandeur and success, having largely succeeded in their endeavors they are mostly motivated by routine. Many of them believing strongly in the ideals of Kirigakure and their idea of justice.
Fears: Fearing a Great many things, experience and age have dulled their sense of fear, though not entirely. Most of these Jounin have at least one fear that could be exploited by ninja should it become known. However, the intelligent, resourceful and trained nature of the Jounin would likely find a means to work around that fear. So not to confront it head on.
Abilities: Kirigakure Jounin are A rank ninja with A-1 Stats across the board. They have S rank Ninjutsu with A rank Taijutsu OR Bukijutsu (All subspecs). Personality: Ruthless and calculated, the hunter ninja of Kirigakure no Sato are not to be trifled with. They strike without fear or mercy due to their training and operate tactically, not burdened with losing emotional control.
Motivations: The furthering of the nation of Kirigakure, as well as various things such as personal pride, fighting for their own families / loved ones etc.
Fears: Many of them have a host of fears, from spiders to dogs on a case by case basis. Many fear death or dying, or the unknown. But all Hunter ninja have had to swallow their fears, and are courageous in their own way, trained and capable to move past their fears unless driven to breaking point over long periods of duress.
Abilities: Kirigakure's Hunter ninja each have B-3 rank stats as well as classical training in Either Taijutsu OR Bukijutsu (All sub-specs) of A rank, A rank Ninjutsu and B rank in one other Spec. In addition they have A rank Suiton and A rank of 1 other element. General Appearance:  Kiri ANBU wear Stark Black and Navy Blue colours in light armour and the traditional animal masks of the ANBU. They are well armed and expertly trained, these ANBU form the majority of the ANBU corps and can be seen often at night as little more than shadows darting across the landscape.
Personality: The ANBU of Kirigakure are often fiercely ambitious ninja who have a deep respect and will to serve the nation of kirigakure. Each of them are well into their ANBU training and often serve as the exemplar ninja to look up to. Often seen as Dark and Brooding due to their duty, nothing could be further from the truth as they are simply duty bound to upholding justice in the land of kiri.
Motivations: Motivated by their own success and defending the country, the ANBU of kiri are loyal to a fault. Each of them seeking glory and renown for their country and their deeds.
Fears: The fears of the ANBU are various, though they are learning to work through them and will eventually overcome them. It takes a good amout to strike fear onto the heart of the land of water's ANBU, though it is possible against insurmountable odds unless they have a leader to rally behind.

General Appearance: Kirigakure Jounin construct the majority of the Kirigakure armed forces, often wearing a great varying degree of colours and uniforms depending on their specialties, as well as varying designs upon their armour. One thing remains in common, the placement of the Kirigakure Hitai-ate somewhere on their body
Personality: The Sp. Jounin are seasoned ninja who are coming into power, often prideful and bright, they are the next generation of commanders rising through the ranks and showing prestige. Few who make it to Sp. Jounin in Kirigakure are destined to stay there, so, very much these hopeful ninja are the confident and stalwart common ninja of kiri who seeks justice in all things.
Motivations: Largely Egocentric, the Sp. Jounin of kirigakure are ambitious, having just tasted the true power the ninja are capable of which drives them forward to greater heights. They wish to carve their names into history and become everything they are able to become.
Fears: Sp. Jounin of kirigakure have a great many fears which may come to the surface in combat potentially impeding their performance, though they have training to move around them, these fears can be strong enough to cause them to hesitate or freeze in any situation. Though VERY rarely will one route or break due to one of their own fears.

General Appearance: A vast array of colours, shapes and Sizes, these ninja came into their rank after competing in the chuunin exams or other exams within their country or another means of prestige. All chunin are noted to wear light armour as well as the headband of kiri somewhere on their person.
Personality: Chuunin are new, and full of energy for the most part, while they are ambitious, many of them are simply attempting to prove themselves rather than ascend to greatness. Younger, and more fun loving than many other ranks, Chuunin can be seen participating in games as much as training and simply enjoying life.
Motivations: The Motivation of the Chuunin tends to be based on their own idealism, more than any deep rooted zeal or patriotism for the country. They deeply believe in their own moral codes rather than the edicts of a country or state.
Fears: Chuunin are hesitant by nature in harsh conflicts without a strong leader or captain around to steel their resolve, prone to hesitation and even able to be routed through intimidation tactics, these ninja are closer to the green side, and it is evident should it be pushed.

Age: 10-19
General Appearance: As non combatants and students looking to prove themselves, Genin are a mess of colour with almost no uniformity at all. Representing their own clans more-so than the country they represent.
Personality: Genin are, in a sense, children, many of them are proud, egocentric, eager to prove themselves and far more confident than they should be. More worried about interpersonal politics and friendships than the world or current events.
Motivations: Genin are motivated by their will to succeed and become something more than what they are. Their own personal compass leading them towards their destination or perhaps even the compass of their parents or guardians.
Fears: Genin are easily shaken and scared when faced with overwhelming odds, and few find the courage to truly face down a powerful opponent without a sense of fear. Powerful enemies who flaunt power of overwhelming ranks will easily route Genin forces as they are not prepared for battle. Personal fears prove to be outstanding distractions and can easily cause Genin to hesitate or freeze.
Abilities: The Genin of the Village hidden in the Mist are D rank ninja with D-2 stats across the board. They each posses C rank Ninjutsu and C rank in one other specialization. Complimenting their specializations they each have C rank Suiton and C rank in one other element.
