"P-please don't kill me...." He begged, tears in his eyes. This guy was pathetic! He tried to get good people killed and now he was crying over what was the obvious punishment for what he'd done? Bastard.
"My father died for the village, you damned self-aggrandizing bastard. He died fighting in a far away land and never got to see his youngest son, my mother hadn't given birth to my little brother before my dad died. But then my mum died too. So did my brother and sister. They died to try and make the village a better place, they wanted nothing more than for people to be safe and happy. But, you wanted to destroy the village to get more power, so you know what? Say please again." he said, as the man seemed to whimper before giving Oshi what he wanted "P-please?" Oshi's hand moved out and wrapped around the man's face, squeezing his head so hard it would hurt, before whispering with a mix of fury and disgust in his face.

"No." Suddenly slamming his hand back, he slammed the back of the man's head against the walls, breaking the skull open and smearing the blood and brains all over the wall of the carriage, before doing it again and again until he was definitely dead. Definitely, since he was little more than a mess at that point. Dropping the man where he lay on the floor, Oshi picked up a match that the man had used to light his pipe earlier, striking it against the wall and catching both the match and the carriage on fire. This was over, he thought as he stepped outside as the carriage slowly began to burn.

---

"My sister... is dead... I don't know who you are really, but you are NOT Amare!" His eyes closed for a second, before reopening with their sharingan active, as he saw through the bastard's illusion, seeing the true form for the first time. He was a young man... that was somehow worse. Diving on him, Oshi acted without caring for his training. The man was gifted with genjutsu, and his eyes saw through his every illusion, and that was his only trick. Oshi had another trick however - Taijutsu. Slamming his fist into the man's face over and over and over again, he heard the breaking of bone as the nose shattered, hot steaming blood pouring down over his face.

"FIGHT BACK YOU BASTARD!!!" Oshi cried in fury, his hand moving to the man's throat, cutting off his oxygen supply as the man squirmed like a fish out of water. By the time that he was finally able to calm down, the man was on the edge of death, his face deformed and misshapen by the hail of fists that had impacted upon it. Gritting his teeth, Oshi pressed the man's forehead, locking him into a genjutsu that would paralyze him. Seizing his chance to take him without any more of a fight, he slung him over his shoulder and moved off to Windmill fields. He had to go oversee a windmill, he didn't have any more time to punish this guy.

The insects of the morning were out buzzing as normal, moving down the river banks as they continued their daily life. Their buzzing, though loud and obnoxious, was ignored by one particular figure who was standing in the middle of the river. Well, perhaps not the middle of the river, it was actually on a small island that had found itself forged into the river. The water had eroded the stuff around it for centuries, and so what had once been a minor peninsula into the river was now little more than an island, barely big enough for two people to stand on it. The one person who was currently occupying it seemed to be moving through several incantations, his body more like a martial artist than the boxer he had been trained as. Two fingers outstretched, he carved a circle in the air with his hand and fingers, before stabbing forwards with it, a burst of electricity shooting out of his fingers and into mid-air, extending a little while... before retreating back into his finger, leaving a burn mark and a feeling of discomfort and pain swarming through the area that had just gotten burned.

The man who was practicing was, as it turned out, doing it on his own land. He was a member of the Uchiha clan, this stretch of the river fell inside the land controlled by the Uchiha. He had always found it strange that a clan that was unable to do any water-style techniques owned water, but sometimes bureaucracy  made sense and sometimes it didn't, all that matter was that it was helpful in this particular instance. It was supposedly soothing to be out here with the river churning around him, and it certainly was to some extent, but he was trying to master his raiton energy. He knew basically that he had it, he was born with Katon, Futon, raiton and something else. He didn't know what the mystery fourth chakra nature was, but judging by how his family was unable to master suiton he was all but sure that it was doton. He'd never heard of a single person developing their own chakra style before, that thing happened from mutation over several generations, it was why the senju were so powerful. But, there was another reason that he was out here today, beyond all the crap about him trying to practice his raiton.

He was having to keep himself calm. He had sworn himself and his friends a long, long time ago that he would never let himself become a stereotype for the Uchiha. People hated the Uchiha because they saw them as mindlessly violent people, people who had no sense of peace and tolerance, and just destroyed everything in their path. Well, that was why the majority of people hated the Uchiha. Senju were just jealous that they had beaten their asses senseless for centuries upon centuries of conflict. Was it so wrong that they were so popular with their employers that they were hired frequently? Regardless, the anger that was apparently inherent in the Uchiha clan had begun to break through the cracks of Oshi's walls. there was inner darkness and fury within him that made him a little bit concerned, when he had finally had time to calm down he realized how stupid his angry actions had been, such as attacking a fully fledged jounin when he himself was just a genin. But, in the heat of battle, he wasn't going to have time to calm down. He wasn't going to be able to count to ten before acting, he had to live in the moment and make things up on the spot, and it was during situations like that that he had become a threat to not only himself but everyone around him. He didn't want to admit it, but when he was angry he was becoming a liability.

He was going to become Hokage some day, he told himself, and he knew that it would eventually become true. He was one of the strongest in the village, he was naturally gifted enough to become a jounin within a year of active service to the village, and he was friends among much of the current hierarchy. He had even had a spar with the master himself. So, he had the potential and the possibility to become the hokage, now he just had to make sure that when he eventually did become the hokage that he was a good one. He couldn't let himself get weak, he couldn't let himself lose control, he had to become a master not only of his four elements and talents but also of himself. That was the one thing that Hao had never had. He killed people because he was angry, he slaughtered people because he was bored, he had no self control. That was his downside, and that was what kept the anti-Hao campaign going strong.

"Kenta! Come help with the dishes!" Shouted a feminine voice, one that was all to familiar with him, though not one he wanted to face. Staring at his bedroom door, he couldn't help but wonder why thy even bothered including him the family chores when they themselves were never around to be a family. He couldn't exactly complain to much on the matter, they did provide for him and if it wasn't for that fact alone then he wouldn't be as healthy as he was. His father was always away on these missions while his mother acted as a politician for the village. Odd family seeing as though they both loved their work, that they would sometimes forget about Kenta. Leaning back on his chair, he stretched and rose to his feet, slipping on a pair of slippers that were neatly placed beside his chair. A habit of his which he usually did when studying seals. "Coming." He replied eventually as he opened his bedroom door and made his way down the two flights of stairs that awaited him.

Stopping in his tracks he cracked his back, bolts of pleasure erupting at the base of his spine as it jolted it's way up his body. God! He thought to himself as he slouched forward ever so slightly. Looking around in the living-room/kitchen, the two only separated by a row of counters and a column, Kenta noticed an unfamiliar figure. A man that towered over 6 foot in height, long brown hair that ran down his back, odd attire that...looked nothing like the Konohagakure brand. It seemed like it had much more space, white and a sort of beige tint to it. Plus his forehead protector was neatly wrapped backwards. The odd symbol made him question his company as he slowly entered the room, only to be abruptly halted by his mother as she exited the kitchen with a bowl of salad in one hand.

"Kenta! 'Bout damn time! I shouted you ages ago!" She complained. Kenta frowned, whispering the words 'A few minutes actually...' as he made his way to the table, making sure not to come anywhere near the mysterious man. Finding his seat across from the man, Kenta sat down and stared intently at the man, the man staring back as well. He had blue eyes, a vertical scar on his right eye, slender hands, button nose and thin lips. Hell, the only thing distinctive on him was that damn scar. Clearing his throat, Kenta placed his right hand on the edge of the table. "Who's this random?" He spoke ignorantly. Silence fell in the room as a sense of dread seemed to hang over his mothers head. She placed the bowl down on the kitchen counter and turned to face Kenta. "Where are your manners boy?!" She shouted as she stomped on the floor, he eyes erupting with flames and hair spiraling out of control around her face. Kenta could feel himself shrink in his chair as the man across from him began to chuckle. "Don't you worry boy, I'll protect you from this dragon la-!" He grunted, Kenta's mother having dropped a pan on his head and stopping him mid sentence. He shivered and flailed to the floor. "Aeno! I will kill you where you lay if you finish that sentence, and as for this random, this is Aeno Chikamatsu of the Chikamatsu clan. He's a dear friend who will be staying for awhile, so you will remain respectful to Mr.Chikamatsu." She grunted before sitting in the 'head' seat. A home ruled under and iron fist...A Dictatorship.

"I just want to sleep!" Kenta complained, watching the clouds above him lazily drift by in the open skies as he remained on the soil of the Earth. How lovely. He'd finished running a few errands for some villagers, did his usual lone patrol around the village and it's outskirts before finally returning to his spot. Granted, The Naka River was somewhere he never usually came to relax, but at a time like this with such lovely weather, how could he resist? Plus, he always loved the sound of the cicadas and the hover flies just buzzing and chirruping away like no ones business. It was oddly relaxing and somewhat homey. Even though he grew up in the busy district of the village where nothing but noise occurred. Easier for his parents to get to and from work, although harder for him to get to the Academy on time. Oh well. Not much could have been done about it. Good thing he re-homed himself in a much more desolate place in the village, somewhere near the farming section.

Tapping his feet on the branch, he re-positioned himself on the tree that he had been resting on to become much more comfortable, a small knot digging into his back the whole time and he hadn't even noticed till now. Lowering his eyes, he looked around the Naka River and scanned the area. Not many trees, could do with some more re-planting. Hey! A good idea for a D-Rank! He thought to himself as he cracked his neck and sighed, his arms going limp and falling to his side as he relished the brief moment of pleasure. "Nah, not much to do in this crummy place. I wonder if there would be anything else to do in another village..." He said to himself, thinking of maybe heading to Suna and catching some sun. Could do him some good. That was until he noticed a man standing in a, what seemed to be an island in the middle of the river, alone and...shooting of sparks of lightning? "Ah, a Raiton user...wait, no. They don't look developed enough to be proper bolts. Training maybe?" He said, mouth agape as he swung himself round so that he was now sitting with his legs dangling over the edge of the branch. He could just watch the man train and see where it gets him alone, or he could have engaged in conversation...but he wasn't one strike up a conversation from the get-go. Not that kinda guy. Maybe it'd be best to just sit by and watch...He couldn't be bothered with engaging in pointless battle against someone. Hell, he didn't even know if the guy was from Konoha! Maybe if he made a gesture to the guy...

Raising a hand, he feebly waved to the man, doubtful to be seen due to being in amongst the tree. "Hey! Havin' fun!?" He shouted over in a somewhat rough voice. Damn it! Should've cleared my damn throat! GAH! He thought to himself as he retracted his hand and placed it gently on his throat, coughing up any muk that would have been in his throat and spitting it down to the earth below. Lovely first impressions.

Not aware that anyone was nearby, Oshiki merely concentrated on what he was doing rather than the person who was lying around near him. He moved through the movements once more, trying to recreate the lightning sign that he had been taught by his old sensei, the once teacher of the academy that had since passed on. Chakra styles were an interesting thing, as every one was different. Earth required the ability to place your chakra into something that already existed, it required being able to feed chakra from the person's body to the area around them. Wind was also like that, but because it surrounded the user it was supposedly a lot easier. Fire and lightning, on the other hand, were a lot more difficult since they needed to be created from scratch. However, fire was easier than lightning because it didn't need absolute control, once the chakra was pooled and ejected out of the body, the fire was able to continue on as it did. Fire, once in existence, naturally spread and got stronger and stronger as long as they had fuel and oxygen. That meant that, whilst it was harder to reign in, it was easier to create and manifest into techniques.

Lightning, unfortunately, was totally self created as well as requiring total control over the energy. Lightning was, as he had once been taught, a discharge from high voltage to low voltage. Like all things in the universe, power would go from where there was a lot of it to where there's little of it if given a chance. It was why leaders who wanted the power for themselves had to create a strong force around them to avoid getting overthrown, that was the total defense between the high and low areas. However, chakra did not have that. He had to keep up the high pressure of chakra, or else there wouldn't be a large enough difference in the two places it needed to go to and it would fail miserably. So, turning his finger in a circle as he built up pressurized chakra into the tip of his ring finger, he pressed his hand forwards suddenly, releasing the energy. With that, a bolt of crackling white electricity shot out of his hand, shooting through the air like a small bolt of lightning before fizzling out where he had pointed it. He had manifested the lightning.

That was the very moment that he heard the sound of an intruder, and closed his eyes as he turned around. It would have looked strange for someone to see that, before his eyes opened once again - Where there had been a strange, almost soulless black color just a moment ago, now that it was reopened there was a burning red color in the pupil, the entire thing colored blood red as if he'd popped a blood vessel or something. Among the eyes, where there should have been pupils, three tomoe span slowly round and around, seemingly looking at everything at once as he scanned the area around him, looking for the chakra source. There was nothing to the right of him, and nothing to the left of him, and there was nothing behind him... it had to be up above him, in one  of the trees.

It might have appeared unpleasant to the boy that was watching him that his first reaction to being called out to was to try and find the source of the calling rather than simply reacting back with a hello. Sure, it might have been a little bit paranoid of him, but he had thought that he was alone out here and after that little adventure with Ukiyo in the deep forest last month, he knew better than recklessly throwing himself into danger without checking what potential threats there could be, even if those danger sources came in the form of tiny little girls with green hair and a terrible sodding attitude. When he did find the power source, however, he had to look up to find it.

The problem with the power that his eyes gave him was that it concentrated on chakra rather than on the person he was watching. He could see the chakra points around the boy's body, as well as the veins that carried it around his body, but that was about it. That was, thankfully, enough to give him a basic silhouette of his height, weight and body shape, but it was not enough to give him actual details. What he knew so far was that it was a boy sitting in the tree. He didn't know his hair color, his clan or his reason for being here. He might have known the boy's clan if he had been using a jutsu, since he might have been able to see a different form of chakra from normal that would have pinned this guy out as a member of one of those specialist clans, a clan such as the Senju's wood abilities or the Sabaku's sand mastery.

However, there was one serious benefit to this ability, other than the ones like the inability to be trapped in low-rank genjutsus and the like. They were useful, but since those specialties were rare around the village he never really had to worry about those. Rather, what he had to worry about was whether or not this kid was a threat. He seemed pretty small and harmless, but for all the chakra that this sight let him see, he couldn't detect weaponry. But, from the movement of his body, he couldn't see any indication of hostility and since he would have been able to see any chakra that he was building up, he could tell that the kid wasn't actually a threat right now. The fact was, the only attacks that didn't require any major chakra expenditure was taijutsu or bukijutsu, even puppetry required the ability to form charka into strings. In this kid's case, there was no chakra building up in his body, so he wasn't getting ready for an attack, and looking at his silhouette he couldn't find a movement pattern, which meant that he was going to be sitting still for a bit. Alright, good, that gave him a chance to talk to him.

Closing his eyes once more before reopening them without the Sharingan active, he continued looking up through the tree where he had just seen the boy's chakra. The latent chakra in his body seemed to be less than his, though only slightly. If he was to guess, he would have said that this kid was a Special Jounin, or perhaps a specially trained chunin. Alternatively, he could just be a shitty jonin, but he was sure that he would have heard talk about something like that. People always gossiped, and when someone hung out with drunk people enough they would find out all of the rumors within the city. The one massive failure in terms of chakra within the top of the heirarchy was that Aiza kid that he met a few weeks back. However, apparently his abilities made up for his lackluster chakra amount. That left Chunin and Special Jonin.

"You know it's not very nice to just hide when talking to someone!" he complained, his voice somewhere between a little bit upset, not in a tone that made it sound actually serious but more one that made it obvious that he was playing with the kid, and flirtatious, this one a little bit more serious. He had the nasty habit of flirting with other members of the village, something that people had complained about frequently when it came to him. Those who enjoyed it really enjoyed it, and those who didn't... well, they tended to whine and moan so much they actually hurt his ears. So, there he was, flirting with someone who he didn't know nor had ever seen before, looking up through the tree, and noticing... a falling spit globule.

That was disgusting! The kid had spat at him, who did that to someone that they had only just met. Was he doing this because Oshi was an Uchiha member, if so this little brat was going to have another thing coming. he was not going to tolerate discrimination simply because people belonged to different families. He saw it hit the ground in front of him with a little disgusting splash, before looking up

"and that's even ruder still! Didn't your parents raise you with any manners? Come on down and introduce yourself!" he said, trying not to make this situation any more hostile than it already was. Thinking about it, the boy's voice sounded rough and a little hoarse, so he might be ill and that globule was something that he couldn't control. Alternately, it was an insult directed at him by someone who refused to show their face. He didn't have enough information (read; any) to be able to judge which one of those options it was, so he was going to have to give this kid a second chance. He wasn't launching an attack yet, which was something at least.
