Moonshine Kingdom
Hundreds of years ago in Land of the Moon lived people who cherished moon every day for years, decades. These people lived simple, someone could say poor lives, but they were happy on their small island with that what they had. Moonshine Kingdom as it was called slept during the day and inhabitants lived their "daily" lives at night by the moon's silver light. Fish were the most common food, boats sailed through the glances of their beloved moon into to the deep night. Live went day by day ... night by night.

Untill one late morning when one of the boats came back with no sea goods, that morning was a start of big food shortage. Every day more and more boats came to the island empty, sea around the island dried out of fish for some reason. Boats ventured further and then farther and then beyond horizont's horizon to never come back again. People of Moonshine Kingdom were desperate and they begged the only friend besides their own people - the Moon.

And the moon listened ...
Susume Haru master of ninja arts with the worst sense of direction lost his way on the sea. Guess where he landed? Yup. Seeing the lights in distance he jumped out of his boat and ran on water to the island. People there never saw anything like this before, they have never even seen someone from far away lands. He was fast declared messenger of the Moon. Not knowing where he is and knowing his "limitations" in his sense of direction, he decided to stay on the island ... hey, its not bad to be loved for nothing!

Susume Haru was a specialist of Medical Ninjutsu and knew much about many Limited Blood clans. He teached people of Moonshine Kingdom many practical things allowing them to cultivate the small ground they had. It still wasn't enough to feed whole population of the island. Susume started to tutor arts of ninja to his fallowers. He tried to convince people to live in day light, but even he could not make them change their sacred live style. He thought of a perfect solution in his mind - creation of group from his students list and allowing them to see through even the darkest nights.

No one surrendered the idea even after many failures, after many deaths, volunteers kept coming. When Susume was on verge of abandoning the plan and thinking about leaving the island as people of Moonshine Kingdom didn't want to hear about stoping, miracle happened. The first of many bearers of Getsume survived process of mutation. With benefits of Getsume, island started to prosper like never before. Allowed by unmatched vision in darkness long catches further from island brang so needed sea live right on the chefs tables.

Many of Susume's students continued learning of ninja arts. With time they discovered true potential of their eyes and started to custom their own fighting styles and jutsu.

After 39 years of his stay in Land of the Moon Susume died peacefully in his hut on the top of a little hill. His body was carried by his students to the water and after spectacular ceremony Susume Haru was given to the Moon. Boat with his body and smile on his cold face drifted on the sea to disapear one clear night.

Less then year later fish came back to shores of Moonshine Kingdom. After decades Susume's former students started to be pushed to the borders of society. Came times where there was no need for long voyages in search for food by owners of Getsume, known in that time as "Shadow Walkers". With no memories of past times new generations didn't feel the gratitude towards Getsume bearers. Gratitude was switched by fear that grown bigger and bigger.

People started to blame Susume for big hunger. He was for them only a historical character who could be blamed as the one that wanted only easy life. He, for them could scare sea life from island with his powers that they didn't understand. Little was needed when Shadow Walkers started to be blamed for almost everything bad that happened on the island.

Without Susume's remedies next generations of his students children started to feel restlessness. Their weird behavior fueled spite of "normal" people of the island even more. Daitsuki clan was established, clan was free for every Gatsume bearer and bearer's family. Reason behind creation of clan was to protect interest of its people in "dark" times and even "darker" waiting at the horizon.

17th of July brang with itself banishment of Daitsuki clan from Moonshine Kingdom after one of its member was found at scene of murder. That member was killed same moment he was spoted, no explanation by him could be given. That day is know in Daitsuki clan as the day wich started the Great Jurney, some calls it Night of Birth.

The Great Jurney
Almost 300 men, women, children and elderly loaded onto ships on the 17th of July. Voyage through the sea was tough, especialy for children and older members of the clan. Not everybody survived weeks of sailing, some tried on their own when main "fleet" decided to sail even in day light. Some didn't handle the light, storms took their part aswell.

From almost 300 only 174 people in main fleet landed on southern coast of Fire Country. With knew knowledge about their eyes and in new world they rested and thought about the situation. There after 2 weeks on meeting of smartest members of the clan Manifest of the Moon was created. That day also the dispersion of clan was decided. Small groups scattered across the world, bonded by Manifest of the Moon they never forgotten their history and heritage of Shadow Walkers.

Great Jurney ended for almost every group in diferent way and in diferent time. Some met others in places they started to call home. Some had bad luck, some never stoped wandering throughout the world.

Act of Free Sky:
After the Night of Birth scattered groups of Daitsuki clan didn't have contact with each other for many decades. Everything changed when 3 twin brothers born in Konohagakure no Sato took initiative. They knew history very well, every one of them was wise and inteligent. Most important of all though was fact that all 3 activated both Getsume.

Known as Saints even in their times, gathered representatives of every Daitsuki clan group they managed to find. Representatives from Suna, Iwa, Kumo, Kiri and many other smaller settlements and smaller groups found their way to abode of Daitsuki in Konoha.

For 4 nights and 4 days they debated on various matters. Most important things that were settled was continuation of teachings written in Manifest of the Moon and declaration of the Act of Free Sky. Act of Free sky was a confirmation of independence of every Daitsuki group in world. The thing that made this Act so important was writen between words. Act forged bonds between groups, bonds based on trust and confidence in fellow clan members. Those bonds survived the trials of time, they survived quarrels and wars. Even if clan members from diferent groups had to stand against each other in hidden village wars they faced each other without recentment and after deaths there was never any grudge.

Free Sky - Bloom Moon
Time after establishing Act of Free Sky to present times is known as "Free Sky - Bloom Moon" or "Blooming Moon" in brief. Its being said that histories of Daitsuki clan are as many as stars in the sky becouse of the number of groups and events they took part in. It is impossible to quote them all and new ones pop up every day adding to the rich history of Daitsuki clan.

Rolling takes place when member of Daitsuki clan becomes 10 year old. First fate decides wich eye is going to become Getsume. Second fate decides the colour of Getsume. In practice after creating character staff member roles two times to decide for the fate ... as the fate ... they got the powa there. Tradition commands obedience in matter of later trening for member of Daitsuki clan. Therefore owner of left Getsume must train himself in Onojutsu where right Getsume owner must train Kenjutsu. More in that matter Tamotsu bearers must specialize in Medical Ninjutsu becoming Keepers and bearers of Mugen must specialize in Genjutsu becoming Dreamers.
Tradition dictates and there can not be any objections so player(s) must role two times and see what fate prepared for them.

Getsume is an eye that catches moon light and converts it into chakra that is used by it to affect its owner in various ways. Getsume activates automaticly with first rays of moon light and does not take any chakra from user's pool without doing something with it. Techniques that use or cooperate with Getsume are using owners chakra. Chakra melted by Getsume from moon light is used only for pasive influences, can be transfered to pool only by direct looking at the moon and allows of use of special clan techniques.
Daitsuki's affinity towards moon, Getsume abilities to use its light gives this clan members better sharpness of view in night than any normal ninja would have even in clearest winter day.
Colour of Red/Silver Eye when activated takes the shape of moon and changes with it, for example full moon makes the eye complitly covered by red/silver paint excluding pupil wich becomes white in full moon.
Only one eye activates in age of ten for every member of Daitsuki clan, there is a chance though that second eye may activate itself. In that case second eye becomes the other colour eye, for example if one have Red Eye already activated the second eye will become Silver Eye. Chances of this hapening are little - 1/20 roll on every rank up.
Double Getsume gives both pluses but renders owner unable to see in day light without using genjutsu on himself to trick the eyes. Even then only one eye can be opened at any given time during the day. Double Getsume gives also ability to detect genjutsu by looking at the moon.
Only few in history were lucky or maybe unlucky to activate both eyes.

Diferences between two types of Getsume do not stop on their colour ...

Red Eye "Tamotsu":
Owners of Red Moon Eye "Tamotsu" takes smaller bonuses under the moon than owners of Silver Moon Eye "Mugen" but they also don't mind day light as much. For Keepers - Tamotsu bearers bonus for actions made under the moon gives their Medical Ninjutsu techniques +1 to the effectivness, that applies to healing and offensive Medical Ninjutsu. By looking at the moon they regenerate small amounts of chakra, calm their nerves, it takes away the pain and can regenerate their body after acquiring Tokubetsu Jounin rank. Regeneration by that metod isn't instant, for healing wounds one would have to go on a long date with moon. Till they look at the moon if the wound isn't instant death kind of wound they can not die from lose of blood, in the meantime healing occurs. Getsume users have also affinities towards phases of moon, wich splits into two for Keepers:

Silver Eye "Mugen":
Owners of Mugen takes bigger bonuses under the moon than owners of Tomatsu but they are not fond of day light at all.
For Dreamers - Mugen bearers bonus for actions made under the moon gives their Genjutsu +1 to effectivness, allows them to use special genjutsu technigues and also boosts their reflexes giving them +1 in that attribute. Looking at the moon in their case takes away the pain and can regenerate some chakra, it can not calm them. Under the moon Dreamers that acquired Chuunin rank can use 70 points (+10 every rank up) from their chakra pool to boost themself via Silver Rush wich gives them +1 to speed factor for 3 turns.
Mugen owners skin becomes pale at night.

Drawbacks:
Depending on type of Getsume the Drawbacks differentiate as the owners of each type are more or less custom to sun light. Getsume itself is useless in day light, clan members cannot use special techniques that requires the eye to be activated (there is one exception), nor do they get bonuses from owning Moon Eye. There is one thing that can be done to trick ones eye to activate itself. By using special clan technique on himself, owner of Getsume may "summon" moon, its a pay and gain move becouse he can not use any other techniques but he gets bonuses of the eye.
Eyes of Daitsuki clan members can not handle sun very well, they can not look directly at sun, this would blind them for period of time (3-5 turns in fight). Also they are susceptible to any kind of flash explosions (not booms from explosive notes and any kind of normal explosions, light from katon can be painfull but in moderation) and bright light.  
Becouse of Gatsume usage of nature energy in some way, Daitsuki clan members are not allowed to specialize in Senjutsu at all.

Red Eye "Tamotsu":
"Feeding" body and especialy the eye in day without grace of moon takes away big chank of chakra from Keeper's chakra pool -50 (each rank up adds -5) chakra points in day light even after "summoning" moon.
In day light healing Medical Ninjutsu takes 50% longer to do the job done. Offensive Medical Ninjutsu takes 50% longer to prepare (vel chakra gathering takes 50% longer) and any other chakra using technique take 20% longer to prepare.
Generaly they prefer night than day and if they can they prefer to hide in shade. They fight slightly worse in day but they can still hold their ground.
Keepers can not take Genjutsu as their 3rd or 4th specialization.

"Feeding" body and especialy the eye in day without grace of moon takes away big chank of chakra from Dreamer's chakra pool -75 (each rank up adds -10) chakra points in day light even after "summoning" moon.
Dreamer can not use special genjutsu techniques in day light, all of his genjutsu techniques take 50% longer to prepare and costs 5 more chakra points. Any other chakra using techniques take 33% longer to prepare and costs 10 more chakra points.
Without taking special pill (will be made after accept of the clan) that can be bought from store Dreamers are sleepy and have -1 to speed and reflexes ... well they are sleepy anyway after taking one but they do not have penalties to speed and reflexes anymore, they still fight worse in day light than at night.
Dreamers can not take Medical Ninjutsu as their 3rd or 4th specialization.

You need to add KKG jutsu right away (up to 4 on the clan template); jutsu on the clan sheet this way can be added to your Jutsu List without training or Ryo. If you want to wait and train/pay later, that's fine. Just warning ya.

Also, while this Doujutsu is creative, the passage of time is a difficult thing to manage on a text-based RP site. You could technically just write that the moon is out whenever you want, which gives you an unfair advantage (especially seeing as how you get passive bonuses without chakra usage under the moon).

was creating it with wrong mindset from my previous forum I guess, forgot that here there are no leading omnipotent people that goes with u through the mission setting time, event, controling enemies by turns etc
