While the majority of Iwagakure populous were safely tucked into their cozy beds, trying to block out the blaring noise of their alarms clocks. A shadowy figure were gracefully moving across the rooftops, their sandals touching down on the tiles of a build without a sound before springing forward stepping on the next one, so forth and so forth. Nodding at others who were making their way from places unknown. Their silhouettes blending perfectly with the shadows cast by the rising sun, slowly peaking from behind the mountains that borders the village. Stopping on a particular rooftop the individual slipped into the building, turning on a switch that illuminated the dark room, the sudden brightly temporarily blinding them. Only after the artificial light touched their face did one got an idea of who exactly it was. None of than Guanyin Nanashi.

Dressed in the stereotypical medic-nin get up the teenager had just gotten back from the hospital, having been there for two day straight helping Sakino Marise with some information gathering and patients who were in critical condition. Two days with nothing but caffeine to keep him going, Nanashi were incredibly tired indeed. Moving through the apartment, a smile graced his face seeing his girlfriend peacefully sleeping in their bed, hugging his pillow – obviously missing him. With not much as a sound the teenager undressed out of his medic attire and into the typical Iwagakure shinobi get-up before writing a small note to the sleeping angel before slipping out of the house once again – heading towards the Administrators Build for a mission. For one can't pay for bills without money.

Stifling a yawn while moving through the corridors of the building, greeting those who he passed, his slightly sluggish movement showing any perceptive shinobi how tired the man were at the moment.

“Here for a mission?” Nanashi nodded at the dark haired chuunin question, having gotten use to the man's grumpy attitude that he now knew were a facade – after having the luxury of meeting him outside of the office. Unraveling the handed scroll he quickly scan over it, before catching the zippo and lighting the parchment on fire – it turning into ash, dissipating into nothingness.

“Never thought I would get the chance to get a snake skin wallet.” Nanashi stated, tossing the zippo lighter back at the chuunin who caught it.

“Or boots.”

“Yeah, boots. I get tired of these sandals anyway. Well catch you later.” Nanashi lazily waved, yawning as he makes his way out of the building. Though not before hearing the parting words of the chuunin. . .

“Get some sleep, after this!”

The Wild West, it would be the third time in a month that Nanashi had ventured out into these parts of Tsuchi no Kuni. The former times being for missions. And this time also being because of a mission. Said mission in question called for him to eliminate a large highly aggressive rock python. Native to the country the pythons is undoubtedly one of the most aggressive non-poisonous snakes that call the place home. But from the mission parameters this particular python took aggression to the next level – apparently attacking, killing and swallowing a small child. Needles to say this thing needed to be dealt with.  And that exactly what Nanashi were going to do.

For he seriously want those boots now. . .

Three long hours passed for Nanashi without any snake in sight. How in hell did a gigantic snake hide so well? Than again the former Geisha probably hadn't search one forth of the entire area, so the reptile could literally be anywhere. Deciding to sit down on a rather large rock, another yawn ripped through his throat – his eyes watering slightly. The unbearable heat of the sun causing beads of sweat too roll down his face.

“Like trying to find a needle in a hay stack.” Nanashi murmured, rubbing the citrine eyes tiredly. He serious were doubting if he shouldn't have taken this mission, till after he got some sleep, for right now he were too tired to be full aware.

And it were this unawareness that were about to cost the Guanyin. For slithering across the ground, it's scales shuffling, was the massive 12 ½ ft python that the Geisha were looking for. Curling up in the stereotypical 'S' like pattern the beast lounged at the neck of Nanashi's, it's needle like teeth lusting to pierce the flesh of the unexpected human.

Sadly this wasn't the case with Nanashi dodging, though not as graceful as he could have done. Hitting the ground with a standard shoulder roll, left to right, crouching down, ten lightning senbons materializing within hand. Nanashi's citrine eyes stared intently at the predator in front of him who's cold murderous eyes were glaring back at him. Though not functioning fully the genin knew this snake wasn't like the others, for it's eyes showed an intelligence that shouldn't even be possible. He would be prove right when the snake dodged the four lightning senbons thrown at it and began charging forward at it would be prey – lounging at it.

The snake would fall like a sack of stones, as four senbons pierced the back of it's skull, Nanashi having appeared behind it via body flicker and launched the directly projectiles. Two more senbons pierced the body for good measure – making sure that the animal were dead. A medic he is but a veterinarian he is not.

“Time for those snake skin boots.” Nanashi murmur, wiping out a kunai. . .

Roughly an hour later, Nanashi stood in line within the Administrators building, waiting to turn in his mission. After skinning the snake the former Geisha had dropped off the skin to someone who specialize in making clothing with animal skins. Though the man didn't give him a time table when the piece would be done, he did ensure Nanashi will get the equipment.

“Missing complete.” The dark haired chuunin, nodded, stomping the mission report and making note to send the ryo to Nanashi's account.

“Found anything interesting?”

“Yeah, she was pregnant. Keyword being was. . .” Nanashi stated with a yawn as he left the building to get some much needed sleep.

Mission complete. . .
