Kiyoshi Senju

D-rank
"Hmm, seems easy enough" Kiyosi, spoke to himself, crumpling the piece of paper with the information about his mission on it. Kiyoshi just had to find some stupid kid who'd been painting the buildings around the city. Why in the world the boy would think vandalising people’s property was a good idea was beyond Kiyoshi, but hey, there's always idiots around. The fact that Kiyoshi could make profit off their stupidity just seemed like easy pickings to him. From what Kiyoshi had read, the boy had some agility about him, seeing as he'd been able to evade capture for a decent amount of time. Kiyoshi doubted it would be anything he couldn't handle though. The real task would be actually finding the kid, the note had given details on the general area, but it gave no indication of a time frame within which the boy usually worked, which was pretty much just as important.

Mulling it over in his mind, Kiyoshi decided that it would be a good idea for him to ask the residents of the area, get some information from them about the situation. The neighbourhood was, however, on the other side of the village, so Kiyoshi would have to enjoy the long trek across. "Great, just my luck!" Kiyoshi muttered to himself as he began walking.

Because it was still relatively early in the afternoon, Kiyoshi was in no hurry to reach his destination. The boy surely couldn’t have been idiotic enough to go around defacing people’s houses in broad daylight, or he’d have been caught long ago. So, Kiyoshi’s walk was at a rather casual pace, much like a walk through the park, allowing him the time to examine anything that caught his attention or listen to peoples conversations without them realising.

Despite the length of the trek, and the nonchalant pace at which he had walked, Kiyoshi still managed to make it after about an hour and most of another. It was now coming to late afternoon, the sun was orange in the sky and loomed low in the horizon, tinting the sky and the clouds several different shades of colour, ranging from oranges all the way to deep purples. This was good timing for Kiyoshi as some people, mostly those who didn’t own shops, would be finished with work for the day and home relaxing which allowed Kiyoshi a decent opportunity to collect information before he starts looking for this kid.

Kiyoshi spent a large part of the next half hour or so going around asking various residents about the boy. He finished with more than enough useful bits of information. The boy, who was apparently an academy student meaning that he couldn’t be much older than eleven for the most, usually came out just after dark when he’d be hard to spot and usually wore a hoodie to cover his face. He was also apparently pretty good a climbing buildings although Kiyoshi didn’t really think he’d even get the chance.Being within the correct time frame already, Kiyoshi decided to start looking around. Climbing up on the rooftops for a better view, Kiyoshi silently searched for the kid, keeping an ear open for any sounds that might give the boy away as well.
It took about fifteen minutes to find the boy. The sound of his spraying paint can was what gave him away from across the road to the building where Kiyoshi was currently. Descending as quietly as possible Kiyoshi sneaked up behind the boy, who was engrossed in his work.

"You know, art goes on paper, not on other people's houses" Kiyoshi said out loud. The boy spun around, wide eyed, with surprise. It took him a few seconds to register what was going on before he dropped his can and bolted, attempting to get away. Kiyoshi would have none of that though and immediately siezed the hood of the boy's jacket. He was quick witted though and immediately undid the zip and nimbly slipped out of the jacket, and took off, running down an alley way a couple meters infront of them. Kiyoshi grabbed the spray can and followed the boy.

Rounding the corner, Kiyoshi saw that the boy was frantically trying to scale a wall to escape to the roof of a building. Not about to let that happen, Kiyoshi threw the spray can, hitting the boy squarely in the back of the head with a loud, thud. Stunned, the boy lost his grip and fell ground ward. Kiyoshi considered letting him hit the ground but he decided he might get in trouble for that and caught the stupid kid and dangled him by his foot. "You're coming with me"

Kiyoshi then proceeded to drag the boy, by his hair so he wouldn't try to run away, to the nearest police station and collected a note from the officer in charge to confirm he had given them the kid and was on his way to collect his money.
