Ezra waited and meditated cross legged at the meeting cactus. The day had finally come to meet his team of genin. He made sure they were informed of the meeting the day before through the use of some messenger pigeons. Ezra would’ve much rather used the messenger hawks but they were only for important and mission related messages. Ezra scoffed thinking about it as he put the tan hood of his windbreaker up to keep his hair down and face protected from the wind. The wind was really dancing today even for the wind country’s standards.

Ezra looked up at the sun to determine the time. It was pretty early in the morning, almost seven. ‘Maybe I should’ve called for a meeting in the afternoon.’ Ezra thought as he yawned. Maybe the meditation and silence near the meeting cactus was making him fall asleep. “Hope those guys get here soon. If not I might just fall asleep.” He told the universe as another yawn crept out of his mouth. This time he covered his mouth with his arm. Ezra glanced at the sun again. Boy was it early, well according to Ezra’s anyway.

Heero walked to the place where the pidgin said meet. His thoughts where wondering as he looked around. His face shown a look of exhaustion with bags under his eyes, it had been a night where he just could not sleep and it showed. As his eyes surveyed the area around him he spotted something purple in the distance, His first thought was he was daydreaming again however, as he got closer he pushed past a bunch of cactus only to find out that the purple flower was part of a giant. So enamored by the giant cactus he almost missed the person sitting cross legged underneath it. The man had a slight muscular build although it was hard for him to make out with the hood over his head, Still as he was the only one here it was safe to say he was the sensei the message spoke of.

Working up the nerve to speak he walked up and stood in front of the man. " H..Hi are you team se..sevens sensei? " He said still unsure of himself. Heero could only hope he was right.

Razor woke up and began to get dressed he ate breakfast and set out to where the pigeon told him to meet his new sensei and teammates. He walked through suna toward the meeting cactus where there were told to meet. As he arrived he saw a shinobi talking to who he assumed was their sensei as he got closer he saw that his sensei was ezra his former teammate under gin the kazekage. He walked up and waved at ezra saying "well ill be a son of a gun hey ezra how ya been. so you are our new sensei huh well im glad to work with you again". He then turned to the other shinobi and said "Hi im Razor namizake head of the namizake clan,former teammate to our sensei,and also a former student of the kazekage It's nice to meet you.". He then turned back to ezra to talk with him.

Ezra looked up as he heard the boy stammer his question. It made Ezra smile but it also made the boy seem frail to him. ‘He couldn’t be so frail.’ Ezra thought keeping his grin as he could tell right away by the way the boy carried himself he was a physical fighter. ‘Kenjutsu?’ Ezra questioned examining him a little closer. Ezra’s knowledge of Taijutsu and the body really did help him out with combat guessing games. He was about to open his mouth to speak when he saw another approach. It was his pal and former teammate Razor. Ezra had a suspicion it would be awkward to be his teacher but judging by his greeting it seemed as if it would be anything but.

Razor jumped the gun a bit and introduced himself to the other boy before turning back to Ezra. Ezra stood up, put his hand on Razor’s shoulder and began to speak. “Let’s do the introductions in a more organized way shall we?” Ezra sounded a little pressured to sound mature even though Trilby was older than him.

Ezra sat down cross legged and tapped the floor inviting the two other guys to sit down as well. “Okay well. This is how we’re gonna’ do it. Name, Age, Likes, Dislikes and what is your style of Kenjutsu in my case Taijutsu?” Ezra was back to his normal informal way of speech. He smiled hoping to see a look of surprise on the unfamiliar boys face. After all, how could Ezra know what his fighting style was. “I’ll start us off. Ezra Karisuma, age 15, side note my birthday is in five days. I like to laugh and I dislike lies... Oh yeah and my Taijutsu style is Tae Kwon Do. Having said that Sup' guys and Your turn?” He pointed to the unfamiliar boy. Ezra grinned showing off his sharp upper canines.

" Ye..Yea .." He said somewhat visibly relaxing. Just as he had though He jumped slightly when he realized another person was there. So you..must be th....the other guy on the team? He said sort of in a question. As he listened to the others get the banter out of the way once again his attention was brought to his new sensei and his explanation of himself. Being asked of his style was not something he had heard much and he actually loved that he was asked. "Well....I practice batto..battojutsu and im 14 years of age." He seemed to hesitate a moment before continuing. "I like Chocolate" he said and to prove his point he pulled a pack of pocky out of his shirt and put one in his mouth. "And... what I dis..dislike is no not being able to sleep." Truth be told the biggest reason he could not sleep is the nightmares that came with them. Nice ..to meet yo..you both." He said the pocky already ate.

Razor caught himself and said "Sorry ezra i just got exited as you question name Razor Namizake age 16 likes hanging with friends dislikes havng to get up early as for my style i also use kenjutsu. And with that he waited for ezra to speak again. He was happy for ezra he got promoted really fast. So now he and ezra were still on the same team. Well at least he is familiar with ezra and his fighting style. So he looked back at his sensei to listen.

"OK. Well... this is going well." Ezra's grin became a bit awkward as he realized he had nothing else on the agenda for this meeting. It almost disappeared when he realized their ages were all so close. He felt more like a friend than their sensei. Maybe it was possible to be both though. 'I'm friends with Gin-Sensei and she's older than me by a couple years so maybe it's even better this way.' Ezra thought to himself as his smile reemerged. He felt a bit of a speech coming in. He stood up and dusted his pants off.

"Now that we got that out of the way let me tell you my plans for us, Team 7." Ezra paused. "I guess we are just going to hang out, go on missions, and train as hard as we can. Anything else you guys want to add to the long term and short term goals of this team?" Needless to say Ezra's speech was very very short lived and not as eloquent or descriptive as it could have been. "Can I have one of those Chocolate sticks? That reminds me you never told us you name. What is it?" He asked Heero holding his hand out for a pocky stick.

"Oh! um ssure." He said holding out a stick of pocky. He took a deep breath and looked his new sensei in the eyes. " My name is Heero." For the first time since they meet he sounded confident in something. not like it mattered much, however it did sound a little stronger and he hoped he did not come off as too weak.

Razor looked at his new teammate and said "Well heero it is nice to meet you". Razor then looked back at ezra and said "Well ezra everyone has meet so now what is the plan". He looked back at his new sensei to await his response.
