Ahh, waterfall point. The epitome of beauty and perfection, well to his eyes. Migoto would go here for some peace and quiet. It was a great place to relax in the morning or stargaze at night. The long nights he spent atop the waterfall were memorable. Gazing into the vastness of interstellar space. It made one feel insignificant. After all, Migoto was one person among a village, inside of a planet filled with people. To take it further that one planet was only one in approximately four trillion. So letting that thought sink in, our existence in the universal scale is akin to an ant in our world; unbelievably small.

There he went again, going off on a philosophical rant with himself. It was one of the many things his mind was left to ponder when he relaxed. But, he shook the thought off. Here he was on a point, overlooking the whole village and all he did was rack his brain. He really needed to relax more. So that is exactly what he did. Migoto would a relatively flat boulder near the edge of the waterfall and let his body go limp.

Several small rocks were hurled into the lake, bouncing from one end of the stream to another. Countless puddles were being created onto the smooth unpaved land around the lake that led to the waterfall. The sun shined its magnificent heat onto the small puddles causing them to gain reflections similar to mirrors. In one of the puddles, the reflection of a brown spiky brown haired boy named Kosuke was spotted, throwing a handful of rocks into the lake. He wore a dark blue buttoned up shirt with his sleeves cuffed up at the elbows and on his legs he wore dark blue ninja pants that were cuffed up at his ankles with his Iwagakure head band wrapped around his left thigh. Around his waist, his small scroll was buckled around his lower back with his paint brush slipped into the scroll. The boy also wore gloves on each hand that were colored black, with the fingers cut off and ended just after his wrist.

Today was a stressful day for Kosuke; Dengen had recently died, and he still couldn't understand what the cause of his death was. His depression had faded away like a leaf in fall and began to build up into anger inside of his heart which was the reason he had visited Waterfall Point. It was an area where anyone could let out their emotions no matter what they were. It was only mainly because a few people rarely stopped by the waterfall, and it was more quieter here than anywhere in Iwagakure.

"Argh! Why did it have to be him."

Kosuke kicked the dirt in front of him as he shouted out loud. The boy began to cough from the small dust cloud he had mustered up with his foot. Kosuke glanced towards the tranquil waterfall for a few seconds before he dashed towards it. His hands rubbed his light brown eyes, atttempting to wipe out the chemicals that had got caught into his pupils. When he reached the waterfall, he ceased rubbing his eyes to place his hands out into the waterfall for the water to cleanse his hands. Kosuke flicked his wrists several times to dry them off similar to a wet dog. Small drops of water splashed onto his shirt as he continued to shake his hands. Once they were dry enough, he stopped shaking his wrists and scanned the top of the waterfall. Their had been a mysterious boy ontop of a flat boulder. It seemed as if he was meditating by gazing into the vast space of no where. Kosuke didn't want to interrupt him. But, he couldn't leave the waterfall without knowing who he was.

Kosuke cracked his neck, and analyzed the small rocks that were erupted out of the mountain. He took several more seconds to plan on how he would climb the rock before he leaped onto a small ledge, and followed up by using the other sets of rocks as stairs. Climbing was one thing Kosuke wasn't very good at with how he didn't have that much athletic training, but his brain was all he needed to conquer a small obstacle like this. When Kosuke made it to the top, he strolled over towards the unknown boy.

"Hey, sorry to interrupt your meditating but who are you?

Makato

The young boy was out and about, walking with his hands tucked away in his pockets. It was the morning, and it was slightly cold, so he sported his usual grey jacket, his hands resting warm and comfortably in his jacket pocket. He had to get out of the house, for it was too gloomy. Makato's parents were hung over the recent death of the Tsuchikage, whereas Makato himself was pretty complacent about it. Although he did feel a certain sadness: He had many good times in Iwagakure while Dengen was the Tsuchikage. That's about it. A certain era to the village was gone, and the change in the mood was clear. Other then noticing that, the obvious, Makato was not very somber or even sad. He walked as though he normally did, his arms behind his back, watching and looking upwards towards the dark morning sky. He thought about why he was not as sad as the other villagers. Probably because he had never really met Dengen, or barely even seen him in the flesh. Although he had respect for the dead, and especially for his elders, Makato treated the situation as if anyone had died. Someone had replaced him, anyways: Arashi. As Makato continued to explore the village, morning turned to afternoon, and he found himself near waterfall point. He started out at the bottom, taking off his grey jacket and looking up at the top of the waterfall. With his right arm, he brought his grey jacket to his brow and wiped some sweat off. He then tied the jacket around his waste tightly, his eyes still fixated towards the top of the waterfall.

From all the times that he had visited this lake with his parents, he was never allowed up to the waterfalls, the source of the lake's water. He was a genin, now, so he decided for himself that it was okay if he did it. With his jacket now wrapped around his waste, revealing his bright white shirt with the kanji for "Honesty" written on it, he started up the mountain. As he approached the waterfall, he could breath easier, a smile creeping across his face. He could hear the sounds of the waterfall crashing. The same ones he heard every morning, but now he heard them from the top of the waterfalls point of view. It was beautiful to him. He was almost there, when he spotted two figures in the distance. As he approached even closer, he made out their figures. One of them he could recognize: Migoto. His taller friend with black hair. Odd how he had just run into him on accident. And someone else who had joined him, which Makato had never met before. He looked to be young, maybe Makato's age. He approached the two with his hands in the pockets of his black cargo shorts, his arms sliding under the jacket on his waste.

Before he had said a word to his friend Migoto, or even introduced himself to the new face, he sat down on the top of the waterfall. He put his hands on his knees, breathing in the fresh aura of the high altitude, mixed with the coolness and the splashes of the water at the top of the waterfall. He closed his eyes and felt the suns rays, then peaked open with a smile on his face. He looked over the city of Iwagakure. From here it looked incredible. It was indeed a surprising perspective for the young genin: to see the area which he had lived in all of his life, but from a higher altitude. He could see his house, all of the places where he shopped, ate, trained and hung out. He closed his eyes, smiling, then turned to Migoto.

"Hey, Migo."

He then turned to the boy with the brown hair. He gave him a head nod and chuckled a bit. "Name's Makato. What's yours?"

Migoto had closed his eyes and started to drift off. He began to detach his mind from everything, everything fell silent. The rushing of the waterfall, chirp of the birds, the swaying of the trees, everything. It was left to only him and his thoughts. He began to go through his mind and find the freshest event. The death of the Tsuchikage for example. From what he heard he was a fool hearty man, a bit to proud in some aspects but that was a given in a man of his position. He, the shadow of the stone, had died of mere stress. That was, for lack of a better word; pitiful. Great men like him either die in battle or naturally in service to his nation. That seemed to be the status-quo. He always thought as a young man that the strong and proud shinobi die in battle. For a Kage to die of a stress induced heart attack was absurd.

Migoto kept archiving and arranging the data he collected in his mind over years, why did this happen, who should have done what. It was a rather slow and enjoyable process. But his peace was disturbed by a voice. It sounded to be coming from a male about his age, so he opened his eyes to the great blue sky that stretched out above him. Shifting his head and eyes slightly he saw a boy. Younger than he was definitely, but Migoto did not turn away a potential conversation partner. " No need to apologize, friend, he started. " Well, my name is Migoto Tenshin. I was just enjoying this nice day by meditating, what can i do for you?".

The boy seemed open if he was to confront a stranger and initiate a conversation, it was a nice trait to have. Waiting for the boy to respond he was something out of the corner of his eye, a boy about his age. It was his teammate Makato. Makato was a likable fellow, bold yet able to relax. He responded to to Makato by giving him a head tilt. In his current position it felt like the most comfortable position in the world, and he didn't want to disturb that.

Kosuke tilted his head towards the ground in front of him as he waited for the boy to respond to him. He gazed into the depths of the erratic cracks scattered on the rock that he stood on. The boy dropped his shoulders into an relax position, and exhaled a small amount of air as he mumbled a pre- written poem. It was silent for at least two minutes but, that couldn't had last long. The boy in front of him had replied to his statement. Kosuke swallowed his spit, and turned his head towards the boy. "Nothing. I just wanted to know who it was that sat ontop of this waterfall that is normally deserted or camped on by bandits." replied Kosuke in his low-tone pitched voice. After he answered the boy, he tilted his head back towards the ground, showing how shy he was. Kosuke wasn't that much of an excellent socializer because of how caged in they were in the Tohon Academy. He barely had enough time to make friends with all the training sessions that were under process.

A small breeze of wind swept pass the area causing Kosuke's fringes to blow in the direction the wind went. Kosuke's ear twitched as he heard another boy's footsteps. The footsteps started to become louder and louder with each step the mysterious boy took. Kosuke could hear the sound of the small crumbled rocks being kicked further off into the distance as the mysterious boy continued walking towards him. "Please don't be a bandit," whispered Kosuke. A chill ran through his spine as goosebumps appeared on his back while his hands had twitched in a vibrating manner. Kosuke was clueless; He hadn't want to start a fight with some random person, kill a bandit, or slaughter an harmless animal for no apparent reason.

"Hey Migo."

Kosuke's heart dropped, and his hands ceased from twitching. The mysterious boy had spoke. He sounded similar to a boy around 14 to 15 which was around his age. Kosuke eyes widened as he shifted his attenion to the mysterious boy, who had now been sitting down. "My name is Mitsuo." said Kosuke in his same low pitched voice. After he finished his sentence, he leaped into the air and performed a backflip to land several feet away from the both of them to make "sure" that he could see them. Kosuke elegantly and generously bowed at them, keeping his right hand placed on the scroll attached to the back of his waist

"Anyone of you care for a spar?"

The orange haired genin's mood had definitely changed from what it had been a few hours ago. The somber, silent sadness expressed by Makato's parents had probably begun to rub off on him and his brother, so the walk that Makato decided to take was a good choice indeed. As he sat there, on top of the waterfall with his friends Migoto and Mitsuo, Mitsuo being more newly acquainted, he scooted forward to the edge of the waterfall. He let his feet dangle off the edge of the waterfall, a couple of pebbles dripping off of the rock that the three were stationed on and down into the Gesei Lake. Makato, looked down to view the lake, keeping himself suspended by his hands, then he leaned back up and looked over at Mitsuo while still dangling his feet back and forth.

Makato, with an elated close eyed smile was preparing to make a joke or a pun about all of their names. Each one of there three names started with an "M" and ended with an "O." He was bound to say something along the lines of, 'Hey, we should call each other the MOs," or 'Hey, are there any MO' of us?'. Luckily Mitsuo performed a random back flip which called for both Migoto's and Makato's attention.

"Nice to meet you Mitsuo. And what, a freeforall with you two? Neither of you would stand a chance." Makato snickered, revealing a crooked smile before once again looking out over the lake, his feet dangling in excitement and relaxation.

A free for all, it was certainly a different style then he was used to. But it would at the very least be exciting. He saw his new acquaintance back flip pack a few feet before issuing the challenge. The rule was simple, every man for himself. It sounded like a promising way to train. Tilting his head over at Makato, who was still admiring the waterfall; he said " Come on Makato, this sounds like fun. Get over here." After finishing calling to his teammate, his attention was drawn to Kosuke. He observed him bowing to them, at least the new kid had respect for his peers. To show that he excepted the challenge, he bowed back. Both feet together, hands at the side, and head down.

Regaining his composure, Migoto got into his Muay Thai stance. His feet and legs where shoulder length apart. Arms were at the ready to protect his face and core. He waited on Makato to get into his stance and for one of them to commence the free for all.

Kosuke chuckled at Makato, and stared at him in disgust at the same time. His arrogant and cocky personality was something Kosuke hated about him, and anyone else that acted in that disrespectful manner. Kosuke ceased his laughing and raised his left hand into a tiger hand-seal. He scanned the environment, focusing the corner of his right eye towards the healthy tree that was positioned diagonally- two hundred fourty degrees behind him near the edge of the lake.

"That's where your wrong Makato. You should learn to never judge a book by it's cover."

The boy smiled and waved at the two shinobi before a white cloud of smoked appeared into the area. When the smoke disengaged from the area, a small acorn was left in it's place. Kosuke had replaced himself with one of the fallen acorns on the tree to hide himself from his opponents which would have a difficult time finding him with all the numerous trees surrounding the battle field.

Click The sound was made as Kosuke unattached the scroll from his waist, and rolled it out to make the canvas visible. Kosuke crouched down on the branch he stood on, making sure the size of the leaves on the branches kept him unnoticeable. Now knowing that he was at a reasonable distance, he grabbed the paintbrush from in between the crease of the two pieces of paper and drew ten 2 inch sized bees. Kosuke formed the tiger handseal again, merging his Raiton chakra with the bees and causing them to leap off the page to turn into real-life insects made of ink.

The bees soared out onto the battle field with their stingers pointed towards which of the two boys they were going to sting. Four of them were headed for Migoto's legs, five of them were headed for Makato's legs, and one of them stayed behind to allow Kosuke to monitor the battle-field. "Hopefully the two of them have to start fighting soon if my bees commence the fight." Kosuke whispered. If the bees were to successfully land their stingers into the skin of their targets, they would cause a weak shock which could numb the legs if four of them all landed at the same time. Also, it would cause swelling and itching where the sting landed which would leave them having the urge to scratch their legs the whole battle. Kosuke smiled, and slipped his paintbrush into his pocket to place his hands onto his temples as he spectated the battle with his one bee.

Makato was still sitting down admiring the view as Kosuke was doing stuff. He hadn't truly wanted to fight, as he had just come to the place for some rest and relaxation, however, it seemed as though one had occurred. Makato, still seated, propped himself on his hands and looked over towards Migoto and Kosuke. First he heard Migoto asking him to come join them. Join what? The battle hadn't even started. He didn't stand yet, ignoring Migoto's request. As Kosuke was talking and saying some stuff, Makato was only slightly paying attention. His legs dangled from the top of the cliff.

"That's where you're wrong Makato. You should learn to never judge a book by it's cover."

That's when the boy waved and the other two genin before disappearing in a cloud of dust. "Oh no, here it comes..." Makato thought to himself. He stood up and began to brush himself off. If there was anything he knew about fighting, it was that someone wouldn't disappear that quickly if they truly had the intention to fight. And Kosuke seemed to be set on it, as did Migoto. Makato sighed, standing straight and waiting for whatever attack was about to ensue in silence, along with his partner Migoto. It was indeed a freeforall, but Makato had to prepare for the other genin's attack, knowing that if he attacked Migoto right now, they would be unprepared for the attack which was about to commence.

Makato, with his hands still in his pockets, raised his eyebrows. The hairs stood on the back of his neck, and his eyes widened. He heard a buzzing sound, which sounded as though there were bees approaching him. Then Makato saw how many were approaching. 5. Hardly a swarm. Makato breathed a sigh of relief, standing up straight and grasping the hilt of his blade tightly. With a smile, he waited for the bees to approach his position as he prepared his blade. A slow unsheathing, the metal of the blade would slide against the sheath and produce a sound of steel cutting through wood; as the bees would draw closer, Makato's blade would gradually release from it's sheath. One the bees were about two meters ahead of him, and heading for his legs, the boy unsheathed his blade and activated a technique

The technique would start directly after the boy had unsheathed his blade. With a turning motion, Makato extended the blade from it's sheath and began twirling in place, his blade trailing the air around him. From an aerial point of view, one would see a white circle surrounding a bright orange circle, which could be identified as Makato's hair. So, he was moving quite fast. The blade circled the young genin about, Makato doing five swirls. He kept the blade low so that it made contact with the bees. The bees themselves would hit the blade in it's circular movements, being knocked away and then dissipating into ink. The young genin's attack began to wear off as he let his right arm fall to his side, the tip of blade touching the rocky terrain which the three genin were posted on. Makato stood still, not attacking Migoto. He hoped that Migoto understood that they couldn't fight each other until Kosuke was revealed. However, if Migoto decided it was a good idea to attack Makato, then Makato would not hold back.

Well the fight had started, Migoto and Makato had been facing Kosuke. He had pulled a smart move, he had switched himself out with an acorn. This lead Migoto to believe he was weak in taijutsu if he had to hide. "Come on, where did ya go Kosuke?" He had said this in jest, but it did raise the question of where he was. In the area there were dozens of trees, it would take time to find him. Giving the tactic some thought, Migoto deduced that he wanted himself and Makato to tire them selves out while he attacked from afar. It was a tactic fitting his fighting style, to each there own he supposed. He got into his Muay Thai stance, arms and legs slightly bent and shoulder width apart. He was ready for whatever came.

Just then, he heard buzzing. The area was known to have bees, but they were in a clearing. It was odd to say the least. They were farther away and Migoto had not seen where they originated from. They were few in number , from what he could see, four were headed towards them. They were.....black. a hand full of them headed for Makato, which he dealt with swiftly. Migoto had his own way to deal with the bees. He used his projectile jutsu. Putting his hands together, he made the appropriate seals.Holding the last sign, he gave the ground a sharp stomp, to which ten two inch arrow heads hovered around him. Making a pushing motion with his hands, the arrows took flight, tearing through thee bees which dissipatted into ink. The ones which hit the bees were still intact, given that it was only ink. The arrows soared passed the direction where the bees were and into the trees. Migoto hoped they would hit Kosuke, " Gonna have to do better than that."

Ooc:

Kosuke gripped his feet onto the bark of the tree, keeping his balance so that he wouldn't fall off the tree branch from the effect of the slight stomp. The boy gasped as he continued to use his one surviving bee to watch the other bees be demolished by the other shinobi. It was a disappointment to see one of his only offensive Jutsu fail which would probably gradually become a disadvantage in the fight. "Guess that didn't work," whispered Kosuke, attaching his scroll back to the back of his waist. Kosuke took one more glance at the battle-field before releasing the tiger hand seal, and leaping onto one of the tree branch's towards the tree to the right of him; Acknowledging that he had barely missed the onslaught of the arrow that ripped through the trees at fast speeds.

After elegantly landing on the branch, The boy shifted his body towards the battle-field, and crouched down to weave through a set of handseals. An exact clone of Kosuke appeared in the forest (on the surface- not in the trees) with a paint-brush in his hand. Movement in the forest was heard in the forest as the clone walked onto the battle field, and readied himself by sliding his left foot behind his right. Kosuke kept his right hand raised on his temple to tune into the one ink-made bee that allowed him to spectate the fight.

"No. You are going to have to do better than that eh?"

The clone commented as he laughed at Migoto. Kosuke released his hand from his temple, knowing that the other shinobi would probably place their attention on the fake variation of himself. As the clone attempted to provoke the shinobi to fight, Kosuke unattached the scroll from the back and rolled it out to make the canvas visible. The only reason he had opened his scroll was to prepare for anything that would come his way. Now that he was battle ready, the boy placed his right hand back onto his temple to monitor the fight with the one remaining bee that no one seemed to be able to spot; This showed a sign that none of them had a Dojutusu or were sensor shinobi.
