Makoto was tired of the desert, all the sand in his hair and the harsh winds blowing sand in his eyes too. The sand was just everywhere, if only there were some kind of sand jutsu he would just send all the sand some where else, or use the sand as a shield against the sand. He finally reached a small group of people who had requested a mission. He was given an unmarked scroll and told to take it to the ruins that for some reason were in the direction of the sun as he felt like just dropping this mission.

However if he helped this village he may be able to learn more jutsu from them, while also making sure they trust him with more and more scrolls. Eventually they may give him a free jutsu scroll or some other kind of reward as he decided to just do the mission. He had no place to stay here in the desert and not having ryo would be a bad thing as well as he set out towards the ruins.

The walk was long and the sand was like a beast as he just held the scroll close to his chest sheltering it inside his t-shirt. The scroll felt a bit cold, but that did not matter since the important part of this mission was getting it from here to the other side as he kept on going. The wind began to swirl in a whirlwind as he thought he saw a tumbleweed and then he jumped to the side as he saw something moving in an s-shape sideways. He really had no idea what it was, but he knew it was some kind of snake as he decided to take note of it in the future.

Animals were cool, but sometimes they were scary too as he kept on going raising his free arm to block the sun as sweat rolled down the side of his head as he began to wonder if his hair was too long, but he ignored that since he liked his hair so he stopped thinking about that and just kept on going as the scorching heat made him feel like he was trapped inside some kind of fire style technique.

As he kept on walking he wondered if he could not try and make a ninjutsu like this, since the mist dance technique had some similar effect as he began to think to himself that he should train to find a way to enhance that technique to a higher level then it is now. He was getting a bit dizzy and noticed a nearby tree and decided to go sit under the shade and rest for a bit as he coughed a bit. This sand was horrible, as he began to understand why the village was destroyed. Living in this place must have been hell on earth as he took a short break since he still had a lot of time to finish his mission.

Makoto rested for a while in the shade as he caught up on breathing better. He looked around and got out his water bottle and began downing it as he was in a rush he remembered not to pull his head back all the way. Messing on the scroll would be bad for the mission even if it would be good for him so he avoided that as he sighed. He poured a bit of water on the back of his head then put away the bottle and rubbed the water from the back of his head to the top and front before shaking his hair a bit with a flick and swish.

He got up rather slowly and he knew how sluggish he was compared to other shinobi who seemed to be able to run as fast as horses at times. He took to walking towards his destination again as he made his way through the windy sands as they still hit rather sharply on the unprotected areas, he felt like he should have worn a longer pants to protect his legs. He kept on going knowing that this mission was important, if he did not perform it would look bad. If he did not do better the squads would never take him in and he might never find a real sensei one day. Though to be honest he just wanted to learn more jutsu. As he was thinking that he finally reached the ruins as he moved towards the one who receives the scroll who rubbed his head. The guy did not really care too much about it and took the scroll and gave him his reward as he went back the way he came. Makoto really hated the sandy desert.
