Mission Description: Something is driving people mad in the Rain, for months, citizens of Rain Country have lost their minds in sudden, violent fashion. The latest such incident occurred with one of the most powerful members of their army. A ninja from Amegakure has traveled to Kiri in order hire the world's most renowned hunting nation to track and kill one of their most dangerous criminals. Kimochi is responsible for slaughtering nearly thirty people in the rain village before vanishing into the night. This ruthless rampage killing is apparently unmotivated and has left the village devastated emotionally, its citizens hungry for justice.

Mission Details: This mission will have the ninja hunt and slay a criminal from the Rain Village who is currently residing in Water Country. However he is tracked, he resides on a secluded island miles from the mainland where he can be found wildly thrashing in the wilderness. Upon being confronted, Akiba is a shadow of a human, vicious and howling, bloodlusted and attacking on sight. If his body is examined, or it is seen during the fight, Shinobi will notice a unique sealing formula on the back of Akiba's neck.

General Appearance: Akiba is a venerable figure, well groomed, tall and musclular. He has short, dark hair and is clean shaven. Overall he has a look befitting of his military heritage.
Personality: Once a stoic, professional tactician, the Akiba of this mission has been driven to insanity. He is more monster than man.
Goals: End all life.

Abilities: Akiba is an S-ranked ninja with S-2 on all stats except for Strength which is SS-1 (due to his Taijutsu passive buff). He possesses the Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and Medical Ninjutsu Specializations and his Chaka Affinities are Raiton, Suiton, and Doton. He possesses all library techniques for his Specializations and Elements as well as several B-ranked healing jutsu capable of healing Severe 3rd-degree burns and 3" cuts (enough that he should use one every post), and an A-ranked maintainable Taijutsu technique which increases his strength by 2 tiers which he will immediately activate when combat begins. He uses Medical Ninjutsu liberally and will gladly sacrifice his body for surprising attacks due to his healing prowess.

Items: He is wearing A-ranked ANBU equivalent armor and possesses two standard S-rank swords and one S-rank great-axe which ignores defenses of A-rank and below, destroying them utterly.
