Delinquent's Gang Mission:

Noel was yawning as he got ready for his new mission that he got from the administration board. He was walking up the stairs passing by everyone as they wondered why he was going up instead of down since the main entrance was on the ground floor. Then when he found a floor where no one was looking he simply jumped out of the window and then climbed up to the roof of the administration building in order to get a better view of the village as he mapped out his flight path. He looked around one more time before jumping up into the sky as wings burst forth from his back like an angel in the wind he took flight and was off. As he was jetting through the air like a bird of prey, swerving around in circles like a swallow, then began to swirl around before doing a reverse flight like a humming bird.

Before doing a reverse back drop as he moved at high speeds as some people looked and thought that was a really weird wind or some bird that went passed not really getting a good look as he made his way towards the edge before breaking forth at full speed towards the sandy dunes of the endlessly endless dunes that never seem to end. There were trouble makers at the tower as he had spotted on a previous mission during his patrol, with that bit of information he was able to head back to the location earlier then last time so he could check out who it was that was causing trouble at the abandoned tower in the sand dunes. He was flying high and flying fast and that is when he found them, the mischievous five misfits though it became apparent they were just a bunch of crazy kids, though Noel was a child himself he did not understand why they would misbehave to begin with not knowing he used to be like them at one point.

They were busy adding more graffiti as well as damaging the sides of the tower with small rocks and knives as he began to wonder if this was really worthy of being called a mission. However he was not smart enough to judge what could or could not be called a mission as one boy pointed up to the sky at Noel. "It's a bird, let's shoot it" as he realised that this meant only one thing as they began throwing rocks as several of them were too low, but the biggest one of them managed to nearly hit Noel as he spun around in a circular motion as the biggest of them realised it was not a bird as he spoke up.

"Scatter, its some bird ninja" as he announced that the youngest one ran into the building while two of the others followed behind him. The eldest one seemed to be the leader as he guarded the lower entrance and then one of the other boy's began running off into the sand dunes. Running in the sand was not the smartest of things to do as he flew up closed and landed on the boy who crashed into the sand with a poof, the eldest one then shouted some random sound. "Use it now and get ready" as Noel realised that they may be mischievous but they were rather smart. He then noticed the boy he was standing on was knocked out by the sand as he proceeded to tie the boy up with a special knot he learned in the academy that even he could not get out of. After he was done he began heading towards the building as he felt he would have to be careful since in doors his wings would be a nuisance as he sealed them away to prepare for indoors combat even though he did not really want to fight right now.

Noel tucked in his wings having captured the one boy he wondered why they would hide inside the building as he entered he just heard laughing and boy's running all over the place, but there were more of them now and he did not even notice when the supposed leader entered the building as he activated his special technique as he took out his windmill shuriken. Focusing on his special sealing technique he was able to determine all of their locations since for some reason they would not stop moving as all the pings began ringing inside his head.

He was taking his time to adjust to their speeds as two approached as the pings got faster and louder as he struck them with his wings they were a bit shocked as they got small cuts as the one cried out while the other one went poof as it was one boy and the other boy was a shadow clone. He moved towards the boy as the others were still running around the leader's presence had vanished, but at the very least was still inside the building. The small boy was crying a bit in pain as Noel gently tied the boy before knocking him out gently with his right hand. He was not that good at taijutsu but this kid might be bigger then him, he was the smallest of these boys.

"Dodge this!!" as he felt four pings surround him rocks were flying towards him as he spun around cutting them with the kunai equipped to his wings as he looked at all four their locations throwing out his kunai like a fan as they got hit in the knee, ankle and then he dashed in and hit the one to the side of the head with the handle of the windmill shuriken before hitting the other three as well. Then he felt a presence as the main boy was standing before him, but there was another one heading towards the exit really fast was he deserting his friends or using himself as a decoy. He threw the windmill shuriken at the one standing before him who did not expect it as he got hit hard and went poof.

Leaving that behind Noel dashed to the outside with the others injured enough not to be able to escape he found the leader heading out to go free the first boy he captured as he dashed the older boy seemed to pick up on it and managed to block as both Noel's feet hit him against the arms knocking him over and that was when Noel pinned him down with his wings, which normally would not be as impressive but there were still more kunai embedded near the ends which kept the boy from moving carelessly. The other boys were a bit sore and stayed inside the tower as he kept his sensory up as he tied them each up before dragging them out and placing them together.

The authorities finally came as he proceeded to hand all five of them over as the eldest boy glared at him. "I won't forget this!!"
