Clan History: The Kaminari clan isn’t a new clan, but it isn’t one of the founding clans of Kumogakure. The Kaminari came to Kumogakure without much beyond their desire to help the land of lightning. The Kaminari clan were natives to the Lightning country, but before a shinobi of Kumogakure they weren’t ninja themselves.

The shinobi that came to the clan’s small village was the one who taught them the ways of the shinobi. He himself was well versed in lightning jutsu. The clan picked it up unnaturally quick and soon their Kekkei Genkai emerged. They were the children of Raijin the great thunder god, and with the lightning jutsu they learned from the now patron of their clan they began to refine it into a weapon. As they began to master Raiton and become powerful shinobi the perks that are inherit in their blood came out. Members who were powerful in Raiton began to see a change in the color of their Raiton jutsu.

The Patron of the clan also noticed that his children were growing to be bigger, stronger, and more like warriors than typical shinobi, so he was quick to make sure that they were granted the weapons and training they would need to use this advantage. Only when the children who were blessed by Raijin had the makings of proper ninja did the Patron have the clan go to join Kumogakure. Ever since then the Kaminari clan has been a willing frontline soldier for their village without question they do whatever is best for the village.

Kekkei Genkai Description:
Being the children of the great Raijin they are blessed with his powers over lightning, and have a much stronger body to handle the pressure of Raiton. This means that they are capable of using Raiton jutsu with less chakra cost. The chakra reduction is -5 chakra from any raiton Jutsu activation.

The members of the Kaminari clan Get to choose between One Extra D and C rank Raiton jutsu, or one free D rank weapon for your sub spec of Bukijutsu from the catalogue.

Members of the Kaminari clan receive +1 tier to both their Strength and Endurance Stats.
Drawbacks:
• Elementalists: Members of this clan are gifted with Raiton, and they must take the Hesitant (Specialization) negative special characteristic (SC) without being able to balance it with an additional positive SC.
• Enemies of Fujin: Being children of Raijin they are forever at war with those blessed by Fujin and his powers. Members of the Kaminari clan receive +1 rank of damage from Fuuton techniques.
• God Stature: The Kaminari clan have always been big, burly, and muscular in nature and physique. They are known as great fighters, wrestlers, and warriors of all kinds. Only recently adding Shinobi to their list of fighting talents. Kaminari clan members receive -2 tiers to their speed stat.
• Lightning-kin:  While in nations other than Kumogakure no sato, Kaminari clan members receive a penalty of -10 chakra to their chakra pool.
* Chakra apps: Members of this clan can't apply for Chakra reduction items.
* Chakra Shortage: The chakra reduction for Raiton Jutsu doesn't stack with any other chakra reducing abilities.

You need a much larger disadvantace, bordering on crippling for that - for charka. And specify activation costs. and that it cannot be stacked with other chakra reduction abilities. (say members of this clan cannot app for chakra reduction items.)

Added some more drawbacks, and what I thought you meant by chakra values.

Awesome drawbacks, very well placed, I would simply like you to specify now, in no uncertain terms in the kkg that the chakra reductuion is of -5 charka. As well as the item that they get needing to be a catalogue item. For simplicitie's sake. And specify something to the likes of "For your subspec of bukijutsu (if you have it.)
