Takashi

D-rank
Mission:

Takashi! Takashi!a voice called out from a distance, a maiden it would appear to be well covered in a standard shop outfit. “You forgot your purse at our shop” she said with a smile after which she tossed it forward for the young Shinobi who immediately caught it midair. "Thank you" was the only word the olive skinned Shinobi would utter before turning towards the direction he initially intended to go. He would open up his wallet to find it empty and dry and would immediately think of the easiest way to make money. The Shinobi's gaze would settle upon the village Headquarters causing a smile to stretch out over his face.

HQ

The young Shinobi stepped into the Headquarters all gentle and calm and made his way to the mission board not minding other Shinobi who streamed in an out the HQ in an unorthodox manner. His eye quickly schemed through the available mission ranks till it met the section labeled D-rank. He immediately narrowed his view to make out the section details, with his attention mostly centered on the numbers, code and rewards written down on it. His eye then drifted away from the board to a desk lined up with more detailed scrolls of various missions on the board. He would pick up a scroll with the same identity code as the one on the board, which would have a well mapped out view of the location and identity of his Target. Takashi would slightly nod his head after briefly going through it before tying it back and taking it with him. He would immediately run out of the HQ with his destination aimed towards the east.

Valley of Mountains

The 5 ft. tall Shinobi approached the valley only to be faced with various paths, the mountains which stood high at opposing sides of the valley felt very lonely and deserted, as not a single soul of both men and animals could be seen around. Takashi wondered what could have caused a goat to leave his home just for a chance to roam this land of solitude. The Shinobi erased this line of thought immediately in an attempt to pay more attention on the mission at hand. He quickly dashed into the valley with his eye pealed out for any sign of life, apart from those of insects or birds which flew high above the mountain peaks.

Hours of endless running passed by and Takashi began to feel a bit fatigued, he knew he was drawing closer to his limits and calmly made his way to a boulder lying round the corner, he immediately took a seat on it in other to catch his breath, while he thought about what his next action would be like. "This isn't working" he said to himself silently as he wiped out the sweet from his face. The pointless pacing around sure didn't pay-off the way he had expected and a continuation of such pattern would only mean madness seeing as the valleys topography made it maze like in nature. He wondered what else he could do under the scorching sun, other than going back home to return another day all prepared.

After a few seconds of more unfruitful pondering Takashi quickly rose to his feet in an attempt to continue with his pointless running around, when a boulder came rolling down to his location. A few more followed suit causing Takashi to steer clear of the location as he wonder what the cause could be. “An avalanche, or did something displace them?" He silently wondered.

The young Shinobi raised his head in an attempt to pinpoint its origin of the rolling boulders and to his surprise he found 5 mountain goats hopping along the mountain edges with great pace, almost as if in a race. Takashi quickly followed the direction they were headed to while maintain a good eye on them.  He came to realize they were not running because they were being chased by someone, but instead they were running because they were chasing after something and not just anything they were chasing after the first Goat in front which had a tag on its neck. Takashi would only wonder “why? " while simultaneously pondering on ways to help out. He would quickly bend over and pick up three rocks after which he would apply chakra to his feet in an attempt to run along the hill sides. With careful aim the Shinobi would fling forward his rock at the last goat in other to knock him over. However the goat would react by jumping up in a timed manner to avoid the rock, but would land in an awkward pattern causing it to slide down the hill until it hits the floor where he would lay motion less.

Takashi would immediately return his attention to the remaining three and would quickly let go of the remaining two rocks on his hand at the last one. This time he would apply his experience gotten from numerous shuriken practice and just like before the two goats behind would also jump up. However the stones would still make contact knocking both of them down simultaneously. The third and final goat on seeing this would deviate from his pursuit and quickly retreat by taking a different route leaving only the main goat that would reduce his running pace but still however be on the run.

Takashi would attempt to reduce his and stop running in an attempt appear less hostile. In other not to frighten the goat any further than it already is, and with hopes that the he would also stop running. However that would not be the case as the goat would continue hopping along the mountain side while still maintaining its normal speed. The Shinobi would feel a bit frustrated by this and would immediately increase his pace to catch up. A race round the mountain would quickly ensue and last for another 2 minutes.

Takashi would eventually catch up to the goat by flinging a few rocks to disrupt and direct its movement. He would immediately grab on to the goats horn on reaching him after which he would drag him down the mountain before hanging it over his neck like a trophy with his foots and hand tightly bundled by Takashi’s hands. "You’ve been a bad goat,,,, time to take you back to your worried owner".  The goat would let out a bleating sound, almost as if screaming for help but none of this would worry the Shinobi who would immediately race off towards the farmer’s pen to return his missing goat. Takashi would exit the valley at sundown after returning the goat to his rightful owner with a personal promise never to embark on such mission ever again.
