Hira walked through the streets of the village, he had heard of a river which would be a great place for water style ninjutsu training, and just ninjutsu training in general. He took his time getting there however as he was no in a hurry, he had a lot on his mind so the walk there gave him some much needed thinking time. When he finally did arrive it was around mid-day and there were a few clouds in the sky. The sound of the rushing river was music to his ears, he loved the water and he loves how its peacful but strong at the same time. He focused a small amount of chakra into the soles of his feet and walked out into the middle of the river, his presence only slightly disrupting the once even flow of the river. He closed his eyes and took a deep breathe, training was a relaxing hobby for him, even intense training made him feel relaxed. He clapped his hands together and thrust his fist forwards, as he did a shark made of water formed behind him and as it flew forwards at high speeds he spoke to himself "Water style: water shark bomb" The water shark continued on until it hit a tree roughly 25meters from Hira's position. The impact of the water shark bomb shattered the part of the tree it hit and caused the tree to fall on in the direction Hira was facing.

"Thats why that jutsu remains one of my favorites." Hira said to himself. It was true water shark bomb was one of his favorite jutsu, it could be considered his trademark acually. He walked slowly upstream for about ten minutes. He noticed some crows flying in the air, there was probably a dead animal around the way they were circling around the spot where hira was. They were more like targets to hira and use them as targets is what his next idea was. He kneeded some chakra in his mouth forming 4 water bullets in his mouth that number eual to the number of crows, he hoped h wouldnt miss. he waited until he had an accurate shot as he had to take in factors such as wind, distance, and gravity. He shot all 4 balls in rapid succession and Hit 3 out of 4 birds which he thought was acaully a good ratio. Because he hadnt kneeded very much chakra into the water bullets at all, the birds were just stunnded and 2 out of 3 of te ones hit began to fly again before the even hit the ground. He stepped off the river and walked over to the crow which had not regained its balance during its fall, as he got close the crow began trying to fly but it had something stuck between the feathers on its left wing which was keeping it from flying. At a closer glance Hira realized it was one of his teeth, being his shark like nature his teeth are always falling out and being replaced. "Must have gotten stuck in the jutsu." Hira said pulling the tooth out of the birdds wing which allowed it to take off and begin flying again. Hira laughed at the bird and at his tooth, he just tossed the tooth into the river and let the water handle its disposal.

Hira went over to a nearby tree and sat down at first in the most uncomfortable position imaginable. After a few moments he finally got comfortable and began to relax for a little bit. He wasnt tired already but he still didnt want to wear out his body or deplete too much of his chakra. Though his chara pool was larger it seemed like he was using too much of it whenever he faught and it was something he has noticed for quite a long time. Thats why he trains though, so that he will have more control over his body and his chakra and be able to use them both more effectivly and more efficently in battle. That and along with the fastly coming chunin exams, training would probably do him some good, as he had a lot to think about. he was still shaken from Hikou's death and the stress of the chunin exams didnt help, but Hikou would have wanted him to enter the exams and win them and thats what he planned on doing even if it cost him the ultiamte price. He would be willing to do what it took to show those who would be watching his strength and unique skills. He was sure they would be impressed by his skills and jutsu and thats exactly the reason he was out here on the river training his jutsu. He must have fallen asleep for an hour or two because when he woke up the tree's shadow no longer covered Hira completly. "Huh... i didnt mean to fall asleep, but oh well,,, back to training." he muttered to himself. As he stood up a steady wind blew and it made him think of Hikou for some reason, then as he looked up at the clouds, they also made him think of Hikou but he shrugged those images off the best he could because he had to get back to training.

He focused chakra into his feet just as he did ealier on the same day and walked back out onto the river. As he did he looked down and saw a fish swim directly below him. He reached down through the water and grabbed the fish. He looked at it for a second then returned it to the water and watched it swim downstream. He began to slowly walk the same way the fish had gone. he stopped after a few minutes and stepped of the river. He knelt down and cupped his hands scooping up some water and brining it up to his mouth to drink, and as he drank he felt the cool water run down his throat which refreshed him greatly.

He then stood back up and looked straight up to the sky, it was around 4pm so the sun was no longer around its highest point in the sky and the temperture had cooled down a bit. This was his favorite time of the day at this point where the sun's full heat had subsided and cool breezes were bgining to blow, he looked up at the sky with his eye's closed and a breeze blew through causing his hair to follow it.

He walked over to a nearby tree and scraped 3 targets into it using his sword, the sword cut through the tree a little easier than Hira expected. The lowes target was the bigges and the largest being the smallest. He took a step back to examine his work just to be sure he had it the way he wanted it. "That works i guess... i could have made the circles a little more circly but itll do for a target.[b/] He did a tripled backwards summersault and landed in the middle of the river. He clapped his hands together and when he opened his fist 3 water bullets appeard. The water style: water shot jutsu was a weaker version of the water style: water gunshot jutsu but this would improve his accuracy with it and in the long run that would have to help somehow. he jumped into the air and shot the first ball at the biggest target hitting dead center. As he lands he barrel rolls to the left and shoots the 2nd largest target, it doesnt hit dead center its off by a few inches. Then he fires the last ball at the smallest target and grazes the edge of it. As he stands back upright he looks at his work [b]"well that wasnt very good" He thought to himself. How had he done so poorly hitting the second and thrid target?

He looked at the tree and thought to himself "Stop mocking me! You wanna play that way? fine..." he formed a few handseals and thrust his palm forward which sent a fast water blast in the shape of a shark plowing into the tree and destroying it almost completly. He walked up to the battered tree and muttered "Who's laughing no?" It was kind of awkward that he was talking to and about a tree but he didnt care he was more worried about his training.

Hira sat down in the grass and ran his hand though the soft green blades, the grass seemed so alive in this village, especially the grass that grew by this river, a river which he did not know the name of. This land sure was different then his home, not different in a bad way, but maybe different as in… better. The water here seemed so much clearer and the weather was so much more peaceful, and peace was one thing that Hira enjoyed just like fighting which made him a contradiction. He walked slowly over to the river and looked down into the cool waters where he saw a reflection of himself, and for once he didn’t know what to think of himself. For a few moments as he stood there staring at his own reflection he had for a moment forgotten all about his training. ”I came out here to train… didn’t I? Oh well… I guess there will always be another day to just relax and take it all in. He thought to himself, and it wasn’t the only thought swirling around in that brain of his. He stood back up and decided it was time to do some chakra tree climbing, a pretty basic skill but still a very useful one. Hira readied himself, and sprung off of his toes sprinting towards the tree directly in front of him as he got close he picked up his foot and focusing chakra into it stuck it to the tree followed by his second foot. He began to run vertical up the tree with his body parallel to the ground until he came to the sturdiest branch, he walked out on to it to where he was hanging upside down and as he hung there he looked out at the scenery and wondered what he should do as training next. He had also lost track of time as it was nearly dark out as he looked at the setting sun he thought to himself ”There is no way I’ve been out here that long… Damn time flies.” At that moment out of the corner of his eye he noticed a small dog, probably someone’s pet running away from much larger dogs, no they weren’t dogs… they were wolves. The dog was pinned against the tree Hira was hanging from and it had nowhere to go. ”Time to be heroic!” hira thought to himself as he released his chakra thus letting him fall in between the scared dog and the pack of wolves. As he stood there he bared his own sharp shark teeth and spoke to the wolves with his arms crossed ’Come get some.”
At that exact moment the wolf farthest on his right lunged for his right shoulder, he saw the attack coming and kicked the wolf away, as he was prepared to fight these wolves with his bare hands a thought suddenly sprung up in his sometimes twisted mind. ”These wolves… will make much better targets then any of these tree’s, might as well take this opportunity before its gone.’ He began running leading the pack of wolves away from the scared house dog, and as he ran with the wolves behind him he began to run close to the river. After he got close enough he clapped his hands together and held out his left hand and from the river just a few feet away, water ball’s formed in his hand 5 in total, he would need one extra as there were six wolves but for right now he could only make 5 at his level of the jutsu. He turned around and began running backwards and he called out mockingly ”Torpedo one… away!” When he finished his sentence he launched the first water ball which the lead wolf dodged causing the wolf behind it to get hit in its muscular right front leg. These waterballs only had enough power to cause minor pain to the wolves enough to make them halt their attack. As the lead wolf drew close and launched itself at Hira, hira jumped into the air and fired two more of the water balls hitting two other wolves in the back, they both whimpered and laid down directly where they were possibly to ease what little pain hira had actually caused. There were three wolves left and only two water ball’s so Hira would have to think carefully of how to play out this next part. Hira was now on his decent back towards the ground when the lead wolf jumped up ’This one seems feisty… he is probably the Alfa-male.” hira thought to himself. Then Hira finally knew how to hit all three wolves, he combined the two water balls and threw them at the lead wolf who was in the air, which caused him to fall back down and hit the other two wolves. The wolves all now whimpering ran back off to wherever it was they came from. When hira landed he took a deep breath and walked back over to the tree he had been hanging from earlier, the scared house dog was still there and hira picked it up. At first it looked afraid of Hira but then it suddenly licked his nose, Hira laughed a little and said ’let’s get you home.’
