The morning was, in all honesty, never going to go well. Tomoya had received his mission over a week ago now, and god damn it if he wasn't going to carry it out, but.... he shook his head. There was no buts to this missions, no "if"s or "well"s either. This was going to happen, and it was going to happen today. No longer would there be the blight upon the village, upon the clan, upon himself. He was going to have to wash the black mark away from the honour of the village, and he was going to do that himself. He didn't care that there was a million ways that this could go wrong, nor did he care that there was a huge likelihood of his own death. This clan had betrayed the village, plotted to attack the Kazekage, had made Tomoya's life miserable for the last four years, he was not going to forget something like that. Today was the day....that he killed the Katō clan's north faction and finish this nonsense before the Kazekage had to get involved in this. It was his duty as a loyal member of the main branch of the Katō family, and especially his duty as a member of Sunagakure village, there was nothing that would stand in his way of assuring peace and stopping the disgrace that would fall upon the entire clan if they got their way. This was a mission from Ray-kun, and god damn it, he was not going to fail his first mission. Standing proud, he walked into the building in the small village on the coast. He had found this place back whilst he was fighting marauders in a village nearby it. Every member who walked into it would merely think he was being cautious, especially with what he was about to suggest. Hell, he didn't mean a single word of it. There was a time when he might have followed through with what he was going to suggest, but after Ray and he had met once more, there was no way he would betray the little bastard. He sighed lightly, he could just make it a branch clan. It would assure him his future free of being hunted, so there was nothing that would usher him into that horrible, bleak future of being a missing-nin.

As he walked into the building, he smiled as that familiar smell hit his nose. Although it wouldn't be noticeable for anyone who wasn't experienced in it due to it being so weak, he could detect the flammable gas. He had to make sure that the light didn't go off until he was completely ready for it. He continued walking up the stairs, to where the meeting place was. It was at the very top of the building, and there, sitting around a table, was the leaders of the north side of the clan and, at the furthest side, his brother and father, looking at him sceptically. He smiled lightly, but not for seeing them like it might appear. No, he was happy because he'd finally be free of them in little over an hour. It was a happy thought, and one that he was revelling in as he walked infront of the board where he'd brought something to write upon. It was simple enough, and completely believable. After all, what kind of assassin would start making plans to kill his commander? That would be silly, especially since nobody would pay them that way.Little did they know, this wasn't a paid mission. This was just one out of the goodness of his heart as a villager. He pulled a small black marker out of his pocket and started writing on the board. They watched with interest, as he continued to write.
"Good morning, everyone. I'm glad you all came to the mission, there was a moment when I was worried that you wouldn't turn up, because of.... well.." he trailed off, as one of the older members, a fat old man with a stomach that looked like he had eaten a baby. Actually... maybe a whole orphanage.
"We might hate you, Tomoya, but this concept of yours was too delicious to even let our personal feelings for you to get in the way. Now, let us proceed, unless you've something you want to say." Oh, there was something he wanted to say all right, but that would have to wait. Right now, he was concentrating on not wanting to kill these fools immediately. That could wait for later.

He continued writing on the board, occasionally the pen would squeak as it continued to write. He smiled lightly, before pointing at what he was talking about.
"This, my dear family, is my plan.... to kill Ray and take the clan for ourselves." he smiled conspiratorially, and everyone in the room had a look of greed in their eyes. He had to stop himself from laughing too hard, that would give away the fact that this plan was just a load of crap, but still... they were all so happy to kill their relatives just for personal gain? He looked across the table to his brother, who's piggy face seemed to be hungry with greed... and hungry for food as well. But then again, when wasn't he?
"That's right, I suggest that we assassinate Ray, and make it look like one of the villagers from Kirigakure who has been looking for sanctuary has done it. If we can make it so that there's no incriminating clues that lead them to us, and we make sure that we all have alibis at the time of the crime, then I'm pretty sure they're going to believe their own loyal villagers over some foreign scumbag." There was a general consensus of nodding, whereupon his father put up his hand. Tomoya nodded
"yes dad?"
"Well... who's going to take over the clan if Ray's dead?" Tomoya smiled and pointed at his brother, who was currently stuffing his face with food. He was right to think he was hungry it turned out.
"Why, Buta-onii of course. He's the oldest of our generation, he doesn't look like he wants the leadership, and he'd be a perfect puppet for the rest of us to rule through. It's a simple enough plan."

Little did his brother understand the insult he'd just given him. But of course he didn't understand it, there was something wonderful about his brother... and that was that he was a muscle-bound moron. There wasn't two braincells in his head to rub together, or there might be a spark that would set the fat on his body alight. Tomoya had always known that he had gotten the brains of the family, or at least this side of the family. It seemed like he'd gotten everyone's brains in this room, surely they should have noticed that Tomoya was highly close with Ray so there would have been no reason for him to want to kill him just out of greed. Still, they were more attracted to the fact that they were going to be rich, be powerful, and have a better shot at killing the Kazekage and taking over the village. He smiled slightly, the only non-sincere smile in the room. They all deserved to die, he thought, which was good because that was what was about to happen.
"Now, look at the files I've given you. They're lying on the table... and yes, Buta, it's the thing you just dribbled your sauce on. Be more careful with how you eat, would you?" He said, snapping a little bit at the disgusting eating manner of his brother, which caused everyone to look at him strangely. They dismissed it as being highly stressed, what with going through Chunin-hood at the moment. He smiled as they opened their portfolios, and looked at the perfect scale drawings of the Katō main family's house. There was an x where the main office was, the place where Ray did all his work. This would further sell the deal, after all, who would go through such trouble designing a map like this.
"This, gentlemen, is where Ray works all day and night, slaving over the paperwork. He will be most distracted in this room, and nobody will be guarding him from outside. I suggest we send one of our long distance fighters to this spot" he patted a small dot outside of the main house.
"There's a suitable rooftop here, where we could put our sniper, and fire a poisoned dart that would hit and lead Ray to a quick and painless death. All we need to do is steal the poison from one of the Villagers that has entered Sunagakure in recent days. There's a few people I can think of who might be able to give us such a thing."

The discussion continued on for almost another hour, by which time Tomoya was finally getting tired of the disguise. Thankfully, it was time for the fun part of this. The meeting had finished, so they were all lulled into a false sense of security. Now he was ready to go. He laughed lightly, and pulled a cigarette out of his pocket. This method had worked with Kanpai, but the gas had been spread out then. He faked a confused look, and patted his trousers, before cursing and pulling the cigarette out.
"Umm... Does anyone have a lighter that they could lend me? I must have left mine back in the workshop..." the old fat man from before sighed and pulled his lighter out and threw it to Tomoya. He took it gratefully and walked towards the window, saying one quick thing before opening it.
"You know... there was a time when I thought of you people as my family." he said, looking at them all disgusted. They seemed confused, and didn't know what was happening. Of course they didn't. they had never paid enough attention to him to learn his techniques. He moved to the front of the room, and started running towards the window.
"Geronimo!" He called out, flicking the switch and stricking the light on as he jumped out of the window, the room exploding into a huge ball of fire behind him, incinerating his family. His chakra allowed him to stick to the wall of the building sufficiently below the window that he had just jumped out of, letting him evade the fireball that he had left as a goodbye present. Thankfully, nobody was outside of the building so he was completely un-noticed. He wiped the lighter off on his shirt and threw it as far away as humanly possible. There would be no fingerprints on this thing, and there was no way to tell he had been the one to do it. He continued walking down the building, before walking out of the town. This was far enough away from Sunagakure that there wouldn't be any news of it for a few days.

As he got out of the village, he smiled as he looked over his shoulder at the blown out bit of the building. Inside it would be nothing but ash, causing him to laugh slightly. To an outsider, it might have seemed a little unhinged, like the beginnings of insanity, but no that wasn't true. This was the laugh of someone who'd just done the most painful thing in his life, and was just happy that it was over. He was free, he had saved the village, and there would be no-one left to abuse him. Now he just needed to go to the inauguration ceremony with the last bits of his family, and his new brother. He smiled lightly, as he pulled his cloak's hood up, covering his face as he walked and pulled out his fobwatch, pulling it open. It was Half one, he muttered under his breath something that most people wouldn't understand, which was good because there was nobody there to hear him
"Time of death.... twenty five past one. Rest in peace, you bunch of savages."
