From atop the balcony, the man who had announced the second round of the Chuunin Exams; the Daimyo of Takigakure called for the excited crowd to be silent for the introduction to the final round. Lifting his hands in the air, the people in the spectator areas did so accordingly, holding their breath to listen to what the main sponsor of the tournament had to say.

On several large monitors, his face could be seen, making sure that even those with the cheapest seats could see and hear what he had to say, as well as being able to see the battles down below in the Hero Arena.

"Ladies and gentlemen," The man's booming voice resonated through the entire arena. "We have waited for this moment of glory and honor."

For a moment he paused his words, making a motion to the spectators who started roaring in excitement to calm down. Obviously he had enough authority in his appearance to be able to do so.

"The final round will commence this day," He continued, a smile being showed on his gentle and wise face. "Give a cheer to all the contestants from all villages and let us bare witness of a new age of shinobi. A new generation to be proud of."

In a wave of sound, the entire arena exploded in cheers, roars and screams, with each and every spectator rooting for their own personal favorites.

ok, new pairs for semi finals are up, plz follow the same rules:

-determine who starts by rolling a six sided dice
-limit OOC in posts or at least use spoilers to cover it up
-rulings/comments may be asked via pm or cbox, but only at your own risk. A ruling is final, so dont risk it before trying to discuss the issue with your opponent.
-still the same arena, so it shouldn't be hard to describe or use.
