The sky was grey as the clouds seemed to roll over one another, slowly and lazily. The rain was light but chillingly cold, like small shards of crystallised ice shards, floating down the the earth below.
Kenta had been sitting there for some time now, waiting for any sign from Aoi in the heavens above, his multi colored feather slowly floating around his left eye, as he covered his right one from having fought that rouge ninja in the forest a couple of days back. He must've pulled a muscle or something because he can't remember having anything happen to his eyes while he had been fighting her. Strange indeed. Maybe he was just being paranoid? Oh well then, no point dwelling on the past. Time to get his game on. letting out a short, menacing smile, his left eye flashed with excitement as he got to his feet, pushing himself off from the distorted tree trunk. The wind blowing through his clothes as he rolled onto the kind earth as he landed. Staying in a kneeling position, Kenta sensed someone of around his level of chakra approaching. Looking around he quickly hid behind a small rock, just enough for him to hide behind and not reveal anything, thankfully the wind was in his favor as it was blowing downwind. Everythings going well already.

(Training jutsu "Piercing Winds" 1000 words required.)

Chinmoku had been on her way to the forest to train a new jutsu she had been wanting to learn for the ever approaching Chuunin exams. As she approached the hills, she saw something just as it went behind a rock. Cautiously, she approached the rock, ready to cast a Genjutsu if it was someone hostile. She stood infront of the rock, and leaned over it. She saw that it was just Kenta and sighed a sigh of relief. She waved at him before sitting atop the rock.

(OOC: I don't think this post would count towards training so no words for now.)

Tilting his head back, he saw Chinmoku or "Chinny" as some of the other villagers had called her previously. His feeble attempt to hide was for naught. He had obviously failed at this so instead he placed the back of his feet against the rock and pushed himself off of it, turning into a roll reversal mid-jump. Turning around as he got to his feet, his scarves flying and slowly falling down the his sides, Kenta stared at Chinmoku.
"Ah Chinmoku, what're you doing here?" He asked in a slightly confused tone. What was she doing here? Not like her to wander about to be honest.
