History: A headband that is worn by almost every shinobi, composed of a metal plate engraved with the symbol of the ninja's Hidden Village, and normally a band of cloth which can be in different colors. Originally crafted by the 5 great shinobi villages to act as a symbol of both pride and fealty to one’s home village, the headbands are bestowed upon every shinobi upon graduation from the shinobi academy and have become such a symbol of shinobi life that the practice has been adopted by nearly all shinobi villages, no matter their country of origin or standing.

The grayish coat of the Iwayama looks like panels of armor. His upper legs and shoulders are covered in wart-like bumps and he has very little body hair, aside from eyelashes, ear fringes and tail brush. He is very large in size with a weight of 6,500kg, height of 7 feet and is 12 feet long. Unlike other rhinos of his species, Iwayama has two horns that are capable of breaking through boulders.

Personality: Despite his seemingly characteristic no-joke appearance, Iwayama is very playful and friendly. He enjoys being with Raishi, although he understands the importance of personal space. He knows this, because he hates when people come too close to him, due to his massive size. Because of this, he would much rather find a nice patch for himself, grazing peacefully, or even sleeping rather than being around Raishi all the time. If Raishi ever needs him, Raishi makes a distinct whistling signal, and he immediately rushes to his aid. 
He is very protective of Raishi, and will do anything for him.

I have no issue with this so far

Blurry Ball Flight: The damage is fine, but I would rather you make the burst of speed to +1 tier as opposed to jumping it up the next rank. No drawback is needed for this.

Shockwave: Define where you say 'major internal and external damage'. Make sure you keep within the guidelines when explaining this

Herd Charge: is fine as is

Your Kunai and Senbon need updating with the most recent kind, found in the Weapons Catalog.

Iwayama: I'm fine with the stat increases/decreases. However, having additional durability aside from your Endurance is something I cannot allow. (Your pet's jutsu are able to cover this if you wish.)

Herd Charge: How are these doing jutsu damage if they're clones? They should be doing damage equal to his Strength stat (which is nothing to shake a stick at). Otherwise, give a mechanic to the jutsu or a rationale why they are doing more damage.~

Blurry Ball Flight: Reduce either speed or range by just a tad, please.

Shockwave: B-rank jutsu have a maximum 15m range for radius effects. How fast does the chakra-enhanced shockwave travel (chakra does not move at the speed of sound)? That being said, this should not have deafening, knockback, and bone-breaking all in one jutsu.

I checked the weapon catalog here but the items seem to be the same.

Concerning the Endurance/Speed, I've scrapped the whole armour idea for simplicity's sake.

I reduced the just range by 10m, hope that's fine?

For the shockwave, I was thinking that the bone breaking part only comes into effect when you're closer to the origin of the jutsu, and the chances of that happening is quite unlikely, don't you think?

Shockwave: Reduce the knockback for both counts by a little and it is now fine.~

Oops....I forgot a bit of the Seijutsu rules. Non-Seijutsu pets cannot use jutsu not related to their own body or physiology. Thus, Herd-Charge (creating physical clones) is still not okay. Apologies for this. u.u
