Description: This generic arrow, when fired from a bow at full draw, can pierce the 3 and a half inches through the target's flesh.
Appearance: This arrow spans 32 inches from tip to tail. The head is 3/4ths of an inch long, and made out of steel, with three razor heads forming a triangular shape. The shaft is Ash wood, with four white chicken feathers for fletching on the base end. The base has a small slit, called a nook, to allow it to attach to the string of the bow.

Protection: The Sunagakure Flak Jackets are designed to be resistant to harsh Winds. C rank and lower Fuuton techniques that hit the vest are dissipated, and the potency of B rank Fuuton techniques that hit the vest is halved. Basic projectiles[Senbon, Shuriken, Kunai] cannot pierce the thick mesh that lines this jacket unless given some form of acceleration or chakra flow ability to boost it's potency. Kenjutsu strikes with weapons like Katana and Tanto are blocked by the mesh unless used with at least a C rank technique, or unless the wielder is at least B rank in Kenjutsu, or unless the wielder has Taijutsu.
Ability/Function: This vest allows the agents of Sunagakure to store scrolls and trinkets, as well as providing improved defensive properties as mentioned above. This vest has six scroll shaped pouches; three on either side of the breast. This vest can only be purchased by Shinobi from Sunagakure. These Shinobi must be at least Chuunin rank.

The larger, bulky shinobi combat armour was ineffficient for the world's new climate. As such, they developed this unique looking Flak Jacket, which has become an infamous sign of their Shinobi.
