The rolling hills: Outside of the hidden leaf, early morning...

This was one of them zen day's again. The one's where a ninja could train his heart out and finally learn a thing or two different from the previous week's effort's. Kizai was currently traversing outside the village in the rolling hill's region where the sky was open and his mind could be free from the bother's of the village. No one hardly came across another out here unless for serious reason. And that's how Kizai liked to train: Alone, where he could monitor himself closely and develop without distraction. With him was a bag of scrolls that he had bought from a jutsu store. With them he had a host of techniques already learned and as well he had some scrolls with new techniques he thought worth mastering.

At the moment he set the bag down and took in a breath of fresh air as a gust blew across his face. "Alright then...fuuton it is!" He said to himself as he knelt to the bag and rummaged for a technique he knew not yet. What he found was this:

Fuuton scroll: Sprialling wind ball wrote:Name: Wind Release: Spiralling Wind Ball (Fūton: Rasen Fuusen ~ 風遁・ラセン風玉)
Canon/Custom: Canon
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Element: Fūton
Range:
Specialty: Ninjutsu
Duration: 1 post
Cooldown: 4 posts
Description: This technique allows the user to breathe wind-infused chakra into the palm of their hand, shaping it into a small, whirlwind-like ball. Then the user will shoot it at their opponent. This technique is very fast and powerful, as it is capable of smashing through thick rock and large trees. A direct blow to the head will cause concussion and daze the victim, reducing their movement speed, reaction time and physical strength by one rank for 4 posts. Impact with other sections of the body can cause hairline fractures as well as shredding the surface of the victim's exposed flesh, coating in in countless tiny, 2 cm deep cuts. Each ball costs 5 chakra to make, and the user must make at least three at once. A total of six can be produced per use. Each sphere must be breathed into the palm of the user's hand and then tossed.

Kizai read through the instructional manual for a few moment's, looking over the various hand seals needed and the proper meditative process for forming the balls once the chakra was summoned and controlled. it seemed pretty intricate for a c rank jutsu, and the offensive qualities seemed to be very heinous as well. It was probably why he had chosen such a powerful technique to study. "Well then...seems like your the one for now..." Kizai said while standing to look down at the scroll before him while bringing his hand's up to the chakra focusing seal. He closed his eye's softly, as the wind in the air about him began to swirl over the open hill's.

The sheen of grass flickered from emerald to forest green in the sun's grand glare. He wore his black robe only today; the sandal's on his feet where also worn, since he wasn't going out into the field or anything such of the like. It was simple attire for a training day, and often what he chose when not on duty. The chakra swirled from his inner middle, the coil reacting to his call. He saw inwardly to the center of his power and felt it trickle through the directed network of chakra vein's. Kizai flexed his arm muscles as he breathed inwards, the hand seal's began to come to life, switching in between each seal calmly to carefully get the sequence right. It took time, but Kizai would find that he messed up only a few seals.

Vibrations in his coil told him that the sequence was wrong when it was; flaws in the creation of a ninjutsu brought the energy out of manipulation. if you where careful like now as he was, one could trickle the stored energy back into the network and re-weave it without wasting. That was the great thing about training in peace...indeed these zen moments...

Kizai thought as he took time to reweave the stored chakra...

The wind began to pick up in it's gales around Kizai as he felt the chakra re-surge under the slow progress of his re-done hand seals. He hit each one perfectly as he controlled chakra into his mouth and palm of his right and left hand. Then with a large intake of air, Kizai would whistle out fuuton entwined chakra to his palm. A small tornado swirled around from his lips and wove it's way to the palm of his right hand. Here it seemed to collide and swell into an expanding wind ball like a balloon getting filled with water.

Once it seemed big enough by about 6 er so inches in diameter Kizai would cut of his air supply and watch the ball float within the palm. It spun fast and torrented as if it where a hand held hurricane. Perhaps the greatest advancement in fuuton useage so far for Kizai, he found himself mesmerized by the orb's unique nature. But there was still yet time to test the technique. He looked over the ground and found himself a rock which he plucked with his free hand. From here he looked up and threw the huge heavy rock as high up as he could, watching it fly.

"Here goes...Hiya!"

He spoke as he took aim and then chucked his other hand towards the floating rock. He never truly held the wind ball, but it was connected to the chakra placed in his hands. In this way he would be able to send the orb flying as if it where actually a physical thing to hold. The orb flew, spinning and spiralling through the air as it sped towards the floating rock.

CLACK!

The rock was knocked off course and sent flying another direction as the wind ball continued on for a bit then dispersed. In fact the stone was actually broken and chipped on it's side of contact, causing a bit of rubble to fall down from it. With quick action he decided to expel the rest of the chakra within his mouth by blowing another ball into his palm. It swirled from his lips as he worked quick to time it right, and then chucked the orb at the flying rock, beginning to chase after it.

The second orb flew like a dart and hit the rock again, launching it back upwards and away. Kinda a fun trick Kizai imagined as he blew a third ball into his palm and flung it. Already he blew a fourth as he watched the rock bounce up again, chipping more and becoming smaller. With the fourth he threw it and blew the fifth sharply to chuck it after as well. Both of these orb's rammed into the rock and bounced it airborne again twice, shattering it with the fifth collision! Kizai marveled at the falling dust and took note of the strength of such a lower ranking jutsu. It was fully able to blast rock into tiny bit's which served a purpose offensively and a stealth purpose since wind was invisible.

Kizai smiled at this and marveled at how effective the jutsu could be. It could certainly hurt someone if they where caught off guard by the fast moving orb. And with the end of this training he decided to go pick the next. That is, after getting a snack to eat, and meditating on his new technique. He was going to become stronger with each art learned...and prove his worth to the ninja world.
