'How can you make use of such a violent element such as lightning? Something almost too difficult to control nor predict the path of, yet deadly if used properly, today the great Rikano had come up with an idea on how he could use this dangerous current of glowing chakra to his advantage. Yet another favorable technique to use on his unsuspecting targets...'

Tch-tch-tch, Binsu made his way slowly towards the Thunder Grounds, the deadliest part of the village known best to foreigners for its random violent strikes of lightning that originated from the dark clouds that screened over the languid terrain. A tepid wind began to pick up along the path he walked, picking up loose scraps of dust and moving them about across the ground underneath his feet. The lone Jounin walked with a slow pace, tracing the path he walked along as he quietly made his way up the mountain. With his umbrella held firmly in his left hand, the man feared the thought of attracting the violent raiton down towards him. An item he used to shade sunlight away from his somewhat sensitive eyes would prove itself useless in weather conditions such as, though the Jounin found it tedious to spend more of his thoughts on whether or not he should relax the item and walk naked-without an umbrella towards the mountain peak.

As he made his way up the mountain, the middle aged Jounin imagined the type of jutsu he was going to create after closely observing the patterns of naturally made lightning, being careful not to stand in the way of the element but all the while standing close enough to read its generic patterns. Although the man had spent a great number of years practicing with and using the raiton element, he knew it still had secrets to be unlocked, secrets he knew would benefit him in combat if used correctly. 'Lightning, what a wild element indeed, and to think only few of us in the world have truly unlocked all there was to unlock within the element, yet none have bothered to publicize their useful discoveries,' Binsu thought to himself. Sheathed by his left hip was his Daken and Seiteki blades, each safely tucked into a scabbed of its own, tied around the man's hips by a strong leather strap. Binsu, although more proficient in the art of Ninjutsu, liked to think of himself as a Swordsman before a Shinobi. He purposely chose to not wear his village headband wherever he was mainly because of its irritating itch on his skin and its poor design. Many asked him why he didn't wear his village symbol around, but to him his village symbol was within his spirit. He replied to them saying 'anyone can wear another village's headband, but not everyone can wear their spirit', a belief he still holds today.

Upon arriving at the infamous thunder grounds, Binsu was greeted by the area's first thunder/lightning strike, which sent a bolt of raiton racing down towards the ground and stroke the earth just 4 meters away from where Binsu had stopped and stood. The Jounin, in fear of another close raiton attack folded his umbrella shut and left it by the side of a large, unique-looking rock, along with his two bladed weapons he had brought with him. He then proceeded on in walking 10 meters ahead of where he had placed the umbrella before sitting down to meditate. The Jounin took a large breath, taking in the faint smell of burnt rock and wet terrain. He soon shut his eyes and took in the static image of the pitch black darkness that soon followed. His legs were in a crossed position, his arms each rested on their parallel leg, leaving the Jounin seated in a relaxed position. Around him Binsu could hear distant sounds of thunderous noises fighting with one another within the dense black clouds above, each with its own pitch and direction. The Jounin tried at best to concentrate of silencing his senses, completely blocking all the noise around him, all the smells around him and all the images around him. Slowly, minute by minute each of these three senses (sight, smell and sound) began to ignore the boasting thunder strikes, the luminous smells that filled the atmosphere and the sight of the whole act.

After a few minutes of complete silence and external isolation, the Jounin rose to his feet and welcomed the sights, smells and sounds the area offered, ready to use any in his attempt to create a brand new Jutsu. 'Ok, i need something that attacks from a distance, similar to the raiton bird but something a bit more complicated than that,' Binsu thought to himself, as he looked around the area for any inspiration. Suddenly an idea struck him, though it had been an idea he had thought of long before he had decided to create a new jutsu. The technique was simple yet effective: he'd shape his raiton chakra into a large disc, before launching it towards his target. Once and if the disc lands on its target, it'd wrap itself around them and deal unstoppable damage on the target's body. The attack could also be used on anything other than live targets, such as bits of the terrain and other attacks launched by rivaling opponents. Before he could even begin attempting to create the jutsu, Binsu first had to practice shaping his raiton chakra once more into a new shape. He had to also make sure he'd be able to maintain that shape even midflight at long distances and be able to get his target every time with the jutsu. He knew in actual combat opponents were almost too difficult to predict, but when it came to stationed targets Binsu needed his jutsu to be fast enough and accurate enough to land a perfect attack on non-moving targets every time he launched the attack.

'A disc!' Binsu thought to himself, as he put more thought into the puzzle that was his soon-to-be jutsu. Looking at his right hand, Binsu thought about shaping his raiton chakra into the shape of a disc with a hollow center, which he'd then be able to launch at his targets as though it were a Frisbee. Without staying on the thought too much, Binsu began focusing all the chakra he could into his right hand palm, concentrating first on getting an electric charge to appear around his hands before changing its shape. It took the Jounin 2 seconds to for a neutral raiton charge around his hand, but he had managed it int he end. A stable charge of raiton chakra cloaked his hand in the form of a blue glowing mist, slowly swaying about to the dance of the small amount of wind there was. The Jounin began to then attempt to shape the chakra into a disc, a task in which he didn't need more than 2 attempts to complete. The disc at the time was roughly the size of an average CD, but Binsu wanted to make a bigger one, one that would scream danger in the face of those he aimed it towards.

Thinking quickly Binsu focused on the neutral raiton charged chakra he had cloaked his hand in, before forcing it to compress in the center of his palm for what seemed like 3 seconds. After then he'd release the compressed chakra whilst making changes to its shape at the same time, allowing the chakra to expand in size to almost triple its original whilst keeping it in its hallow disc-like shape. The size and shape of the disc was perfect, but the technique couldn't function as a proper jutsu as of yet, not without any properties useful in offense. Still focusing part of his mind on keeping the shape and size of the disc, Binsu decided to now change the chakra nature of the jutsu, deciding to finally give it the same devastating properties as the raiton element. He'd focus on moving the particles around the disc in random straight coordinates in all kinds of different directions until he began to see a pattern of randomly flashing bolts of electricity form around the disc. One that had happened, Binsu would continue moving these particles vigorously about until he'd hear them crackle as they appeared and disappeared. 'Its done...' Binsu thought to himself, before shooting his gaze towards a nearby stack of boulders and throwing his raiton disc towards it. The disc left the man's hands, but didn't travel no more than 20cm away from him before dissipating away. It had seemed that the Jounin had forgotten the key element to creating projectile jutsu, which was to practice keeping the form and properties of an attack during its journey towards its target. Quickly sparking up his right hand with the same raiton disc he had created before, Binsu took another attempt at launching his attack towards the stack of boulders that stood 5m away from him, only this time the disc traveled further away from him than last time by a meter and 10cm before dissipating once more. The Jounin frowned in disappointment, before creating the same glowing raiton disc and launching it once more towards the stacked pile of rocks. It traveled all the way towards the boulders, but as it met the stack of rocks it passed straight through them before dissipating again; he had mastered the ability to keep the attack's form until it reached his target, but had yet to learn to keep its properties as well.

The Jounin took a few deep breaths to himself, before charging the same hand as before with the same raiton chakra, forming the same raiton disc with the same violent properties of lightning as before. He'd then concentrate on keeping its properties the same for a little longer than 5 seconds, before throwing the disc once again towards the stacked up pile of boulders. The attack met the rocks and passed straight through them as before, but this time it left a small 10cm long crack down the center boulder, before dissipating. Binsu tried the attack again and managed to create a second crack in the wall. He was glad he now had the ability to keep the attack's properties the same even after the disc was launched, but now he focused on making those properties stronger and deadlier than before. 'I don't just want to scratch my opponents, i want this attack to leave a powerful impression. I want to only need its use once in battle for my opponents to know just who they were dealing with. I want it to do more than leave a scar on their body, i want it to leave a scar in their lives that can never be healed,' Binsu mused to himself, attempting to think up ways of making the same raiton disc more powerful than it currently were.

After a moment's time of thinking, Binsu came to a horrifying conclusion. 'What if when the attack lands on the target it doesn't just pass through them and leave scars like any other raiton attack, what if it stayed and...and wrapped itself around the target's body? Yes, yes then they wouldn't be able to escape its effects that will then follow.' The young Jounin escaped his trance of thought, before summoning the same armature jutsu he had only created just a few minutes ago. He'd then stall the justu for a longer period of time before, giving it time to increase in power and speeding up its electric current, until it was capable of roasting a living organism within seconds. Whilst charging up the disc, Binsu could feel the radiation being emitted by the technique on the palms of his hands, although he was supposed to have control over it. He'd then launch the attack towards the stack of boulders expecting the attack to be stronger than before, but not only that it was also faster than before. It reached the rocks within a fraction of a second, before crashing into them, but at this point Binsu had retained his control over the raiton disc after which he made the raiton attack change its shape into a long coiling electric rope that wrapped around the boulder, before violently crushing the object into a powder-like state within seconds. It was then Binsu knew he had made the perfect attack to use on opponents he felt their lives were wasted on...
