Mission name: Kidnapper On The Loose
Mission rank: S
Objective: Kill Osya
Location: Small South Forest
Reward: 2000 ryo
Mission description: There have been numerous reports of kidnapping in nearby towns, as well as several reports in the main village as well. Witnesses have described the target and one said he overheard the man saying his name was Osya to one of his victims before disappearing with them. Based on the location the target has been assaulting, it is safe to assume he is based out of the South Forest. It is your job to find Osya and rescue the victims.
Mission details: It will take at least 500 words to locate Osya's hideout, which will appear to be a small shack in the middle of the forest. From the outside, the shack seems normal, even somewhat abandoned. Once inside there is a staircase that goes underground into a den. Here, there are numerous cages and workbenches, among other things. Lighting will be dim with only a few candles scattered around. Osya will be encountered working at one of the benches on a puppet. When he engages, it will be revealed that all the victims have been killed and their bodies turned into puppets.

Age: Appears to be mid 30s
General Appearance: Short black hair, numerous scars on face, 6ft tall and wears a long, dark purple trench coat
Personality: Outside of combat he is very charismatic, able to charm even the most withdrawn individual despite his looks. In combat, however, he reveals his true colors. He is quite mad, taking joy in other's suffering while becoming infuriated whenever harmed
Motivations: To expand his puppet collection
Fears: His puppets coming alive and turning on him
Other: Has SS rank puppetry as well as S rank medical. Owns at least 4 human puppets which he can control simultaneously. He has no elemental alignment of his own, but most of his puppets do. The first has A rank Katon and A rank Ninjutsu. The second has A rank Doton and A rank Taijutsu. The third has B rank Suiton and B rank Ninjutsu. The fourth has no elemental alignment but B rank Kenjutsu. He uses medical jutsu to keep himself in good health while fighting with his puppets. Once they are gone he will use his medical jutsu to keep himself alive while trying to flee.
