Tsuyo
D-rank
Tsuyo walked out of his room in attire completely unlike his usual clothes. Indeed seeing him barefoot in jeans and a white tank top was unexpected even amongst the men he directed. His hair was wet from the bath he had just taken and for the time being he was in need of a smoke. So out to the balcony he went to look over the new barracks being built. And the training grounds below. His business was expanding but with expansion comes risk. So having discovered one of the men was ex military from the samurai nation, Iron or whatever it was he set the man to training the men. It was a moderately successful venture as they began to learn what chakra was and how to wield a sword and a bow. He wanted them trained in both. And the new armor he had them making would resemble the Iron nations. He intended to arm the masses in case anyone wanted to challenge. Already the 200 men under his command where acting more like soldiers. But two hundred weaklings was like tossing rice at a fire. He was either going to need a lot more rice to put out the fire or some seriously improved rice. He smirked at that thought as he leaned against the railing taking a drag of his smoke. Looking over the beginnings of his work. His tongue was the tongue of the devil himself and given enough time. He would make Iwa the most powerful country in history.
For now he had a few idea's on where to start his recruiting on the higher quality rice. But events such as that took time and planning to unfold and did not have a tendency to go according to plan. Now the increase in numbers he did have a thought about. Reaching into his right pocket he pulled out a folded map with another X marked on it. He had been unaware before that day that there had been more then one Opium operation. A stain on the country. However he would investigate it. See if it was yet another operation he could take down. For now he left orders with one of the Chunnin brothers. Covered in bandages from the encounter they had on their first meeting to build the walls higher. He needed this place to be like a fortress. He smiled as they went to do his bidding. He had expected the now free brothers to go their own way with their freedom but instead they had sworn loyalty to him and his partner. After all they where strays with no where else to go. Just like he once was. Still he turned heading back to his room to slip into some Shinobi sandals. He could leave foot prints that way and be mistaken for the men there. After all he was going for intel. He would find himself in a dire situation if spotted. Even he was not eager to take on such a silly amount of shinobi.
After the sandals he slipped into the black hooded cloak with the blue rose on it. His wolf mask going over half his face. The demon wolf of the autumn. He would stalk his prey and study it before he would pounce. Much like the predator, The great wolf, Did. Either way now all that showed was his lower face and his sandals. With a casual stride he moved out the front door of the manor as the sun began to set. Once more he was not concerned enough to take Mugen with him. Mugen never questioned his plans so far. Of course his plans had yet to find fault. Even with that said all of it was a gamble. If he could get by unnoticed for long enough then the amount of force needed to stop him wouldn't be worth how little of a bounty he had accumulated. After all there was no point in having such an abundance of money and comforts if one still had to sleep with one eye opened. Still he raced through the night over a couple of valleys to a location more on the western side of the border.
This he was less then thrilled once more when midnight fell and he arrived on the edge of a cliff over looking the encampment. This place was less of an impressive feat then the organization he had already conquered. Still he would move down the cliff and into the thin tree line to hide himself as a spot light passed by. Better security at least. He peered through his mask around the tree looking at the town. One road in with buildings on either side of the road. All one story houses and shops with a three story house at the end of the road. If he had to guess they had just taken over the town already there. Most likely killing every man woman and child. He didn't mind though .If they could follow orders and know fear. He could use ruthlessness. Still he ducked down as a patrol of 15 men armed with bows and swords with light armor passed by. His bet was they had beefed up security after his last venture. Still he smiled. Already he was feared. This was good. He needed the criminal side of things to fear and obey him.
Rapidly he moved forward with his cloak fluttering in the wind behind him as he jumped the fence with ease. Landing silently on a roof top he crawled belly first. Below him stood a scene with about thirty five men listening to the biggest man he had ever seen talking smack. No doubt about Tsuyo himself. Mentioning how his own strength could not be surmounted. Still he wasn't here to show the man up right away. He had counted fifty men in total and the big honcho himself. And that was enough for him. Sliding down off the roof he waited for the spot light and patrol to pass before hopping the fence again. And then as nothing more then a shadow was back up the cliff. Slipping away into the night the think on his findings.
