A loud screech echoed throughout the stone village as a brown colored falcon descended from the sky, finally perching itself upon the balcony of the Iwakage Tower. It raised its right wing and revealed a harness with a note protruding from within, holding the seal of Konohagakure. The bird would allow whoever approached it to retrieve the letter, though attempting to capture it would result in the bird fleeing with the message still in its possession.

The message reads...

Kyuudaime Tsuchikage,
Due to recent events, the Jyuunidaime Hokage Kenta Inuzuka has been replaced by myself. The time has come for Konohagakure to call for all of the great shinobi village leaders to meet for a summit to discuss the matter of the Hokage's replacement, as well as the events that have led to such actions being taken.

The Summit will be held in the traditional location, at the Three Wolves Mountain in Iron Country. It will occur on the first of March. Please be in attendance, as it is of the utmost urgency.
Signed,
The Jyuusandaime Hokage

When the message was removed, the bird would release a screech in response and raise its wings again before hastily taking flight once more.

A....Gokage Summit. This was truly a matter of importance.

Zen had simply been standing atop the office that belonged to his best friend, the Tsuchikage. He was, after all, Arashi's bodyguard (not that he needed one, just standard protocol); the Kyouga needed to see everything that went on in Iwa. The bird had come, and, with no real perch on the Tsuchikage's window, landed on the roof.

Now, what is this...? A new Hokage, you say. The bird flew off after the black-cloaked young man took the avian's message. Zen walked down the side of the tower, to Arashi's window. He knocked; upon being let in, he would give this message to the Tsuchikage. "Breaking news."

Another boring day... It was kind of nice, as Ara only had one single sheet of paperwork. He filled that out, and lazily sprawled in his chair, with his feet on his desk. It was slowly starting to bug him, the fact that his office was so small. He let his eyes close, and before he knew it he was fast asleep. For a couple of hours. Just laying there, snoring his guts out. But, all of a sudden, he heard a person knocking; that's what woke him up.
"Yeah, come in..."
He let out a loud yawn, as he saw Zenchi enter the room.
"Breaking news."
"What's up?"
Arashi was not really interested in the news, as he was still quite sleepy...

Zen was let into the Tsuchikage's office. "It's rather urgent. We've gotten a formal invitation to a party in Iron Country. Tomorrow."

He was avoiding saying it directly...better if Arashi himself read the note. Which Zen handed to him.

"It's rather urgent. We've gotten a formal invitation to a party in Iron Country. Tomorrow."
Ara grabbed the letter from Zenchi's hand, and inspected with much concentration. Shit, I was just beginning to relax...
Ara put the letter on the desk, as he spoke and got out of the room.
"You stay, I need somebody reliable to guard the village..."
