Clan History: The clan was started only 7 generations ago by Iki Karisuma on his private land near Sunagakure. The clans men and women all possessed beautiful appearances and became known as the beauty of the sands. As Iki's life went on the clan grew vain and shallow. They believed their only flaw to be their eyes so they set up a jutsu to change that. Iki, as an older man developed a doujutsu to change their eyes permanently. It was permanent, for the first generation. The addition of outsiders into the clan began to dilute the shallowness, the vanity and the doujutsu into what it is now, an instant possession of the sparkling eyes that captivate men and women alike. With generations passing by and more sons and daughters becoming shinobi it became useful in battle stunning their opponents for mere seconds with their beauty.

Over the course of their history they have all one by one made their way living closer to and inside Sunagakure.

Kekkei Genkai Description:  The users eyes turn into a beautiful, brighter, sparkling version of whatever they were, causing those who look at them to become stunned. The victim's nervous system is altered, making it more difficult for him or her to respond. The exact effects of this vary, depending on the user's rank. The Doujutsu only functions when direct eye contact is made.

Drawbacks: Over use of the the Doujutsu can result in a temporary loss of sight. If the Doujutsu is used more than two times in a thread, the eyes start to strain. If the Doujutsu is used more than three times in a thread, a temporary loss in sight will occur for 5 posts. The Doujutsu can be used by those outside the clan, and can even be controlled so as to not be on all the time, but it can only be used once per thread. A thread of 1k word is required to rank up the Stunning Eye.

Description: The users eyes begin to sparkle beautifully. If the opponent looks into the user's eyes while the doujutsu is active it puts the opponent in a stunned state by directly affecting their nervous system. This works when the user's eyes come into direct contact with that of their opponent. This varies according to rank:

C Rank: Those who look at the Stunning Eyes are stunned for one post. For one posts AFTER the stun wears off, their reaction timing is reduced by -1

B Rank: Those who look at the Stunning Eyes are stunned for one post. For two posts AFTER the stun wears off, their reaction timing is reduced by -1.

A Rank:  Those who look at the Stunning Eyes are stunned for two posts. For three posts AFTER the stun wears off, their reaction timing is reduced by -1

S Rank: Those who look at the Stunning Eyes are stunned for three posts. For four posts AFTER the stun wears off, their reaction timing and speed are reduced by -1

Well, this needs a complete overhaul~

'Stun' needs a definition. As it stands, it is akin to 'paralyze and render incapable of any action'. Which for 1 post is an A-rank jutsu, by current standards.

This one is fine just the way it is except for one thing.
The reaction time, needs to be transferred in to the stat system.

Also, I would like you to define what a 'stun' actually entails. Is it a full paralysis or something different. But other than that, just changing everything in to stat form in both jutsu and KKG description.
