Clan History: The Shinetsu are an old and very obscure clan. Not many people know much about them or have ever seen a member. They have lived in sunagakure for centuries ever sine the days of the first Kazekage. They learned their advanced elemental release based on the area they lived in and learned that, the drying of a human is a most painful process and adapted their training for this reason. The clan has had no more then 50 members the clan because they do not want too many people to know about them or know about their Kekkai Genkai. Their Whole lives using there Kekkai Genkai had accustomed them to their surroundings and making its members from not being affected by dehydration as much as a normal man would. Scorch is an advanced chakra nature kekkei genkai.
This nature creates chakra that is capable of heating up an enemy to the point where all the liquid inside their body evaporates which they learned
from the natural effect the desert has on the human body but at an accelerated rate. the Clan had trained for years to learn their release and have lost many members due to self-mummifcation or melting their body with misfires.The Kekkei Genkai of this clan works by taking Wind Chakra and mixing it with fire, but instead of using the Katon Chakra as fire they use it as heat, in which once mixed with the Fuuton Chakra creates orbs of blood red Chakra that holds the dryness of wind and the heat of fire , creating a mummifying chakra.
Kekkei Genkai Description: The Shinetsu mix learned how to mix their fire and wind chakra natures to create a new type of chakra nature,
Scorch chakra with has the ability to dry their opponents blood and any other liquid in the human body it take takes and +1 against wood style because of the fact that it can light on fire and dry the wood that the senju uses.
Shakuton is the same rank as its constituent elements, and automatically ranks up to match the rank of the lowest constituent element. Thus, if a ninja had S-rank Fuuton and C-rank Katon, they could use C-rank Shakuton. It is possible to get SS-rank Shakuton in this way
Drawbacks: All jutsu done with scorch takes -2 ranks of damage against suiton.Also anyone from this clan Has to take Hesitant (elemental) and Hesitant ( specialization) and scorch counting as the third element, also they do not get a positive to balance these two traits.
Any Scorch technique that is hit by a Suiton attack of up to two ranks lower is turned into steam and rendered harmless.
Any member of this clan must take the short fuse trait and can not equal it out with a positive trait

Description: This jutsu only causing dehydration of the body (muuification) if direct contact is made with the orbs.
C-rank- The user creates three fist sized orbs that can cause first
degree burns on contact and second degree burns with prolonged exposeur. It also causing the target bodily liquid turn into steam that can cause
very dry skin that is chapped and cracking and hurts a lot and is hard to move slowing the target down by 30 percent.
B-rank-The user creates 3 head sized, sun sized orbs that cause second degree burns on contact and third degree burns on prolonged exposer. it causes a much more extreme drying to the target on contact it causes all skin it touches to become chapped and
cracked up and if left touching the target it can cause the targets skin that the orb is
touching to a dusty, crumbling mummified area.
A-rank- The user creates 4 head sized orbs that on contact cause third degree burns and
skin becoming charred and melted on further contact. he amount of drying becomes extreme
to this point if one of the orbs touches you it causes the skin to mummify where the orb touches and on further contact it sucks the moisture from around the orb as well.
S-rank- the user creates 4 head sized orbs that upon contact will cause melt the skin and char the bones it hits. also if hit by this technique it will turn where the orb hits and turn it and the area around it into a mummified crumpling area if this jutsu hits a joint or a limb that limb will be basically unusable for 4 post until the target can move the area again. if hit on the head the user will be knocked unconscious instantly an
may cause internal brain mummification. However, this technique is vulnerable to Water Release, which can be used to dissipate the heat, becoming steam.

Description: The user creates a single massive Scorch chakra orb, which then violently explodes with enough force and power to incinerate a large area around it.
C-rank- The user makes a meter by a meter sphere the when activate it explodes into an eight meter by eight meter sphere that can cause first degree burns to those on the rim and outside and second degree burns to those very close to the middle (1m). also anyone hit by this will be affected by very dry and chapped skin causing a 30 percent slowing of speed.
B-rank- The user creates a meter and a half sphere the once activated explodes
into a 16 meter sphere that can cause second degree burns to those on the outside rim (within 2 feet)
and third degree burns to those that are inside the sphere. also anyone caught inside of the
sphere is affected by painfully dry and cracking skin and slightly mummifying skin causing the target to slow down by 50 percent.
A-rank- The user creates a 2 meter sphere that once activated explodes into a 22 meter sphere that can cause third degree burns on outside rim (withing 2 feet) and melting of the flesh on the inside.
Anyone caught inside of the sphere is instantly the outer layer of skin is turned to dust and the layer underneath is chapped and dried causing the target to take +1 damage from physical attack and slowing them down by 30 percent.
S rank- the user makes a 3 meter sphere that can be activate to explode into a 26 meter blast zone mummifying anyone on the inside on the sphere and causing third degree burns and Complete mummifcation of anyone caught inside of the sphere. also anyone caught outside the sphere (if within a 2 feet of the explosion) the sphere, is completely devoid of liquid and can not move and is on the verge of dying.

Description: C- Rank- .The shuriken are made out of pure Scorch chakra that if they hit they will suck the moisture out of what they hit as long as its in their body, or if it cuts them. These shuriken have the same cutting power as normal shuriken. each shuriken costs 5 chakra. (max of 4)(min 2)
A- Rank- The User can create Windmill sized shuriken made of pure Scorch Chakra with same cutting power as a windmill shuriken that will burn with second and third degree burns and will suck the liquid out of any flesh it hits causing mummification where it hits.he user can make one shuriken for every rank above A rank. costs 20 shuriken. These shuriken have the same cutting power as normal shuriken of their type.
