Mission name: Finshing Buisness for The Mob

Objective: You must go kill a loose end for the local mob by going to the hospital
and killing him.
Location: Iwagakure Hospital
Reward: 150 ryo
Mission description: The mob decided that one of their men had to go but the man they sent to kill him he didn't finish the job
so they are asking you to finish it for them.
Mission details: The player will go to the hospital and find a Chuunin mobster in the hospital with serious injuries and
not in his prime he is the equivalent of a genin becasue the injuries. He is limited to ninjutsu due to his injuries and cannot fight with taijutsu.
