He looked at the outer gate of his old home wondering what will happen next his plan now were to go to a new village other then the kiri he was sick of living here and needed a new place to be, even though he knew that this would make him wanted in his home town he wanted to tart a new beginning at a new place. maybe he would go somewhere where water style jutsu was not as normal as it was at his home somewhere the hoshigaki were not everywhere. he wanted to go to a place where he would be free to enhance his skills so he wrapped his hand around his bastard sword and started walking under the cover of night carefully making sure that no one is following him he started running towards Iwagakure
the land hidden in the stone. thats where he decided to go to a place where not too many people seemed to know about maybe he could convince the kage there to let him and let him leave there as a different alias and maybe put make up on his face gills. plus they would not go looking so hard for a genin would they what damage could  do to anyone and hopefully they would  not and he could get there before the mizukage found out and sent out a party to find him. so he was walking through the swamps of his homeland and toward the dry land of stone it would be very foreign but better as long as he got there that was the first step to his plan then he would become a chunnin of the stone someday he hoped to rise in the ranks there instead of here.
he became clear of the swamps and found a huge lake and decided to walk into and out the other side i was quicker and less time consuming then going around he then took a small rest on th other side the lake always looking for anyone else to make sure no other ninja was near him. he set off shortly afterwards to get a lot of distance away from his village as soon as possible they would not know he was got till at least morning he thought to himself getting excited for his new adventure and happy he was leaving it all behind to start a new life. he started to see less water and less swamp land which meant he was on his way to leaving the land of water and entering the land of rock soon. it was sometime near midnight when he stopped again for a breather and some food he ate it cold he did not want to risk smoke being seen and right after words started walking for a bit to conserve strength and to get his bearings on where he is. water and marshes were almost non existent now he barely found a lake now he wondered what they drank if this is all the water the have small little ponds and lakes and no ocean it felt weird not to see the never ending water all around him where ever he was it would take getting used to but it would be worth it he knew it. h approached wo huge stone walls of ta stone bigger then any wall he ha ever seen with beautiful gate and it was everything he thought it was going to be and then in front of him in all its glory he village hidden in the stone he walked through the front gates and went down an alley hidden in a crevice and started to sleep for a bit to rest.

Rei had watched the Hoshigaki Genin slip from the Hidden Mist unguarded; this piqued his curiosity as he knew the laws about Genin travel outside of the Village alone. He rapidly made the decision to track his fellow Genin to the edge of the Mist’s boarder, where the land of Stone lies just beyond. His eyes narrowed as he gazed at the Genin who prepared to make his way to the other side of the boarder, something strictly disallowed by laws of all villages. While Rei didn’t care for Kirigakure, nor the shinobi of this village, he understood the value of upholding the law, something he would do in this very moment.

Midnight rolled through quickly, Rei's target was nearing the edge of the Land of Water's territory, he had to act soon. Rei using his superior speed went around the lake to cut off his opponent. It would be there he would lay in wait, high in the canopies of the treeline, where he could strike well out of the Hoshigaki's reach. He would give the boy a single opportunity to give up his vain pursuit and return to Kirigakure, where he belonged, peacefully. If he declined to return peacefully, Rei would break him and drag him back to Kirigakure if that is what was needed to show the child the error of his ways.

From his vantage point high in a canopy of a Kirigakure tree, which was in front of the young Genin, and roughly sat five meters away, Rei called down to the unsuspecting Hoshigaki. “You there, Genin.” He would pause after calling out to grasp the boy’s attention. “Where do you think you are going without an escort? The land outside of the Hidden Mist is unknown to your eyes and holds many dangers.” Rei continued finishing his address to the boy.

Before Rei would continue to speak he would form to hand signs in rapid succession, the Ox and then the Rat. After this he spread his palms apart to an even distance, a ball of shimmering Hyoton energy materialized in the expanse between his palms. This freezing energy quickly split into five familiar objects, Shuriken made of pure ice. These Shuriken held an edge far more defined then that of an average Shuriken and because of Rei’s own unique body temperature were further refined, more so than an Aisu of regular body temperature could create. These Shuriken were considered C rank in every way, shape, and form and this helpless Hoshigaki would taste them if he answered poorly.

“I will ask you only once to return to the safety of Kirigakure no Sato. If you refuse, I will force you to return as a Rogue Ninja where you will be held for treason against Mizukage Aisu Ayakashi and the people of Kirigakure. Do you understand this?” Rei called down as he slipped all but one of his Ice formed Shuriken into the folds of his sash.

Rei only saw one conclusion to this event should it come to a battle and that was this Hoshigaki male being dragged back to Kirigakure to face judgment. For now Rei simply stared down at his prey with cold shimmering Green eyes, his hand prepared to unleash the first strike. Rei's black and white robe hung perfectly to him in the tree, not allowing his opponent to see a single feature of him from between the thick cover of the leaves on the branch. Rei placed his free hand on the hilt of the Katana which rested on his back, one thing was for sure, this Hoshigaki would never see what hit him.

So i was followed, hmm thats nice but you do realize that i die either way now if i go mizukage will have y head and if i dont i have a chance of killing you and taking that nice sword of yours mines a bit old he said as he drew his old bastard sword. cracking is neck and his shoulders he thought about this genin he was up against and the jutsu of his clan.
Ha i am ready to die are you he turns and smiles with a glare of hate.
he turns around and makes the seal for his favorie jutsu, saying loudly Hidden Mist Style Hidden Mist Jutsu he wouldnt be able to see anything or hear anything and this kid was no hyuga he could not see him and he quickly went on the attack making the sign of the snake turning the water around him into 5 20 inch long water sharks that started circling around him and as he release his water jutsu and sent all the sharks flying toward the voice and runnning with the sharks with his blade, letting the sharks have their way before he got into the battle, he stood right under the tree the voice was coming from knowing the kid couldnt see him at all due to his jutsu.

Dunki, Reitou RP'd shouting down at you from a tall, canopied tree, in an effort to take you by surprise. You somehow 1. knew he was a genin, and 2. knew he was carrying a sword. It's not a huge issue, but just be warned that if you use information that you know but your character doesn't to your advantage, you will be chastised and/or punished. Knowing where he is, fine; as most people (let alone ninja) can trace voices and sounds back to their sources, so that is fine to roughly gauge his location.

Rei rose a single eyebrow, how did he know about his Katana, Rei was positive that the gill neck hadn’t seen him during his pursuit. Rei shook his head slightly, it didn’t really matter in the long run, the Hoshigaki had made his choice, and it was the choice Rei had been hoping for. Rei smiled as he flung down one of his ice bound Shuriken, moments before the boy would speak again, and it would force the Hoshigaki to move away from the tree before his next move could be made.

”Ha, I am ready to die are you?” The Hoshigaki asked as he drew an aged, yet truly impressive Bastard sword from his back before cracking his neck.

Once Rei had either struck home with his Shuriken or the Hoshigaki had dodged it, a new development was made. After making two quick hand signs the Hoshigaki surrounded both himself and Rei’s perch with Chakra laced Mists to hide in. Normally, this would have presented an issue to Rei and provided the Hoshigaki with EXCELLENT cover to wait out his opponent. Rei couldn’t help but applaud his opponent’s strategic mindset and thoughtfulness with the move, however there was a flaw in this tactic. As a member of Clan Aisu, Rei understood both Suiton and Fuuton chakra natures, he knew this mist-like vapor could be swept away if gust of wind were to come through, this occurred in nature constantly, it would be no different here.

Rei inhaled deeply, filling his lungs to the brim with oxygen and allowing him to prepare for his next move. He formed a single concentration hand sign as he mixed the air with chakra, pressurizing it before exhaling it from his mouth in the form of a strong blast of wind. This stream-like gale of wind blew with such force chunks of the earth were ripped from the ground and flung aside as Rei exhaled mightily. While he exhaled he moved his head from left to right, expelling the mists that had just been conjured by his opponent and allowing him to have a full line of sight once again. Once this was accomplished he glanced down to see the Hoshigaki standing at the base of his perch, accompanied by four sharks made of pure water and Suiton chakra, they wouldn’t matter, he threw his remaining four Shuriken to deal with the nuisance, they each would explode on impact with the icy weapons as Rei would come to find out.

Less than half a second after finishing the powerful gale of wind that cleared the mists from obscuring his sight, Rei had leapt from his perch. As Rei descended he formed a pair of hand signs, the Ox and then the Tiger. Upon landing a mere five meters behind the Hoshigaki that gazed awkwardly up at a now empty tree two Dragon Heads would materialize. These twin dragon heads, made entirely of Hyoton raced along the ground at twenty meters per second, they would reach their target in less than a fraction of a second. Upon reaching three meters from their target they would dive under the earth, this allowed them to resurface under the feet of the target and clamp their mighty jaws down on his legs. Should the attack prove successful, there would be the sickening crunch of bones as the Twin Dragon heads slammed their mouths shut on the Hoshigaki’s legs, severing skin and flesh before crushing both the Fibula and Tibia bones in the lower portion of his legs.

“Checkmate” Rei whispered as his green eyes completely void of emotion gazed at the Predatory Maws as they surged forward towards their target.

Man following Rei was seriously a pain. A gifted genius of the Aisu clan and all was just dandy. but to further define the issue the damn kid was fast. Abel had been paying a little attention to the cute kid up until suddenly he was off into the woods and out towards the border? Maybe a love connection? Something forbidden maybe? Oh a lovers thing between Iwa and Kiri would make for such a fantasy. After all that did appear to be where they seemed to be heading. It was then that the boy crossed an entire lake like an ice skating champion. Why that little punk! Abel had to double time it around the lake and when he finally arrived it was one hell of a scene. An unnatural mist seemed to cover the area around a tree. How odd.

It was then that there was a roaring wind. Abel had to clutch his captains hat and the sword tucked into his belt. His knee high boots planted down firmly to keep from being blow away as his skirt and top fluttered. Why the nerve of some people! Abel pouted as he brushed mud off himself and looked up to the cause of it. Ah the cute boy she had been tracking. And below? Another genin. A lovers quarrel? They seemed to be doing some rather intense jutsu for that. Secret training perhaps? Oh well He would heal up whoever was just about dead in the end.

With one leap The Hinode went from the ground to a graceful front flip to land delicately on the branch with the tips of her left hand holding down the hat and her right hand holding the hilt of the chunk of metal she called a katana. It was then that he spoke like a pouty girl.

"First you owe me dinner for ruining my clothes and making me chase you all the way out here Mr. Being naughty and all that. And second what are you, The Aisu Genius short stack doing all the way out here picking on this....aggressive infant?"

This boy was truly a problem, he used wind style as well as the water style so far he had dodge the shuriken that was launched at him by jumping to the left but that moved left his water sharks wide open which were soon cut down by the rest of this kids shuriken. if only his mis hadnt dissipated , but oh well he would have to keep going, this kid was stronger then he thought, just as the thought came into his head the kid jumped down and formed a few hand seals and two massive dragons formed to his right and left he prepared a substitution jutsu and the moment the two came roaring to hit him, all they would hit would be log he then ran at the kid from his left, with his sword barred swinging it overhead at the other guys face and quickly bringing it around to slice at this brats ribs knowing that it wouldnt cause to bad damage but would hurt a lot.

Just before the Twin Dragon heads from Rei’s Tundra Predation clamped their viscous mouths shut there was a flicker of movement. Instead of hearing the screams of the Hoshigaki echoing in the air there was only the sound of an illusion dispersing and an empty “THUNK” as the Ice Dragons bit down on nothing but wood. Initially, Rei felt a twinge of shock and anger boil up within him but then a realization occurred, the Hoshigaki had played his final card, he had no more slippery escapes. This Hoshigaki was a fish out of water so to speak, there was another “POOF” to the left of Rei but the young Aisu was not concerned.

The Hoshigaki brought his dull yet mighty weapon crashing down towards Rei’s head with all his might, searching desperately for a hit of some kind. While he would find that his blade found a connection it was not the one he was seeking. As the blade connected with Rei’s dome there was a “POOF” in return, the young Aisu mocked his opponent by copying his own move, Substitution Jutsu.

Rei would appear directly behind the Hoshigaki less than a meter away, his left hand placed on the hilt of his Katana which was located on his back. Rei’s right leg would fly forward kicking the Hoshigaki’s right knee from the outside; threatening to collapse it should the blow strike him. After this Rei pull his leg back sharply, his foot pulling the Hoshigaki’s leg that was weakened by the kick and aiding in pulling his feet from underneath him. Rei would slam his right shoulder into the Hoshigaki's back after his foot was replanted, forcing the Hoshigaki to fall forwards onto the ground and in one smooth motion he drew his blade from its sheathe. Rei would collapse on top of the Hoshigaki, roll across his back into a straddling position in between his Shoulder Blades, grasped his hair, jerked his head back and pressed the sharpened blade of his own rusted katana across his opponent’s throat which would threaten to severe his jugular and carotid arteries.

“As I said Checkmate” Rei growled in the Hoshigaki’s ear. “Now surrender, or I will slice open your throat and you will die within a few mere seconds.” Rei warned as he pressed the Katana’s blade against his enemy’s neck, causing the skin to break slightly and a small trickle of blood to leak forth. “And trust me this blade is plenty sharp enough to sever your arteries completely.” Rei explained as his final warning.

Should the Hoshigaki show the slightest sign of hostility, Rei would end not only their fight but his life with a single smooth movement. If the Hoshigaki had his Jugular severed he would die within a minute and there would be no stopping it. This fight had met a clear, swift, brutal, yet definite end, there was no stopping the power of the Aisu.

Only then did Rei address the lazy Hinode that slept upon his couch. The strange man known as Abel, a transexual or a metrosexual, he didn't know but it was something with a sexual in it. His green eyes flickered to his direction, the thought of taking him out for food slightly sickened Rei. He decided to ignore the Hinode's sexual advances, he would rather address his presence and inquire as to why Abel was stalking him.

"Why did you follow me Abel?" Rei asked, his voice showing no negative or positive emotions as he continued to hold his opponent in a pinning position.

His sword strike met wood with a thud and he cursed himself, he had just used that jutsu  then from behind him came a strike to his leg, almost knocking him off his feet and quickly after came a shoulder bash, this kid was fast, he could not let this kid get to close now he then quickly moved his hands together in the shape of the snake and release a torrent of water in the shape of a ten foot high whirlpool snagging the kid and launching him out of the whirlpool causing some bruises and a hard fall a few feet away. and the whirl pool continues to rage around him splashing and whirling.

Dunki, I'm afraid that your size advantage would mean nothing if his kicks connected. If you were falling forward then without something to support yourself you would not be able to turn your body mid-air that quickly and with that kind of control to bite at his throat. However, I am going to ask that Reitou edits or clarifies that sweeping motion as without taijutsu I'm not sold on a straight sweeping kick combo. Once he does that Dunk can edit accordingly. If the two of you still can not come to an agreement after the edits are made then Reika, as official ref of this fight, will rule on it.

Rei felt the Hoshigaki moving his arms underneath him; his shoulder blades struggled to move, tipping the Aisu clan member off to his intent. Rei shook his head, he had warned the stubborn fool to give up or he would be forced to act with lethal force, thankfully Hinode Abel was here, a moderately skilled Medical Ninja. Rei gripped the Hoshigaki’s hair tightly before he ripped his blade across the young man’s throat, not entirely severing his arteries but allowing enough blood to flow that he would rapidly lose consciousness. Rei returned his gaze to the Hoshigaki as his blood flowed down his neck.

“You stubborn fool” He muttered under his breath.

Even as the Hoshigaki slipped into unconsciousness his jutsu took life, the torrents of the whirlpool lapped up its creator’s blood causing the jutsu to take on an unnatural crimson color. The raging torrent ripped Rei from the unconscious Hoshigaki and flung him towards a nearby tree. Acting swiftly, Rei inhaled deeply, and focused pressurized chakra into his lungs, he expelled this powerful gust of wind from his lips for a second time it connected with the tree and allowed Rei to harmlessly collide with it.

Pushing off of the tree into a small leap, Rei would land on his feet and quickly glance up to Abel and glance back down towards the Hoshigaki’s form. “Well aren’t you going to do anything? You are the Medical Ninja after all.” He called up to his comrade in a calm voice. “The wound isn’t too deep, but I think I nicked an artery, you have your med kit right?” Rei inquired.

Now this Hoshigaki’s life rested in the hands of a young and strange Medical Ninja of Chuunin rank. With any luck, he would recover from his injuries in the Kirigakure hospital while under the watchful eye of a pair of Jounin, until Mizukage Aisu Ayakashi returned.

he only had the use of one arm while he held his neck which he was bleed profusely out of his throat and it was quite bad not lethal at the moment but he had to do something quick while the red Whirlpool continued the rage around him he ripped his shirt into two quickly with his teeth and with his hand applied it to his neck holding it there firmly he had to do something he heard the kid talking to someone else and here was his chance when he thought he was done with him.
he took his hand off th cloth of his shirt for a few seconds so he could quickly do hand signs so he threw the hand signs for his shark missile and created four blood red sharks that started swimming in th swirling water around him the sharks powered up to C rank with his affinity to suiton.
He then shot his shark missiles out at his opponent at a great speed when he was not paying attention. he hoped this would score a hit. directly afterwards placing his hand firmly back on his neck letting the whirlpool act as his cover.

Rei had his back turned as he heard some sort of sloshing sound, his eyes widened in shock as he realized what he was hearing. “That’s impossible” Rei thought as he turned his head to look over his left shoulder. Rei’s eyes narrowed as he watched the sagging and weakening body of the Hoshigaki rise from the ground. “You just refuse to surrender don’t you?” Rei called to him. At that moment Rei had overconfidence pouring from him, he knew this fight was over and this Hoshigaki was grasping at straws.

Rei watched as the Hoshigaki summoned his four Suiton based sharks; the water they were comprised of was tainted by the stain of crimson that was pulled from the ground. Rei made no moves to stop the thundering whirlpool from having its size increased, he allowed this Hoshigaki to make his final play. Rei rest his Katana, which was grasped in his right hand on his right shoulder, the sharpened blade facing upwards. His empty eyes taking on a bit of his overconfident attitude, he showed no signs of fear during the Hoshigaki’s final move.

As the Suiton based Sharks launched forward Rei waited, he was biding time, waiting for them to come into range of his Katana. As the first shark entered the reach of his blade Rei struck out with his Katana, his blade carved through the shark’s head in a downward angle from the right and to the left, it exploded upon the impact. Then Rei twisted his wrist to the right, bringing the sharpened blade of his katana around to the right for his next counter offense. As the next shark dove towards Rei, he swung his Katana from the left to the right, horizontally bisecting the shark; it too exploded upon the violent impact. Next, Rei grasped his katana with both hands, turned body to face the right and took a step backwards, this allowed the next shark to bypass him as Rei swung his Katana down, severing the tail of the “beast” from the rest of its body. “Was that all he had in store for me? Pitiful” Rei thought.

However, reality came in the form of agony as the fourth and final shark clamped its jaws down on Rei’s left shoulder, its Suiton teeth digging several inches into Rei’s flesh and muscle. Rei cried out in pain as the shark exploded, it had accomplished its mission. Rei dropped his katana on the ground and grasped his shoulder which bled fiercely, this Hoshigaki was determined, but the fight was almost over, this Hoshigaki would soon be too weak to carry on. Rei would give him a final opportunity to surrender, or he would face a bleak and short future on his own.

“You scored a hit” Rei called out as he winced from the wound. “But my wound, unlike yours will heal with time. Your wound will not stop bleeding until all the blood in your body gushes forward to be freed into the humid night air in the Land of Water. However, if you surrender now, this Hinode will be able to tend your wounds to the point you will survive us taking you back to the village where they will give proper and vital medical treatment. Conversely, should you refuse to surrender and choose the path of the sword…you will die, and you will die not being remembered as a man like Hoshigaki Kisame, but as a nameless and worthless rogue mutt. The choice is yours Hoshigaki…” Rei called out as he knelt down to retrieve his Katana with his still useful right arm. “Surrender or die!” Rei finished, his green eyes flickering up at his opponent.

Abel had to move quickly to avoid the general combat of the two. Each of them where chucking jutsu at each other like wild animals. Each trying to kill the other. Madness really. Still Hinode positioned himself by moving with ease from tree branch to tree branch to avoid the blasts. Holding his hat down in one hand while holding his sword in the other. Either way he was intent to stay up high to avoid the cold and the water. He was ordered to do something when suddenly the guy with the wounded neck started casting more jutsu. Seriously? guy was nuts.

"I think it's better if I just wait for him to pass out. Bleeding like that I figure he already feels dizzy. Losing his depth perception and can hardly stand. No need to be bitten by the little gold fish. Besides. Even if he gets past you he doesn't stand a chance in hell wounded as he is against a capable Hinode like myself."

If you tie it tight enough to effect your speech and to slow it down, you are also cutting off your airways and your blood to your brain so either fix this or include the effects of this in your next post.
Though in reality you would not last that long.

This jutsu is void as it has not been approved in your jutsu registration. It should not even be in your jutsu list yet. Please remove it and edit it from your post.

Also your chakra count is off. 
It costs 15 chakra to initiate C rank jutsu so you need to take that in to account when you use your jutsu in the future.
