Tsuyo couldn't help but feel angry. Too him everything suddenly felt out of place. His own mind swimming in darkness. The bleeding had been stopped but still he was blind. He was uncomfortable being at the mercy of others. Such darkness was discomforting. In its infinite expanse. But he was not completely lost. He was not yet dead. He had too much time to think as his carriage rolled along slowly. His brother had always called him stubborn. And he wasn't wrong. Tsuyo listened as the crack of his knuckles popping filled the carriage. The numbing jutsu was holding for a time. He had pushed back the pain that flooded where his eyes had once been. His enemies probably thought him wounded now. A sly smile pressed on his face as he unclenched his fist and placed his hand over a box. Who would of expected a man to have more then just a back up plan. he hadn't dreamed that he would be foolish enough to lose so harshly. But he had rushed into a situation. He wouldn't make that mistake again. Still his fingers ran over the box so cold to the touch. It's intricate carvings so foreign to the touch with no vision. His back up plan.

Still Kiri was far too dangerous to remain in during his weakened state. With half of it burning and the other half at war. Being a vulnerable criminal was not a good plan to be in such a place. Still he wondered if he truly trusted the carriage driver. He could be heading straight to the prisons if the man knew how much he stood to make. The orders to go to Konoha had come as a bit of a shock to the driver. But still they trudged on. Tsuyo needed a medic and Kiri was far to volatile at that moment. He frowned as his fingers tapped the box. Soon he began to realize how intense his other senses were. He suddenly realized he could no longer smell the scent of smoke and death. His ears detected the sound of the wheels crossing over a new terrain. Louder somehow. It must be the bridge. He smiled now and relaxed just a little and sat back But one would wonder. Why Konoha of all places? His spy network had discovered the best medic in the world was visiting there. Nanashi of Iwa. He couldn't pass up the best if he wanted his sight back.

Still relying on another in enemy territory. He paused in that thought, When had he begun to call Konoha the enemy? It was once his home. Where he had been born and his brother had resided. A radiant light in the world. Sure some conniving bastards had turned on him but not the entire country. Just a select few. And even now he wondered if they still had power. Rumor was the new Kage was a true paladin. A fanatic when it came to justice. He would avoid him. He doubted the man would stop to listen to what Tsuyo had accomplished. Besides Tsuyo couldn't turn hmself in yet. He had made promises. And he intended to keep them. Especially with those children. That woman who worked for him wanted her family back from the corruption she ran from. He would go back and help her with that. But first he needed to be one hundred percent. He needed to have his eyes back. And not just any eyes. The proud eyes of the hyuga. Eyes of legend and power. Tsuyo spent his trip to Konoha smiling. He had fallen but one like him does not just fall and die. He rises again stronger then ever.
