1 A Contract Broken In Blood [Ukio Only/No Kill/Training][Plot][One Tomoe Training] Mon Sep 02, 2013 11:47 pm
Juyo
D-rank
Making his way back into his clan’s residence, Juyo was glared at by every clan member he ran into. The cold, dark night made their stares a little darker than usual, or did they really hate him even more now that he was back? Several spat in his direction, mostly hitting the ground before he walked. This was no more than the usual, however, so Juyo ignored them as he made his way to his family’s house. His mind was still focused on why he kept feeling like someone was right behind him, watching and breathing down his neck. A chill ran down his neck as he felt another cold breath on the back of his neck. Turning quickly, just as he had done countless times since he had gotten back from Suna, he saw no one there. Yet for some reason he could feel someone’s presence. It was an odd feeling that he’d never experienced before, and he didn’t like it at all.
Trying to shrug it off, but failing, Juyo stepped through a small crowd in the street right before his house. A few clan members, mostly Chuunin and Special Jounin ranks, blocked Juyo from getting to his house. “You’re gonna stay right here, shit head.” It looked like they were going to give him another beating, though Juyo was tired from his travels, he wasn’t about to just play the punching bag. “Back off, guys. I’ll beat you all up tomorrow. You’re all too drunk to kill an ant.” A tall, black haired Don'yokuna Puredetā path member leaned down at Juyo, slightly bobbing in a drunken manner. “You listen here, fuck-tard. We’re tired of letting you and you’re family just live around here. I knew we should’ve killed your disgraceful bitch mother and saved you’re father from disgracing himself. Would’ve done him and the clan a favor.”
Juyo paid no attention, all of the seven clansmen had their eyes on him, and he quickly covered their weakened, drunk minds in a genjutsu. Walking slowly around the group, he made his way to his front door. He went to open it when a beer bottle crashed in front of him, his instincts pulling him away from the door as it shattered on the door. “Where you going, half-breed?!” Juyo locked eyes with a shorter, blonde haired Kurai Torikkusutā path member. He hadn’t seen him in the group because the guy was so short, so the genjutsu hadn’t affected him, even though he was quite drunk as well. Though the half-breed comment wouldn’t be that heavy an insult for most, it was a huge insult within the Dākuchairudoō clan. Juyo was mad now and the short guy had woken the others out of his genjutsu so things would be intensified.
They all turned to face Juyo, pure hatred running through their bones as they saw Juyo stand before them, a complete disgrace to the Clan for mixing the two sides of the clan. It is common knowledge within Kumogakure no Sato the Dākuchairudõ clan had two separate paths that made up two different lines of the clan. This resulted in two clan heads that would consult and discuss all things related to the clan and their involvement within the village. Normally there would be other family heads from the lower families that would attend the clan head’s meetings and form a clan council. That was how the clan had functioned for centuries, but Juyo’s parents had disturbed the order and tradition of the clan by marrying across the two paths. Juyo wasn’t exactly sure how this was let go, as the clan saw it as a disgrace against the clan’s history, purity, and honor. Not only was their marriage seen as a sin, but when Juyo was born, he had heard that there was a council held to end his life and that his father had to fight in his defense. Issues within the Dākuchairudō clan were solved through fighting. The accuser would fight the accused to the death, the survivor earning whatever the issue had been and settling the matter forever. “Hey, half-breed, what’re you doing? Ain’t the Exams still on?” Juyo gulped, his failure to stay in the Exams would definitely raise the disgrace and shame he bore upon the clan. He hated how the clan hated him and his family, but that was the way things were, so Juyo just hated them right back.
“Well, well,” slurred a taller one, he seemed to be the least drunk of the group. “You know what that means, boys! The contract is broken!” The other six drunken clansmen turned to the taller one and started cheering, “It’s broken! Call the council!” They’re shouting got higher and higher. Juyo stood in bewilderment, not knowing what they were talking about. He had never heard of any contract before and he didn’t know if it had something to do with him or if the drunken group had finally gone to the bottom of the beer bottle. They began running up and down the residence, passing all of the different homes and continuing their shouting, which now seemed like a chant. Lights were coming on and anyone that had been asleep were now very much awake. A hand grabbed Juyo from behind and pulled him into his house. Juyo started to feel relieved as he saw it was his mother, but quickly changed into shock as he saw his mother’s face. Her face was in a panic, her hair in a mess and eye’s wider than he had ever seen them, no, wider than he thought was possible. “What the FUCK are you doing back here so soon!” she yelled loudly right in front of Juyo’s face. “Do you know what you’ve done!?”
Juyo stammered in a response. What the hell is happening? Mom has never been this upset. Just then his father pulled his mom off of him. “Don’t worry about it, Juyo. I’m sure I can fix this.” Juyo looked up at his father, he was so confused at everything that was happening. It had started out just like any other day. “What? What did I do wrong?” His father shook his head, “No time to explain, it looks like they’re getting the council together.” He sighed as he looked outside the window, grabbing his coat, slipping on his shoes he slipped out the door. His mother soon followed, looking at Juyo just before she left. Her face was pale and she looked as if she could have thrown up right then. Juyo leaned against the wall, trying to make sense of what all was going on. A contract? What did I do wrong? What was his dad trying to fix?
Wanting to know what just was going on, Juyo ran out the door and headed to the Meeting Room, a rather large addition that joined the two heads’ houses. He didn’t need to get too close to the main door before he could hear the shouting and roar of what was going on inside. Juyo stopped to listen to the council.
“The boy has broken the council! It’s as simple as that!” yelled an unfamiliar voice. Juyo didn’t really keep track of who was who in his clan since none of them gave out their names to a half-breed like himself. “Things are never that simple! I fought for that contract and my defense for it should be enough to keep it now!” That was his dad’s yell, one voice Juyo would never forget. “You can’t just break the contract! Breaking a contract that was bound here in front of the council is a bigger disgrace than us and YOU should be the one on the defense for proposing such a thing!” Juyo couldn’t understand exactly what his father was saying. All of this talk about a contract made no sense. There was never any contract made in the clan’s histories that Juyo had read.
“You are an even greater fool, then Daikichi-san. You know full well that you’re son has broken the agreement. His coming home in defeat is exactly what was written in the contract.” This was another voice that Juyo didn’t know, but it was booming and the council went silent as the man spoke, then roared loudly in agreement. “No! Please, don’t do this father!” Juyo’s eyes widened at the sound of his mother’s voice. He had never heard his mother plead or have such a defeated tone before. She had always been so confident and proud, showing Juyo all the different genjutsu she knew as a Kurai Torikkusutā path member. It was her that had given Juyo pride in himself when he was young and constantly being beaten up by his clan. Now she was crying out, and what had she said, ‘father’? He had never met his grandparents; such was the depth of his shameful existence.
“I am sorry, my child, but we must keep the honor of our clan.” The booming voice announced again, the rest of the council went completely silent as he spoke. “If only you had heeded my warning before you disgraced our family and the clan, you would’ve been able to live without fear of this.” His mother started crying now, whimpering, his father’s voice broke the silence, “Ein! Quickly, it seems this could be the end! Go now!!”
“The matter is over! Rid our clan of the filth, my brothers and sisters!” roared another loud voice, though not as booming as the previous one. The sound of many swords and too many feet shuffling in the room echoed loudly into the night. Juyo stood in front of the door, his face in utter terror as he heard the shouts and screams of fighting. Is this real? Am I dreaming? There is no way this can be real.
The door flew open as his mother burst out, stopping in front of the stunned Juyo. “Juyo! What a---“ she cried out, but was cut off as a blade came out of her mouth, two other blades slid out of the front of her stomach. Her blood sprayed Juyo’s face as he stood there, not blinking as his mother collapsed in front of him, three clansmen now stood before him, their katanas dripping with blood. They were bleeding somewhat themselves, their clothes ripped up and they seemed to be quite beaten up. Behind them, Juyo could hear his father roar as the sound of blades clashed and others screamed in pain. So much noise, too much screaming. Juyo couldn’t move, he was in such a state of shock at the sudden escalation that his brain just didn’t seem to work. RUN!! FUCKING RUN! he heard himself scream inside his head as his clansmen approached him.

- Chakra 135/150:
- Name: Nise Kurōn No Jutsu (False Clone Technique)
Canon/Custom: Custom
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Element: N/A
Range: Long 50 meters
Specialty: Genjutsu
Duration: 4 Posts
Cooldown: 6 Posts
Description: The jutsu is an illusion. It requires no handsigns or any sorts of preparations whatsoever. The user first has to lock gazes with his opponent, and then the illusion begins. The illusion creates a false image of Juyo, but mimics more than just Juyo's appearance, but his smell too, and can make noises when it runs/jumps/talks/etc. The illusion of Juyo starts where the real Juyo is, and then moves according to where the caster wishes the illusion to go. All the while, the real Juyo is hidden by the illusion, so the target only sees one Juyo (the fake). The jutsu also conceals the user, so the enemy can only see, hear and smell the illusion of the user. The illusion, though, can cause no pain at all. Also, the illusion will break on the first sign of pain. The jutsu can be cast on anyone in a 50 meter radius from the user. The illusion can be cast on up to three people if needed. Other people that are unaffected don't see the illusion so to them it appears that the victim is just jumping around and hitting air. The technique doesn't allow for killing moves, as the brain will break out of the illusion when it senses danger that large.
