Mission description: Two shinobi of Konohagakure, both Chuunin ranking, were reported trying to leave the village in the last week without their headbands or checking in with the trafficking agents at the village gates. More recent reports claim that the two shinobi were seen in a neighboring town. It is assumed that the two have attempted to defect, but more evidence is needed to convict them of such a crime. If incriminating evidence of located, apprehend all parties involved. If no evidence is found, escort both shinobi back to the village for further questioning.
Mission details: The two shinobi have been supplying independent groups of unaffiliated ninja with information on Konohagakure infrastructure and wall guard rounds. At night, they can be observed speaking with these suspicious shinobi. Recklessly engaging them during this event will result in both parties attempting to flee. The mission is not repeatable.

Name: Shizuka Fushayami
Age: Sixteen
General Appearance: Appears to be a young woman with relatively pale skin and brown hair and long bangs. Her eyes are brown, and she typically has a disinterested or otherwise indifferent expression. She stands at 167cm and has a moderate physical build. She typically wears tan or brown colored clothing, though this information is subject to change after her speculated defection. These reports are four days old.
Personality: Shizuka has a very indifferent and professional personality. She does not often get worked up, though it is possible for her to become such in times of particular distress. She is very strategic and plans everything out two moves ahead, and is therefore harder to outsmart, though she lacks the necessary skills to be a notable force. However, the greatest tool available to a shinobi is deception, so do not be fooled.

Fears: When a plan goes wrong, being tricked, being arrested.

Name: Kaito Asara

General Appearance: He appears to be a young man with slightly tanned skin and moderately long auburn hair. His eyes are blue and he normally has some sort of smile or other enthusiastic look on his face. He stands at 177cm and has a moderately muscled build. He typically wears green or black colored clothing, though this information is subject to change after his supposed defection. These reports are three days old.
Personality: Kaito has a particularly positive and enthusiastic personality that often annoys his companion, Shizuka. He tends to act on impulse and prefers to use his brute force over tactics to overwhelm his opponent and tire them out. Kaito relies on Shizuka for the strategical portion of their antics, and is therefore helpless in many different ways when separated from her.
Motivations: Gaining power, wealth, and reputation.
Fears: Being separated from Shizuka, being arrested.
Other: Taijutsu(A-Rank) primary, Ninjutsu(C-Rank) Secondary. Utilizes Katon(B-Rank) jutsu when in a pinch, but prefers to overwhelm opponents with Taijutsu.

Description:
Ukiyo can form a seed(s) within her body and excrete them through pores in her skin. Naturally they are very small, however they are still "attached" to Ukiyo through the pore by somewhat of a root/umbilical cord. Once it is large enough, the root is no longer needed as the seed has the necessities for life, and now it just needs energy (chakra). Currently, Ukiyo is only capable of doing this through her palms and feet. Using the signs Hare-Monkey, she coats her hands and feet in microscopic seeds (10 per palm/foot). Ukiyo may plant the seeds as she sees fit by "dropping" them on surfaces she touches, such as trees, different forms of earth, clothing (but not skin as then the victim would sense the foreign chakra), and any other material that isn’t completely smooth. They may even be placed in water, however if placed in a body of water the seed (when activated) will be at a random location on the water’s surface. Alternatively, Ukiyo may "throw" the seeds simply by making a hand motion similar to throwing a kunai/shuriken (thrown seeds go a maximum of 20m). Ukiyo can activate seeds simultaneously. She can activate up to two living anatomy jutsus at the same time (because she make two individual one-handed seals). The number of seeds that activate per activation depend upon the individual jutsu. The max range Ukiyo can activate a seed is the max range of its jutsu (see individual listings for Living Anatomy). Ukiyo may also activate a seed that is still within her body, meaning that while she is only able to spread seeds through her hands/feet, she may spawn plants directly from/on her own body anywhere she wishes. This can be done without the use of this jutsu, as this is just the one for spreading seeds externally. Ukiyo may also use the one-handed sign for "release" to destroy one of her plants at will. This jutsu does not do anything besides produce seeds; Ukiyo must activate another Living Anatomy jutsu in order to activate these seeds to create plants. Ukiyo may have up to 80 seeds out at once. Seeds are destroyed automatically in fire.

Description: The user can merge their body with the earth or flora. Then, using channels of organic matter, the user can travel within the system for as long as they need to at whatever speed they normally travel at. Once they merge their body with the plants/ground, the ONLY way to detect them is through Byakugan (being the only octal power with enough sophistication to distinguish the plant chakra from the user's). The user cannot use offensive jutsus or attacks while this jutsu remains active.

Description: At this point a dome of lightning forms around the practitioner protecting them from a jutsu one rank higher(except Fuuton) along with deflecting any projectile the same rank or lower. The dome dissipates either after blocking 2-D jutsu or 1 higher ranking one. Along with blocking (3)D and (1)C rank Buki/Tai respectively. In short, the barrier will stand up to the attacks until it's limit before succumbing to it.  B-Rank and higher jutsu will break through the jutsu completely and still do full damage to the user, this also applies with C-Rank Fuuton.

Description: Electricity is built up in the fingertips of the user who then makes a gun-like pose with their hands (both middle and index finger extended). From this position "bullets" of electricity may be fired at will that travel 10m/s. These bullets deliver painful shocks at the point of contact and can singe clothing and leave 1st degree burns due to releasing its charge upon impact with any solid object. The resulting impact is enough to parry/redirect small projectiles (kunai/senbon/shuriken) midair, but are non-lethal as they lack the ability to piece flesh because of the discharge upon impact. One or both hands may be used, but only 15 "rounds" in total may be fired before the electrical charge in the user's fingertips is depleted. No hand signs are necessary to initiate the jutsu allowing for a fast draw.

Description:
To activate a seed to make it bamboo, Ukiyo need only use a 1-handed seal (the middle and ring finger are bent down with the thumb wrapping around the bottom making a circle. Then the pinkey and the index finger lean in to make a "spike" shape where they meet).
This version of living anatomy allows the user to create bamboo chutes from seeds. Bamboo chutes spawn at 10 m/s. Each chute may be no longer than 2 meters, and can be made sharpened or unsharpened. The first one costs 10 chakra, and then each additional two costs 5 more (for a max of 5). These can be used as stakes, weapons, for maneuverability, or for defense. Each bamboo chute can penetrate 1 inch. If the target is hit by multiple at once, each bamboo stalk will deal its own damage. Bamboo may be broken by any jutsu with a “cutting” effect and is of rank D or higher, or any jutsu with a “smashing” effect and is of D rank or higher.

Description:
To activate a seed, Ukiyo need only use one 1-handed seal (half a tiger seal).
This version creates medium vines (up to 4 meter length, 4 inch diameter). Vines grow at a rate of 8 m/s. First 2 for 15 chakra and then up to 2 more for 5 additional chakra. Vines can be used as extra appendages, for maneuvering, or for capturing an enemy. If they are being controlled as extra appendages, they may hold any item Ukiyo could hold, however their taijutsu is considered D-rank. If they are used to capture an enemy, they may attempt to do so in the first post activated. If they are successful (the enemy has a chance to respond obviously) they will need to be controlled in order to sustain the capture (otherwise they will go limp). Every post past the original will cost 5 chakra to control the vines (Ukiyo may relinquish/pick back up control at any time, and when they are not being controlled they are considered “regular” vines that cannot act on their own). Vines may be cut by any jutsu with a “cutting” effect and is of rank B or higher (or 2 C-rank), any jutsu with a “smashing” effect and is of B rank (or 2 C-rank) or higher, or any Katon-style jutsu of C rank or higher. Vines will take 1 post exchanges to “burn” to death (they may still be used but Ukiyo will suffer burn damage if touching them). If the target is captured by the vines, all taijutsu used by appendages currently entangled get -0.5 to rank. If both of the target's hands are captured by the vines, they may not use jutsu that require hand signs.

Description: The Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms technique is a C-Rank technique of the Gentle Fist fighting style. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through thirty-two chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move. All jutsu will be reduced by one rank (E will not work, D will work as E, etc.) for 4 posts (-1 for each rank above C).

Once someone is within range of their field of divination, the user assumes their Gentle Fist stance and begins to deliver their attack:

First, two consecutive strikes to make two.
Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four.
Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight.
Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen.
Fifth, another sixteen consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of thirty two.
