Centuries ago before the Mattogoke’s Doujutsu awoke, they were already known for their heavy involvement in criminal activity. They were expert thieves and con-artists, and they masterminded several elaborate schemes that wrecked havoc for whatever village they were in. They had a Mafioso persona about them, and they would run the village through intimidation and secrecy. No one was ever sure who was a Mattogoke because they were so skilled at manipulation and blending in. The Mattogke would first surface and make their home in Kirigakure, Kirigakure has always been a breeding ground for scandals. This was a result of their small size which led to little strength. The criminal-minded clan would find it difficult to remain obscure in such a small village, being that their number at the time were impressive. This marked the start of their nomadic nature as a clan. Later it will not be geography that causes them to relocate. Soon after moving from Kirigakure the Mattogoke came in contact with more shinobi and witnessed chakra manipulation, they would plan to utilize it to increase their power even more. This would initially be a double edged sword.

 The Mattogoke Clan before the activation of the Dimebia, could not control their dangerous chakra. When they tried to conjure chakra to perform Jutsu, they would release a wild and self destructive chakra that not only forced them to use more chakra than necessarry, but it also caused them bodily harm. Their chakra flow was so sporadic it was beyond their ability to control. During this period where Mattgoke were just learning the powers of chakra, many died. Their chakra was slicing up their internal organ so bad, it caused their health to decline drastically.  Then, on their death bed, four Mattogoke clansmen in particular had something awaken in their eye. Their self destructive chakra had adapted to the body and was finding a solution to the issue. The irregular chakra flow was being regulated by the eye. As a result of this greater control, when the Dimebia is active, they are able to access many Fuuinjutsu, Genjutsu, or Ninjutsu.  

 When the Mattogoke began to master their Doujutsu, they set out to reclaim their status as the criminal overlord of the shinobi world. They would use their Dimebia to extract large quantities of information just by looking at the scroll the information lied in. They also used their Genjutsu prowess to facilitate the acquiring of the information through inflicting trauma and confusion, giving them the opportunity they needed to steal whatever they wanted. They were exponentially more dangerous than they were when they didn’t use chakra, being able to cast illusions so easily was a con-artist’s dream, and being able to break a seal just by looking at it was a thief’s dream, it was the perfect combination of mentality and ability. A few Mattogoke were able activate an advanced Dimebia, that gave them the ability to use more ninja skills and they were able to use their new specialty at a high level. This Ultimate Dimebia had a white dot in the middle of each section.
It was only a matter of time before they reached their previous status and then some. Now, they weren’t just thieves and con-artists, they were skilled shinobi with a dangerous Doujutsu. The shinobi world feared their existence and contemplated how to relieve their respective villages of the Mattogoke reign; the Mattogoke had become some of the smartest and dangerous shinobi around, and were not going to be defeated easily. Luckily for everyone, they didn’t need to defeat them; the Mattogoke would eventually bring about their own demise. The Mattogoke became so drunk with power and knowledge, almost every Mattogoke member wanted to be the leader and have more power than the other. This mentality would lead to a series of betrayals that would eventually cripple their numbers and therefore their power. They would become scattered and as a result, their strength dissipated.  

 Upon separation, the only thing that survived of their existence was their reputation. A reputation for being untrustworthy and of course, their Doujutsu. This unfavorable view of the Mattogoke lead many members to hide their Dimebia as it is the only thing that really distinguishes them as a Mattogoke. In battle they usually activate it as a last resort. If asked what clan they are from they usually answer, “A small obsure clan”. Most Mattogoke defect from whatever village they are in because they know they will never advance far as a shinobi once their origins are revealed. This rarely bothers them, as being a criminal is in their blood. It is indeed possible that the persecution of members of the Mattogoke are not as extreme as it was in the past, but there has yet to be a Mattogoke that has tried their luck with obtaining trust with a village after announcing their origin.

Desrciption:  An item must already be sealed in a scroll. The user takes a scroll and uses the Dimebia (blue or green section) to transfer the contents of the scroll into one of the two sections dedicated to storing items, this is done outside of a battle topic. The item(s) stored in the Dimebia must be specified in the beginning of the topic. A 600 wordcount non-battle topic is required to transfer the contents of a E-C rank weapon/item into the one of four sections of the Dimebia. 1 C-rank and 1 A-rank would require a non-battle topic of 2100 words.

-  While in battle, user activates any section of the Dimebia eye and releases the contents out of his hands. Only weapons and items equal to the rank the user +1 can be stored (rank of the item can exceed the user's rank limit , Genin cannot wield B rank items and so on...) in the four sections used for storing. After the duration of the item goes back into the eye. If the item is destroyed it does not return to the eye and the user will have to perform the jutsu over to store another item in his/her eye.

Description: Dimebia must be active. Using this jutsu, Mattagoke can implement fuuinjutsu from great distances and can initiate the jutsu much quicker using this style. By emitting chakra from their eyes using their Doujutsu they can sketch elaborate seals via vision and can activate the seal via vision as well. Special techniques can also be created that require this sealing style. But this jutsu can be applied to any fuuinjutsu that the user knows to facilitate the jutsu. The seals can only be placed on surfaces or non-moving objects, cannot be placed on another person’s body or any item that is infused with chakra as it disturbs and dispels the seal.

Description:  User activates the blue section of his Dimebia then triggers the Genjutsu by making eye contact. Upon making eye contact the opponent will be caught in the Genjutsu. As soon as the victim is caught he sees a huge shard of glass sticking out of his stomach, the shard of glass is about 5 feet long. The victim will be immobilized. There are lingering effects due to the pain caused by trauma: 20% decrease in speed and reaction time during the following post, and a 10% decrease to speed and reaction time during the second post, by the third post the effects are insignificant. Due to the Genjutsu’s speed it is difficult to avoid and/or break. User will normally charge the victim as soon as he casts the illusion as the victim is immobilized by the huge piece of glass sticking out of him.
